Came to Oceans for my friends hen do on Friday and we had the best time! Franko our waiter was lovely and always ensured we were ok and asking if we needed anymore drinks. He couldn’t have done more for us! Fab staff, food and atmosphere! Would definitely return.

Still waiting for a refund 9 months on from their June closure. Happily taking money from people for 2021 bookings yet haven’t had the decency to refund the 2020 ones! Wouldn’t mind if we had only paid a small deposit but it was a group booking paid in full. Very disappointing and still waiting a response to numerous follow up emails I sent over the summer. Wouldn’t recommend anyone book with them they do not adhere to their own terms & conditions.

The beach club has closed and due to this we obviously can’t attend. However they will not return our deposit even though they are not providing the service… What a laugh! No I would not recommend!

Disgusting service. We booked for 10 people to celebrate a hen weekend and covid 19 happened so Obviously everything was closed. We paid in full at the time of booking and a refund was refused. EVEN after the terms and conditions states that a refund WOULD be provided. They CHANGED the terms and conditions once covid started so that it doesn’t include refunds. Avoid at all costs and definitely DO NOT give them any of your money.

Absolute joke of a place, booked for 10 people for a hen in May, obviously didn’t go ahead due to what is happening just now however they will not refund any of the money we paid for the service we did not receive. We paid this in full so we have lost quite a bit of money from this! I have the terms and conditions from the time of booking and nowhere does it say we would not receive any money back, it only states that you will lose your deposit! I understand that businesses are struggling at the moment but this is not the way to treat customers, especially if you want them to come back another time.
