Great entertainment, most relaxing hotel, really looked after by friendly staff, amazing food & wine, paradise for me.

Our first visit to H10 Timanfaya Palace, but it definitely won't be our last! We have loved every minute of this trip. They say that any organisation's best asset is its staff, and this is certainly true here — from the helpful reception team who sorted out our room requirements without any fuss, to the animation team who kept us entertained, to all the staff in the restaurants who kept our glasses full, the staff was just brilliant. Special thanksbhave to go to Jefe Pepe in the main restaurant who greeted us like long-lost friends from day one and turned every visit into a joyous experience.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel looks impressive, and has a lovely chilled out atmosphere. It is handy for beaches and, with car hire, quite well located on the island. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Entertainment was alright if you like that sort of thing, but I was totally underwhelmed by the food. Everything tasted the same, a la carte included, fairly flavourless, and what’s with no tea or coffee after dinner? Less options and better quality would improve things. In saying that, I really enjoyed a very welcome break.

Really lovely hotel. Staff are amazing, so happy. It has alot of older people in and after the show that ends at 11 becomes very quiet. 5 star. Hmm I've stayed in alot with more available to you other than being privileged. Etc, robes, quality of decor, no bell boy. Tea tray very sparce. Al a carte restraunt was awful. Certainly not what was expected from a 5 star hotel. But all very clean and tidy.

This is our second visit and to be honest we wouldn’t go anywhere else when we come to playa Blanca. The food and drinks are amazing, second to none. The staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit Dave&Nikki witts.

Where to start! I would recommend everything 1st time at this hotel but not be last from checking in yesterday been so impressed put a request in for a room area got the exact room no. The room is very spacious with full sea view 😍 the staff food premium drinks 🍸 atmosphere is first class worthy of the 4 star 🌟 evening entertainment is good from piano bar to disco bar nice indoor heated pool definitely worth a dip. We booked privilege and all inclusive and feel it's well worth the extra money nice touches like cava and chocolates in your room a lounge you are free to use with drinks and snacks a restaurant for breakfast and evening meal fine dining and a nice sunbathing area an all round good hotel would definitely recommend.

Grate hotel! We are here for seven days of vacation and we feel so good! Food and beverage are really good, service so professional and the site is very very beautiful, swimming pool included.
The site is strategico for fundamental beaches as Playa Blanca, Playa de Papagayo and Playa Dorada.

My wife and our two friends had a great 2 weeks, all of the staff where very friendly. The hotel is located in an ideal position looking over the sea great views. We will return in the near future and meet up with new friends we made during our stay.

We are just home after a week in the h10 timanfaya palace hotel. We had a fantastic time here, everything was excellent, from everyone of the staff, the accommodation and food. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much for making our 25th Wedding anniversary and my birthday so special. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday.

We have had a perfect few days, quiet atmosphere. There are corners for all tastes and they do fun and well-thought-out activities. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable and its people friendly and charming! The pools are divine full of palm trees and greenery, gardens, games etc, all in an idyllic setting! One ten to Lanzarote and another for this magnificent hotel☀️

Facilities are very good, staff excellent, food good and a varied menu. I especially like the Adult only aspect, I hadn't appreciated how good that was until I got on the transfer bus back to the airport. We went all inclusive and that covered almost everything. I don't normally go back to the same place twice but would certainly consider it with this hotel!

Beautiful beachfront hotel with many amenities, beautiful pools including a blanket, non-intrusive animation and different shows every night. The buffet dinner, themed. The park is beautiful especially in the evening. Kind staff who don't speak Italian. Clean and well-maintained environments. Customer over 18, very very relaxing.

My wife and I are just back from our fifth visit to the H10 Timanfaya Palace. The place is so relaxing, the staff are friendly and top notch and I would recommend a stay there to anybody. It is best to book a sea view/pool view room as you get the sun in your room from about eleven o/clock till it pretty much goes below the horizon. Once again 10/10… roll on next year.

The hotel is very nice. The food just lace. At the moment, unfortunately, some renovation work is taking place here. The Pool Bar is closed and will be demolished. Even on Sunday, you get bothered by the construction noise. In addition, some rooms will be converted. Here you start in the morning at 8 o 'clock already with work. The room cleaning is loveless. Pillows are thrown to the floor. Towels are only incompletely renewed. Our bed sheets has been contaminated for 5 days and have not yet been re-sourced. The location on the promenade is very good. Would like to give the hotel 4 to 5 stars unfortunately it is not possible because of the circumstances.

