Beautiful cozy very helpful cleaning great. We will definitely come back.

We spent 4 days with a friend in this hotel.
We arrived the second day of the reopening due to covid 19. We spent nice time.
Nice pool, hotel, appartement. Great and wonderful reception personal. Personal for breakfast very good. I recommend this hotel.

Staff are very good the hotel is spotless I would stay here again.

Just got here it looks Absolutely brilliant I am really look forward to a lovely rest, you need to look at this wonderful place.

I have loved being 3 weeks where the treatment has made me feel at ease.

Hotels aesthetically cute, but the hotel for 70% hosts Brits who get drunk, scream, throw chairs, staff do not serbra have command towards these Englishmen who rightly bring more money than we Italians, then I did not like that to lay the car in the Hotel parking is paid 9 euros per day since we already paid a bang for the room, then 18 euros total for the safe in the room. Bad! I don't recommend it!

Only been here an hour and I love the place. a stones throw from bars, shops and restaraunts. it might be on a hill but its the location that nails it for me.

The hotel’s location was good but nothing was open in March. Inside pool’s water was cold and ”sauna” was everything else than sauna. Food in restaurant wasn’t very special and rooms were dirty.

Brilliant staff. Premium rooms are great. Can get pretty noisey but it's expected on holiday. Will definitely go back.

Spent 3 day here and was a lovely hotel, so close to the strip, the hill gives you a work out on the way up :-) drinks round the pool was nice. Gets busy so make sure your up early. Food was alright not the best, would defo come back.

Perfect location. Great view from balcony. Close to All important places to go in Magaluf plus the swiming pool is awsome with music often. Room clean and tidy. The only bad thing was like we was waiting quite long for get in into the room and like 12 o'clock in morning we meant to leave the room when supposse to be 2 in the Afternoon, apart of that 5 stars from the others positive things. I would go back 100%

Great location located just off the strip up some stairs, good facilities and rooms are fine for the price. Unfortunately the worst maid service ever experienced, no towel or sheet changes for a week, every other day they emptied a bin and loosely made the bed.

Lovely clean spacious rooms. And pool area. Pool was a bit cold. But loved the sauna and steam room. Would stay again.

Well placed for those who like lively neighborhoods at night, offer wide service but some apartment are better maintained than others.

We loved our stay here, we are in our 60s and enjoyed the peace, it wasn't boring or dull. We were self catering so didn't use bar or restaurant, but the areas we did use were spotless. Room service were great, a lot better than we expected. It's a 3 star hotel and you get what you pay for. The hill is a bit of a nightmare as are the steps. If you go up the hill from the hotel entrance there is a very reasonable slope that comes out by Chaplin or if you go the other way, main road opposite Aldi.

Excellent apartments. Housekeeping nearly every day. Good quality kitchen facilities. Really comfortable beds. Plenty of sunbeds and a heated indoor pool. Up a bit of a hill but near beach, bars and restaurants. English television in bbc 1, bbc2 and itv. Would definitely return.

Having a fab week hotel good. Location good staff friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned by our lovely cleaner Loly every other day. Very good friendly person helpful and speaks good english. Fab sea veiw outdoor and indoor. Me and family had a fab wk at this hotel. I used the indoor pool every morning 8 to 9am on the last morning following my swim I needed to use the toilet just outside the pool. As soon as I stepped on the sloping tile in toilet area, I lost my footing and fell landing on my backside the impact from the fall sent my head backwards at full speed resulting with me head butting the floor with the back of my head, following this I had to visit a medical centre and receive 8 stitches to the back of my head. Please be warned this floor is dangerous and great care needs to be taken. The hotel need to put some sort of rubber mat on this area asp.

Location is good. However we are still here at the hotel and my issue is the attitude of the night staff Enrique (20.04.2018). His in ability to communicate effectively to explain about Spanish law and changing rooms within the party. I find him incompetent, aggressive and rude! As a receptionist it is my understanding that one has to have a degree of competence and negotiation skills. Unfortunately such skills are missing from Enrique! Very disappointed as my intention had been to give the Vistasol hotel a better rating, but such behaviour is not what you would expect from a respected establishment. Disappointed!. !

Very nice apartments. Enjoyable out of season. But flee Magaluf in the middle of the season if we look for a quiet place. Very friendly and welcoming. Expensive Parking but easy to Easter to find a place farther. Be careful not to have your car boarded if you are parked in forbidden places (especially yellow strips).

Lovely place to stay. Staff very helpful. Cleaning could be better or having a brush and pan in the room wouldn't go a miss.

Horrible at all nor the breakfast… The rooms seem to work and as much as you try or think that the heating/air works… It may already be on 1 or more days in a row that will not work. Perfect location but totally wasted…

Cold dinner Service very can of variety. Spa Installation Close almost m whole of our stay. Wood not included DS half pensions. (Just water or a glass of wine). The apartment is clean and well equipped.

There was a companion where he made a meal with friends. He asked Me to eat. Very nice and comfortable.

Beautiful but never cleaned in fact when we got there tube to take a towel and remove dust wherever you want up in bed… all very dirty… well it is also to say Q were in work. But Bue or that's no excuse.

