The hotel is not bad. Clean room, running plumbing, good breakfasts and a very good dinner) ) The beach to the left of the yacht club is incomparable.

Nice location, almost quiet. No air conditioning in the room. In the afternoon it was impossible to relax on the bed. The first day my room was not cleaned I don't know why. In the swimming pool no obbligation to have a shower before diving. That's no good. The food was good enough, but with a little variety (potatoes and wurstel always. We are not all Germans. ) Meat was sometimes disgusting and the restaurant was cold as a freezer. In addition the breakfast was very good and also salads, and cakes. Anyway too many young boys drunk from the morning, who didn't disturb because at night they fortunately went out to continue drinking elsewere. Pay attention because they steal: they stole my beach towel (old and dirty) and the tablet coverage. To sum up, I will not reccomend it to my best friends.

Food ok, plenty to choose from. €3 per day charge for the safe. Cleaning everyday. Room not very big. No fridge but can be rented at €40 per week. Plenty of sunbeds. Very german.

The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. The food is ok. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away.

A very good hotel. Hit my expectations. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Staff is super nice. There is a swimming pool and chairs for sunbathing. The hotel is about 13 minutes walk from Playa de Palma. Food was okay, every day there was variety when eating.

The rooms on the first floor have to withstand the noise of the loud music that they put in the entrance near the bar. To dance a few, the rest of customers without sleep or rest, until they stop the music with headache.

Repetitive food, very limited menus and dishes without any "spark". In the end, salad, bread and very little else. The rest acceptable/correct.

Totally disagree with previous opinion of Chon Gil. I find it amazing that I spoke like this about this hotel. I am also with IMSERSO program and I find a hotel more than right. Food I find good according to quality and price, attentive staff and nice. Good housekeeping, good reception. Nice and modern Hotel, bright and pleasant room well decorated. What I did not like are things like that the bathroom does not have a bidet maybe by size something small bathroom, that there is a TV room or at least I have not found if there and above all the negative mass for me that you charge for Wi-Fi, 4 euros a day.

Stay at this hotel with IMSERSO program. A real shame. Harmful food, bathrooms lacking cleanliness, minimum safety standards, bathtub with no point for access, broken towels. The dire customer service. There were No batteries for room TV remotes. We asked to speak with the hotel manager and if, a young man came who did not show to be very responsible. They say they take the customers the remotes.
We want to know who the cooks are. If they exist and have an accreditation degree. Personal foul, there is a bad atmosphere between workers (cleanliness). Ojo, the horrible access area, is the worst area in the Bay of Palma. The Ensaimadas are in charge of the hotel for comfort. Eye, I think they put the worst in palm, charge more for the stuffed with cream and chocolate, then you put the angel hair. How they prepare you for the trip, you can't check. This was the auction!?

10. Min to the beach US 25 to Mega Park so far. The hotel is okay but nothing special and walls are really skinny man listens to everything the neighbors are doing.

Helpful staff. Food was good. Rooms are clean. It's close to the beach but quiet at night. Great value for the price. Try to arrange your own transportation, it took us 1.5 hours from the airport with the tour's bus. Taxi is about 20 EUR.

Well appointed rooms, good service, choice of food gives improvement potential. For a three star hotel the package is satisfactory. We really enjoyed the time, especially the location to the beach and the ball Man/Palma are great.

I have stayed here before and it's was very nice.

It was exactly what we were expecting for, nice value for the money that we paid, clean and nice rooms. It was loud, tiny walls, but it's an area full of young people.

So the 2 stars are for the nice room and the daily housekeeping.
Well, luckily the food didn't always taste the way it looked. So 50% tasted it.
The pool was pretty clear on our arrival but from day to day it became cloudy on the day our tear off could not see the pattern.
Unfortunately I can only rate the one hotel as there are 2 Ipanema hotels that are opposite.

The hotel is fine and kind of cosy. Watch out for the german party guest's, they can be kind of noisy and drunk. The food is normal I think nothing special and after a few days boring since it's the same everyday. My favourite was the bartender Diego, a really nice guy who would be one reason for me to choose the same hotel again!

Breakfast is okay, dinner is weak. Rooms are Standard, Windows very great, if closed no noise from the street. Beds are very good! Guests are very international. Some families, Some Party people.

Holiday with friends good location not very far from the beach, cleanliness OK comma you can sleep quietly.

Nice average, like everything that you find in the Mallorca Arenal. Once understand what you are looking for those who go there, is that the hotel is comfortable, with a good swimming pool and a bar that serves you. Rooms with hard bed and furniture limited. Enough for a weekend of celebration.

Food is super (buffet). Beds are a bit too hard. All in all, it's okay if one wants only to the shooter. I wouldn't say now family hotel since there are other hotels in the road and it can be very noisy party guests.

Not recommended, even for Arenal! Beds sags, no toilet brush and chairs on the balcony but no table. The room service was not, according to a statement because of too much to Leave. The food is cold! A lot of things from the freezer without seasoning. The scrambled eggs in the Morning, powder, reconstituted with water. The Evening and at Night it is loud, you have probably not extra stress.

Hotel rooms easily in the years to come and the food is edible but no experience. The Pool is clean but the sunbeds, unfortunately, partly broken and dirty and there are in the pool area, not a single umbrella. The hotel bar offers a great Service at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, it is for people who want to celebrate an ordinary walk to the B6 ca 35 / 40 min is required.

I was now the fourth time here. Ipanema hotels waive animation and half-hearted sports and provide for good service, squeaky clean rooms and good food. Especially the rich selection of raw vegetables and salads was delighted. Meal times are generous, too long sleep is not punished with withdrawal of breakfast.
The staff from the front desk to the maid is consistently friendly and helpful.
The hotels are not the latest (there are two, opposite, Ipanema Park and Ipanema beach), the rooms were / ticket to ride will be renovated and modernised. The beds are the best thing I have ever had in a hotel.
The Wi-Fi range has been improved and offers anywhere good connection, however extra costs.
Small swabs must be made at the rest: the rooms are thin (almost all hotels seem to be built from cardboard), at Ipenama Park, facing playground and a relatively busy road sometimes provide for noise. Worse I found personally but some guests, often groups from Germany, bowling clubs, Abiklassen etc. Which occasionally ruthless behave, but the hotel can not.
The connection to the bus network is good, two stops with connection to Palma and to the central bus station of the island are three minutes walking. The ride takes about 20 minutes to Palma 30-50 minutes to the airport.
The pool areas are clean and well-maintained. If both hotels are open (Beach opens most later) guests can use both facilities according to taste.

Given that we are in one of the most suited to trips that a couple's vacation, I wanted to mention it anyway because we belong only in part (the lobby) to a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed (Yes you read that right! ) or outward (no double glazing and the passage of buses and trucks in the morning is very frequent) and inward (you may have heard that speak in the next room and in the bathroom even worse. It appears to be two). To conclude the meal plan, on some days really under the standard (extra fried or overcooked pasta really).
In short, better find something more in the direction of Palma when looking for a place to relaxing.

So I found the hotel very good, at the front desk are two monitors where the whole House with cameras is monitored. Then it went into the room, it was clean and I had no mold in the bathroom at least not seen. The climate was a bit noisy but that's everywhere. The bed was very good.