Nice hotel right next to the ocean. Staff brilliant and food very good. The nighttime entertainment was also very good. Unfortunately while we were staying there the pool bar closed and extensive building work was carried out causing a lot of dust and noise. We had no prior warning of this happening which was extremely disappointing.

Excellent hotel with three swimming pools of which a blanket with water at 29 °, a buffet restaurant (La Bocaina), a la carte thematic restaurant (the Kasbah) free of charge for privilege guests, a snack bar between the outdoor swimming pools and a coffee bar (Mike's coffee) with a Nice lady who was preparing excellent Italian espresso. The staff always helpful (pity that no one speaks Italian) and the room (standard) very well kept with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. Another thing we appreciated is that the hotel guests only adults: much more relaxing not having to deal with children.

Elegant, stylish and classy. Spacious to accomodate and yet intimate enough to show genuine care of how the holiday-maker feels. The restaurant theme nights and evening shows are balanced, fun, there is a surprise around each corner, table tennis, archery and boules. Pool tables, crazy golf, pool activities are OK. But the pools are cold, though in fairness we are here early in the season. Definitely will consider coming back as the hotel is so convenient to the beaches, shops and the Marina is wonderful featuring a large market on Wednesday and Saturday.

Decent standard hotel. Ideally you need to book the sea view here as the sun comes around from that direction. It takes about 25 mins to stroll to the main shopping area and a further 20 mins to the harbour. However it's a fairly flat walk with only small inclines. Beaches are all man made and are replenished regularly due to erosion.

Re-re-petimos. Wanting to get to paradise. As always perfect atmosphere and a lot of profesiobalidad of all the staff. Resort.

Excellent treatment and professionalism.
90% of the occupation is English, but it is a wonderful hotel to relax, the workers are fantastic, and they have a very special deal with the Spaniards, precisely because we are very few.
The all inclusive is very complete.
I can't wait to get back.

Brilliant 4 Star hotel, a pleasure to visit. Have stayed here every year since 2003, a couple of times, twice a year. The "best" as far as I'm concerned.

Of mass tourism. It was cold and no heating.

All the guests speak wonders of the hotel. They go out very happy.

The H10 Timanfaya Palace is one of the best hotels in Lanzarote. Clean, quiet, with modern rooms and a good service. The hotel is also right on the coast. A real relaxation hotel.

Hotel is lovely, rooms are nice and clean. Food as expected, A la Carte was very good. Lack of beer options available, but otherwise bars were good. Evening entertainment was pretty poor, apart from the piano bar don’t bother. Good hotel, nice pool area a bit further to resort centre and than I would have liked but overall all good.

This is lovely hotel and were it not for the weather would have a great week. Just a couple of issues. My advice, pay for a room facing out to sea. We were in a room at the side on level 1. We faced a grey wall with no outlook at all and it was dark and gloomy. Because the weather was not good it would have been nice to have spent time on the balcony as many other guests did. Unfortunately ours was too depressing. I did request a room change on the first day but they said all their non sea rooms were the same which wasn't actually true. The other gripe I had was that our shower leaked out into the bathroom turning it into a wet room. Three days in a row I asked them to sort it but they did not rectify the problem. We gave up in the end. I would have expected after complaining twice and clearly unable to sort it that they would have just moved us as a gesture of good will. Nice hotel but not sure I'll rush back.

Being an adult hotel, it is quiet, a good hotel, the food with a good level and quality, the location of the hotel is a Trankila area aunk The downside is the wind, but it is excellent for its walk, to highlight K is full of English or others and the performances are D Irigian in English and not in Castilian, so if you do not know is very unfortunate for the K there we spent the holidays, this to be Spain should not be so and for interest has k be directed to the Spanish public, without obviating the foreign public.

Very good hotel. Theme food variations every night. Adults only stay. All staff are very attentive. Entertainment is good. Pool side sun bathing very good lots of room.

Spacious rooms with large facilities. Great pool and beautiful sea views. Good breakfast and very nice staff.