Went here for a girls holiday, mainly chose the hotel because you couldn’t get accommodation any closer to the strip (back gate leads you directly onto it) and just a short walk to the beach. Thomas Cook holiday reps made our holiday, all lovely people. Although, watch out for when they sell Butlin Festival tickets, they try to manipulate you into thinking that they have chose you out of all the other guests there to be invited to a ‘secret event’. However, I do not understand how the hotel even classes as a 3* hotel. The rooms were SO basic, some being done up, however still looked dull and boring. Our room was infested with ants, all on the bed and floors throughout our room. Reported and staff took ages to sort it out. All the reception staff did not speak good English and upon arrival, you are basically asked for a lot of money as a welcome (safe deposit, room deposit, tourist taxes etc). The hotel security is NONE EXCISTENT. Strangers could literally walk in and out of the hotel, up to guests rooms and so on. We felt totally unsafe. States free Wi-Fi on Thomas Cook, FALSE. You have to pay for it daily and it isn’t even worth it, poor connection strength and when sat around the pool, internet can not be accessed as out of range. the food. We went half board, therefore we were not expecting to be amazed by the food. But I would not even feed my dog the food they were serving us. It arrived cold, presentation was awful and the menu option was a joke.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The facilities were very nice too, we enjoyed the spa and the food was fantastic. And besides this, it's very well located.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One day the maid of flats did not appear to clean. I haven't seen a poorer menu in my life. I honestly don't recommend it.

The double apartment with 1 bedroom in which I stayed very good value for money booked by booking.

On Fridays have the performance in the entrance hall of a singer who is a pass, it is worth going to see her sing, the hotel is very well, the facilities are good, in order that is fantastic.

Poor management, nice staff Lack of personals makes serving breakfast with lots of problem… long timewaiting for bread and when it arrives egg tray is empty and so on so on. With only 1 person serving 50 people there is no blame on staff but the manager.

The hotel is old. Hearing in the rooms. But you can live a week, okay.

Flight to the rooms. Dirty pool. Buffet at will horrible.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very nice. Now, the thing about food… Little variety and repetitive.

Self catering. Some update work being done in closed season, but the whole place needs a good service. At the moment we wouldn't return…!

Lateasha 6:35 pm Hello I have a reservation with Vistasol Apartamentos. I went into the room and there are bugs all over the kitchen floor, in hallway and sleeping area. I asked someone to come so we could move, no one came. I ended up going to the front desk and was told to check out another room and to keep the keep to my current so I csn move the bedding from one room to another. When I went to the other room there are bugs in there as well. I would like a refund and would like to move to another hotel. I understand there are no refunds for cancellations but in this case I can't stay in a room with bugs on the floor I also have my two boys, we did come in time to Check in but my room was not available. We also asked for refund and was told we didn't pay them we paid for services though Ryanair. Messeged Ryanair and was told I will get a response in 7days.

At first very well but the only good thing is the staff, the room was full of ants and it did not give the feeling of luxurious place that they try to provide, if you are coming I recommend you to go to another hotel.

Nice but basic apartment. Pool area very nice. Location spot on for Magaluf and easy walk up the coast to Palmanova. Staff freindly. Good value for money. Would return.

Pretty good hotel with very nice staff but it is very centered so music can be very loud until very late at night (5-6 am). The facilities are good and a food bang for the buck.

Staff, very helpful. Breakfast isn't great. Useful that they have a supermarket within the hotel. Would be nicer to have rooms cleaned everyday rather than every other day though as the floor gets very sandy and dirty.

Not very clean, the walls are poorly insulated, excessive price for the service… well located in Magaluf if you come to celebrate!

Nice rooms with AC and a great location that is close to everything. Their own supermarket, that is built in with the hotel has a good range of products. The pool area with sunbeds and areas for shade is really nice and well taken care of.

Great view of the bay, and the location I regards to bars and clubs is second to none! The staff is helpful and friendly. However the apartments are not that well equipped. It is possible to cook there, but sometimes you wish they put in more than 6 plates and 2 pans for a 6 man room.

Comfortable apartments, cleaned & linen/towels changed daily if required. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient & helpful (& often long-suffering) reception & other staff. Can get noisy depending on stag/hen parties & town parties/festivities. Be aware that whilst (not that fast) Wi-fi is free in the reception area, there is a daily charge to access it in the room. Likewise, parking in the (currently) limited spaces (whilst the hotel is undergoing refurbishment) is 5 euros a day. Neither of the charges are obvious when booking through a 3rd party so do your homework. 100 metres to the (very nice) beach.

Poor cleanliness, not good organization.

Off season (end of October), staff available and friendly. Outdoor and indoor pools deserted. Very quiet and clean. Probably very different in the summer season!

Great location, slightly "Resica" rooms. Great Wi-Fi, really fast, comfortable beds all in all.
Lightly ruined the bathrooms.

I put a 2 because it is cheap, else what people say full of ants and heavily soiled (especially kitchen and bath), then say that there is a spa and a pool that covers you for the waist where nothing works, a jacuzzi which only runs a function and on the one hand, sauna and Turkish baths (that if it worked). If the price €1 more I put a 0…

Location is awesome, nice place to relax and enjoy. Rooms are big enough for 2.

Completely shameful what they offer at this hotel.

The worst hotel in which I have been. Full of very bad food ants service leaves much to be desired above all the always angry metre. Dirty rooms and walls fall. We are going to if they have not tell me more…

Walls broken terrace handrails are moving a lot it does almost no food and the reception is super slow. Less a q reception guy is very friendly.

Terrible food and superior bit where choice: neither cold nor hot. It has rooms with dust and dirty, crystals are not seen, pillows smell fatal. Some very friendly waiters other nothing. Reception only head the other antipatica and siesas. Facilities. Smells like chlorine spa. Neither recommend nor I will return.
