Friendly staff good food easy to get to from airport.

Very misleading have spent last 5 days here glad to be going home tonight where do I start the food was cold and if you don’t eat fish your pretty much buggered the staff was in helpful when asking questions then you get told your all Inclusive is actually 3 small half’s one either a Sam megal or a wine and that’s your limit there was no entertainment apart from same man playing music each night and tea tea food was at 8.15pm not good if you have children, if you are looking for a quite place to sit and do nothing maybe want to lose stone and drink soda all day then maybe it’s for you but I’ve not met one person complain whilst we where here the only good thing is across the road is a aqua park, our check out was at 12 but flight is at 9.45pm when I asked if there was someone I could possibly change my clothes I was told to do it in public toilet, you have to pay a euro for a cup when you want a drink I paid out on loads on this holiday for food and drinks when it was suppose to be all inclusive.

I am tired of people complaining about the all inclusive changes. Its the law! Not a lot the hotel staff or owners or managers can do! I paid £200 for 4 nights all inclusive (yes you can only have 3 alcoholic drinks beer or wine) but seriously for the price you pay its more than reasonable. What is wrong with people! I think the hotel is amazing, the food is great and the staff are outstanding. Well done.

No snack bar, hotel staff don’t seem to care that guest scream and shout at 1/2am in the morning in the corridors and off the balcony. Seating around pool for no more than 20 people, so during our time here we haven’t managed to try the pool. Walls are paper thin that you can hear when someone is putting in a plug and dragging around furniture all day and night. Also a constant vibrations during the night? Maybe a generator or some kind. But very loud. Wouldn’t come back again.

For a 3 star hotel you get what you pay for, rooms were clean but bathroom dated and lots of TLC needed. For was ok and plentiful but nothing to write home about. Entertainment itself was minimal and not much else to do. The pool for the size of the hotel was very small and insufficient sunbeds. Not a bad stay in anyway but wont come back.

I had a love hate relationship with this hotel. Pros:
*Clean — both rooms and public areas.
*Looks like it has had a refit and looks nice. Arriving it looks fantastic.
*Housekeeping were pleasant.
*Air con worked.
*Clean towels and sheets. Cons:
*Very understaffed. One lad on the bar at busy peak areas. Felt bad for him.
*Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 1pm.
*Balcony was tiny and had a view of a pylon.
*Bathroom was cramped.
*Bath was slippy and I bashed my knee in and had a massive bruise for most of holiday. Noticed a few people with same injury.
*Thin walls and can hear everything.
*Poor choice in food. Quality not good either. Fish smelled off more than once.
*Food on at very limited times only.
*Asked about my transfer back to airport to be told ‘That has nothing to do with us’. I had to find out off another guest all I had to do was check the transfer file at reception and my transfer paperwork was in there. Which it was.
*No GM to be found.
* Ran by kids.
*Fight on 2nd last night in bar area. Staff didn’t know what to do. No security and families were arriving in the middle of these two blokes scrapping.
*Spilled drink by lift wasn’t cleaned up straight away. I chose this hotel / area due to it’s location. All we wanted was something basic as we were spending a lot of time in Palma. For us it served it’s purpose. I’m glad I only paid £40 for all inclusive for the two of us-Mainly for the drinks. If I’d paid anymore and I would of been pissed off.

Food is horrible. One man for entertainment not interested in the kids proper miserable. All they want is money money money for everything. N the plus side hotel is nice and clean.

Food boring, bland and not enough choice. Lots of flies with no insecticuters. No parasol anywhere so stayed under covered terrace. Same tune playing morning till night that sounded like a lunatic on an organ. Room clean and most staff nice.