I was there in October 2016 it was great but it changed a lot and not good. 80 to 90% English very pampered. If one is French it is better not to issue a note if there is a problem. Sea View room but that overlooks the rear with 1/3 view on coastal promenade. (Change 2 days after following my claim) Room wrongly made in the absence of the maid with the premium door wide open to our return from the pool. At a meal of 13 hours grill plate systematically uncleaned, (reported but not followed by facts) Fortunately not the case in the evening and when she was not there? Sunbeds dirty or even very dirty which was not the case last year at the same time, etc, etc!. In summary very disappointed this year. Nevertheless, many thanks to the restaurant to Francis Gonzales and Jorge for their discreet but sincere politeness, their eagerness and their efficiency.

An ideal place to rest. We spent our honeymoon trip here. Good views, good food and activities to do. The spaces are very spacious, large pools (one deck), pool bar, play areas… is an ideal place to unwind and relax. We loved it.
The hotel is very well kept and clean. The rooms are spacious and very cosy.
It is true that most guests are older, of British or German origin, very nice and cordial.
But definitely the best thing about this hotel is the service. All of it. The camarer@s are very aware that everything is fine. They ask if you are missing something, if you need anything in the stay… It was not necessary to ask for a drink because they put it on as soon as it was over. Always with a smile. Very nice people, friendly and attentive. Please take care of this great staff because it is one of the reasons we would love to return to the hotel.

Wonderful Hotel. Spacious rooms and spectacular views, the pools and the gardens very well maintained and very clean the area of the indoor pool is wonderful and the areas that this year have put in the gardens with sofas and armchairs to enjoy the sunset overlooking the lighthouse s On incredible. I just love this place. It's something about the atmosphere, the very friendly and happy staff, and the immaculate room. Definitely will come again.

Great hotel with loads of things to do, plenty of sun beds and pools to go in. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the food is top class. It was recommended to us by a friend and we will certainly be doing the same. I've never been to the same place twice for a holiday, well I could quite happily come here again. I'm in a wheelchair and found access to everywhere to be fine, some of the slopes a little steep but ok. The rooms are available with a walk in shower which is great. The rooms are big with plenty of room for me and my chair. Thanks Timanfaya for a great holiday.

As with all H10 hotels the staff are friendly, hard working, and efficient. This hotel has lovely grounds to relax in with multiple pools plus a gym. Being next to the sea it's easy to go for a walk along the coast. The buffet style breakfasts and evening meals are good with a great choice of foods. English style bacon is offered for example.

My husband and I spend a relaxing ten days at this hotel, great food, attentive staff … the perfect chill out break. Thank you Atlantic Gardens.

A quiet secluded hotel catering for couples only. Meals in the main resturant, second to none. Rooms large and tastefully decorated.

Great atmosphere, very much enjoyed my time here. The food selection alone made it worthwhile!

Good food. Good location. Quiet bungalows clean and tidy. Staff excellent. No children. Could do with a place for the smokers to go under cover, as they still seem to blow there smoke over you with no consideration.

Quiet Japanese which has a wonderful service, the waitresses are lovely. Sashimi of salmon this best and great price, very good oyakodon rice. All this delicious, not greasy like at other sites.

Atlantic reach a December 13, about 10:00. Rosaura the receptionist that we attended, put us the bracelets and already we have breakfast. The bungalow not we could access until 11:30 because request good Wi-Fi signal and therefore not got it before, had to prepare it. Check-in is at 12:00. It was a detail.
The place is as they say, quiet and well located. To 2 Km of them shops of Playa Blanca and something less than the lighthouse. We were the only Spaniards almost all foreigners coming in couple or family. They are more educated us to the topic of noise and others, favoring the climax of peace and quiet. The buffet is good, meets and if you aren't very gourmet, you have variety and it satisfies. Better the fish — grilled — meat, though chicken goes well. Mondi and Paco, two veterans of the hospitality industry will be handled well.
Comply with bungalows, cleaning is a day Yes, other not. The funny thing is that one day changed my sheets from my bed but not my wife. Is despistaría. Although I think that general of the Atlantic is not the best of the computation.
There is animation every day. A Portuguese boy named Luis, tries to give joy to the environment with great difficulty, they are foreigners, older and with a high-concept of ridicule. Although once employed the all inclusive alcoholic beverages-unknown brands and little variety — dare more.

Been to this hotel before and going again this New Year for 10days. Am looking forward to it as the hotel is FAB. Food great staff pleasant and helpful. Please give it a try you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I went here in Dec 2014. It was my first time abroad so we wanted it to be special and it didn't disappoint. You must go all inclusive, the food and cocktails are amazing! There was always something to do at the hotel they taught us how to make sangria and one day we had a bbq by the pool which was delicious. Evening entertainment was incredible me and my husband spent nearly the whole holiday listening to the most amazing live music in the piano bar. This was an amazing holiday, the staff made this holiday perfect too they remembered what you liked to drink and you didn't even need to ask for a refill they would take your empty glass and bring you another as soon as you were finished and they were all so friendly and welcoming! I cannot recommend this holiday enough!

