A Great Place In Good Location Good Size Of Room An Easy Place To Find, I Wouldnt Say. This A Good Place To Stay When You Go There In The Months, Good Shops & Your Not Far From The Beach.
I Would Stay Here Again If I Was Just Staying One Night.
The Room Was Clean & Toilets Where Fine &'The Balcony.

Amazing hotel but what makes it special is the staff! Carlos has been the most kind and patient staff member I’ve ever met. We have been just fews nights and he went above and beyond to ensure we were well look after. Thank you for making us feeling like home. See you sooooon!

My boyfriend and I decided to go on a little trip this Eastern to Mallorca, and a friend of us recommended this hotel in Playa de Palma. It's a cute little hotel very very near of the seashore, only 50 footsteps, the staff is super kind and very thoughtful. It was delight to walk in the morning in the beach. |It seems that it was recently opened, but they work very nice, and everything was sooo clean and new.||We loved Carlos and Katy, the main staff, they were lovely with us.||We will surely come back next time!!

The hotel is located in a very good area, has a great & helpful host and there are many offers from the hotel (towels for the beach, common bathroom in the ground floor etc. )

This is a very basic hotel that serves all your needs. The host johana (sp? ) Is amazing. He gave us directions places to go and local knowledge. You can borrow a towel for the beach and sunscreen. The room has a fridge and ac that take a little to get going but work great. Loved my stay here.

I could alread check in at 11am (earlier) which was great, and check out at 12 pm (later). It's possible to leave the bag after checking out. Liked that. Room was big, everything I needed was there. Nice place. Comming back next time visiting Mallorca.

Unfortunately, contrary to the many positive reviews, we can not recommend the hotel. The rooms are extremely ringhörig and we could not sleep for a minute due to our noisy room neighbors (despite nice request to be a little quieter). Since our room was on the ground floor (right next to the reception, which is manned 24 hours) we would have hoped that the hotel staff would intervene and ask for peace. The room was reasonably clean, abshen from cockroach, which buzzed around in our bathroom.

You can take for free sun umbrella, cream, beach toys and inflatable mattress. The room was cleaned and gave us new towels. The owner super friendly. The room was really small for 3 beds and the air conditioner had a small leak.

Beautiful place, I had a great time with both my family and my friends, very kind staff, ready to advise you in everything you need, wonderful sea view. The owner a very kind person. I always come back very willingly. 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

We stayed at this hotel 3 times, really amazing and very close to the beach. Our room was always clean and tidy. I find housekeeping very very good.
Special thanks to Joan. He is very friendly and helpful. He does his work professionally. Whenever one has a question, he answers it. I like the idea that one can use towels, floats and sunblock from the hotel so we do not need to carry big luggage during traveling.
Thanks a lot again.

Just as warning for others who might get tricked:
Overcharged in the last minute of booking, almost the price of another night.
Found the hotel over booking. Com 38Eur per night, 24h reception which is great for a late arrival flight, wanted to make sure, so I called them. Got the confirmation is no problem if we come after 12PM, as I asked the prices directly there, they told me 1 night 40EUR, said that it's slightly cheaper on booking but however, I would like to book directly. Guy at the reception got mad, told me to book over booking. Com than changed the prices on booking and closed the phone. I tried to call again, no answer, so I continued booking over the site with the 76Eur price for 2 nights. The confirmation and the charge of the credit card was made for 112Eur, which is 36 Euro more! almost another night overcharged because of the rudeness of the guy who answered the phone at the reception.
Tried to call booking. Com, they said they are not in control of what prices are the hotels setting up, however they saw that the price was changed exactly during my call at the reception.
Positive points:
Great friendly staff. Very nice of them to take the stuff other tourists left behind, like mats for the beach, towels and UV protection creams or shower gels and offer them free of charge to be used.
The room was good enough for the price range, no hot water after 12PM.
Location is good and everything you need, fast to reach.
