Stunning bayview on the rooftop, service is okay. Rooms were tidy but small.

Right on The Ballermann 1 Because of course very loud jeh after the Guests. Large Restaurant also accessible to everyone, directly from the Promenade. Rooms with Sea View recommended. Nice Workforce with open Ears. Breakfast a lot of Choice and also good. The View from the upper Rooms is the Hammer.

We ate cereal for breakfast and at the supplement we found that the muesli was infested with food moths. It formed nets and was extremely disgusting. We immediately reported it to the staff but they threw away only part of the muesmy and put it back in. And I was bad all day and had to break. Moreover, the entire essential range was of inferior quality. And the entire hotel also makes a more of a 2 star impression. The pool wasn't very welcoming either, despite fully booked hotels, there was no human being by the pool. Only the location by the sea of the hotel I can rate as positive. Anything else is an imposition.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days at the end of April, the beginning of May. Location is great, you can't say anything against it. However, we were on the 4th floor and there it seems as if nothing has been renewed for years. Bathroom very old, especially our shower shower, which was not removable. Our beds had rolls at the end of the head, which is why you easily "wandered" around the room at night with every move. Balcony door was still very old made of wood and therefore quite loud when opening or closing. Air conditioning didn't really work. We have not needed a good fortune. Restaurant down in the basement should also be air-conditioned, there it was in the morning for breakfast but super warm. Breakfast buffet was also limited. From the scrambled eggs we left our fingers. We lacked a little fresh fruit and more choice of cold cuts. With the replenishment, the staff didn't get behind anytime soon either. But you can't expect much for the cheap price either. It is enough to stay overnight, but you have to adjust to the noise of the drunk guests at night. We probably don't book this hotel again.

6 men to baptism at the ballerman. £75 3 nights. You can't sleep cheaper. Breakfast not so the hit but also something about the alcohol. All in all, passts.
For such a trip to recommend!

Everything is good for an establishment of this order. Because cons, plan payment in cash because the CB is not their thing: the terminal to bugé with mine after multiple tests.

Has three stars, the room I had but I would only give 2. At breakfast you can not represent 3 stars. Nice and also German-speaking reception.

The qualities are of a 2 star hotel at most. The TV was tube and it surprises in 2018, they did not give me command. The air conditioner works fine. For the temperature of April. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The biggest problem is that it is full of party Germans, and to work as it is my case is a bit annoying. The half board had German timetable from 18:30 to 21:00 and breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00. My room The 114 was well located and was correct. The correct cleaning service.

Old Hotel located just a few meters from the beach. 20 minutes from Palma.

Good hotel right at the beginning of the promenade. Very good value for money. I felt comfortable (in the pre-season) and also the food tasted.

The downside is the half-board hoax. I go to dinner and they charge me the drink. Where it has been seen that they charge you the drink. If you have half board included? We're not asking for a Ribera d ' Duero or a rioja. Oh, no!. I ordered a Coke and they charge me 2.50. See To believe. For my work I am tired D go outside and never saw that the drink will not enter the half board. So if you are going to this hotel with half board a couple. Apart from what you pay for the half board prepares 5 euros more each day to accompany your dinner. Amazing.

Would not book the hotel again. Had booked several rooms as a group. Clean rooms, toilets were not running, flushing boxes were empty. One room had a moldy shower curtain. Unfriendly staff. Breakfast was simple and not tasty. Beans, bacon and scrambled eggs were basically cold to lukewarm.

Sat outside overlooking the ocean, great surroundings, great atmosphere but food was well below par. We ordered spaghetti and a pizza. The spaghetti arrived cut into small pieces mixed in the sauce, obviously been reheated, probably from a can. The pizza though tasty was heavily burnt around the edges leaving only the centre edible. What a shame, could have and should have been much more.

Small rooms, no air conditioning, no TV or elevator.
The other guests are mostly drunk tourists who when they arrive the night finish, together with the heat, the possibility of sleeping well.

Good location, but this hotel is definitely not 3***. Breakfasts are awful, it's better to go in the cafe nearby and spend 7 EURO for tasty food with good coffee.

Charming, old box in top location: The house has perhaps already experienced its best times, but is still lovingly cared for and filled with an excellent service. Those who come because of the beach, the entertainment and the island are well served here.

Hotel with a nice location close to the beach and in the center of El Arenal. Partially renovated. Located in one of the liveliest areas of the village.

Like most of the other reviews say, clean, friendly, but very much outdated, needs a good refurbishment, breakfast wasn't too bad but with fantastic beach view whilst eating you bacon and eggs! Recommend this hotel but just don't expect it to be fancy! Lots of bars and restaurants in the area and 20 mins from Palma!

I loved the hotel. The rooms were clean. The food was amazing and the location was excellent. The services was very professional.

Worst hotel experience ever. Very rude personnell, rooms are not being cleaned, it is all very noisy, no working Wi-Fi, TV or phone, towels stank… Never again.

Perfect hotel for few nights and enjoy the March and the beach of el Arenal, not of its facilities precisely.

The hotel is situated directly on the promenade and offers really great views of the sea and the action around the hotel on the balcony. Who makes vacation, be aware that it is very noisy in the early morning hours.
The hotel is very old and it is noticed also in the rooms. They are still clean. The facilities in the rooms may vary but very. We had a room on the ninth floor and a really big terrace. A friend but had less luck with his room.
The breakfast is ok and the staff was helpful and mostly friendly.

Cafe and cake for 3, 50€, super tasty.

Moinsen the Hotel is average, the staff is friendly. The toilets in the basement very clean. We had HP posted, was simple but very tasty. All in all recommended. Top Price Performance.

For sleeping and showering totally adequate and the food was perfect. But something hot In summer because this hotel has no air conditioning.

We were very satisfied, with 5 people (4 adults and 1 baby) there, incredibly clean hotel, very friendly staff (except for the hotel bar, which is not recommended).