Hotel perfect to rest, although the hera share most foreigners, we met three couples, two in Barcelona and one of Tenerife and made friendship, as well as another couple of Madrid on the last day and spent them super, the beach is nearby, food, very attentive waiters and the reception is very well designed, would.

The buffet is very well and has it all poolside restaurant gives choice of tapas and another restaurant with a sensational meal.
The workers are very friendly and the rooms are a good size.
They also organise many activities and the sunsets from the terrace of the bar are precious.
As drawbacks the soundproofing of the hotel in general and the fact that it shows the structures that have their years…

The hotel is beautiful so which appears in the photos. We collected from the airport, if I do not remember wrong were 20 — €25 each way (worth). We were all inclusive and it is spectacular. The quality of the food, perfect staff. Very good breakfast and restaurant nothing repetitive. Best of all that is for adults only. Peace of mind at all times. Repeat safe.

Is full of Germans who hit the buffet. The buffet is fairly regular, has muczha variety and very few things are worth. The pool is fine but has no beach and the nearest is 10 minutes and is bad.
The shows are very bad and almost always only in English.
If you can afford it go to the princesa yaiza, that is a holiday Beach hotel.

Loved it!. My fiance & I have been here three times, the last time we stayed for two weeks, it was over too soon. The staff are extremely pleasant cheerful & accommodating, the food varied but always splendid. The atmosphere was as ever relaxed, I would recommend this hotel very strongly, to any that are seeking tranquillity and comfort in the sun. Can't wait to get back!

It is the second time we have been to this hotel and we're even more thrilled than the first, which was in March 2013. The weather last year was much better, this year has been cold and wind. But the positive point is that they have opened a new, small, indoor heated pool but a real pleasure at 29 ° C.!. The staff is so attentive as before and some they remembered us. The animators are new. It is curious, but we only come to rest.

The hotel's location is great near the beach and the people to make "shopping". We want to thank the entire hotel for seven days that we've been there have been wonderful and in particular a: HECKMAN, QUIQUE, CARLOS, JAVIER, JUAN José and ALEJANDRA. They are the best to get you a smile and feel like in family you have some incredible workers, only to say that we will return insurance.

I will start saying that a 4 cannot be improved * costa, the tranquility that reigns in the hotel is excellent and all the people who might elect him should go to this hotel. Dealing with the staff is very helpful and if you need something will get you it, * breakfast is correct but with something to improve in my opinion pastries and orange juice are not of the quality that should be. Service of impeccable dinner buffet nights are themed and the assortment and quality of food for my taste were excellent, lots of variety and good taste would improve the references of the winery. * The pool very clean and big, also as not bathing nobody to because you have it for you only! * Large room and very comfortable bed, think that all rooms overlooking the sea in greater or lesser extent, in my case I think that the bathroom can be improved. Anyway, these are little things, the hotel is fantastic and I recommend it to everyone.

Who has no major requirements for perfection can feel comfortable here. Nice Bungalow complex with a nice pool complex, mini Golf Tichtennis Billiards and the Sea.

Although the hotel has old facilities, there are zones that have been renovated. The reception and the bar of next to the reception are very nice. It has many facilities and services, such as swimming pools, bars, restaurants, games, etc, but most importantly for us s can rest and not to listen to noises.
The hotel was full, many foreigners. We had a couple next door who every night riding party in your room with some friends. And although we call reception, they ignored or, and so every night, having to draw us attention and still they were not silent. Very unpleasant. But you hear everything, comings and goings through the corridor, comings and goings of suitcases from 6 in the morning to 1.00 night, trolleys from 8 cleaning ladies. 00 of the morning, movement and drag of furniture, tables, chairs, and the bath of them rooms of to the side with any type of noise that did, very desagrable.
The last day we spoke with the director and we ask the sheet of claims and it seemed a very sensible person, but we would have liked it had resolved before and otherwise, and to be more careful with the noise.
The buffet isn't bad. Breakfast good, although I missed the natural orange juice, with everything he had and some more quality in fruit. Dinner, also lots of variety but quality could be improved. The location that is very good.
