Everything is wonderful, wonderful hotel, newly renovated.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms with good facilities. Plenty of variety in the food. Bar service sometimes a tad slow but very nice staff.

Very good value for money. Excellent treatment. They're very kind. The swimming pool is ideal for relaxing and taking a good dip. Accessible and at good temperature. The apartments are simple but spacious and with a double bed (some) super large. 3a time I come.

Nice hotel, great view, nice pool… but you have to fight for getting your breakfast! Otherwise people will steal the croissants from your plate… Olé

Excellent hotel in stunning location. Buffet Breakfast is very good — loads of choices. We booked one bedroom apartment, it’s very spacious with balcony with sea view. Swimming pool is great, drinks is cheap. Good base in exploring La Palma. Hiring a car to see the stunning places in the island is highly recommended.

Very old and outdated hotel. The only thing they changed are the televisions. Flatscreens the size of an iPad. Rooms have no air conditioning and are quite small. When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes because there was only one woman for the check in for all those people. Not her fault but they could have hired more staff. The last thing you want after a long flight is waiting. You’re tired and you just want to go to your room. My husband was refused at dinner for wearing shorts (over his knee) while females were wearing hot pants. And we were never refused service anywhere but at our own hotel. While it’s a cheap all you can eat buffet for €15, —. They make it seem like it’s a 5 star restaurant with a Michelin star. What an arrogancy. So we went to an actual fancy restaurant and they had no problem at all with my husband wearing shorts. Weird and offensive. We will NEVER come to Las Olas again. The only thing good were the cleaning ladies. Friendly and they thoroughly cleaned the rooms.

Lovely hotel. The complex is brilliant. Fantastic, friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. The maids worked really hard. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

General impression is very clean. The Thai restaurant is nice. There was only one receptionist when we arrived, so there was a big queue for the check-in which almost took an hour. Our room with sea view had a shared patio which unfortunately decreased out privacy a little. Since the other guests walk on the same patio as well to get to their apartments. Swimming pool was clean, sun beds were fine and the prices of the drinks at the bar are good. A little far from Santa Cruz leaving you up to only a few restaurants in the neighborhood when want to wine and dine. The La Ola Thai restaurant was the best obviously (when it comes to food, view, service and ambiance). RENT A CAR to explore the island (saw this in a lot of previous reviews and I repeat it once again).

Nice, quiet hotel with good, varied breakfasts and dinners. We were very satisfied with the large room. Service and cleaning were always attentive and courteous.
At most, there is no objection to the distance to the beach (side exit closed), only small plastic packets for butter and magerine (garbage) and nailable Wi-Fi failures.

Very good value for money, very friendly staff. The food is good. The décor partly got a bit old but overall very clean and tidy.

Very tasty food with lots of choice and great ambiance. There is also a terrace where you could sit great in nice weather! Unfortunately, it is often very windy and fresh even at the end of April. What a pity. Good value for money.

Clean, quiet hotel in close proximity to airport. Very large apartment rooms, delicious food and good location for excursions. Supermarkets and beach are within easy reach, the capital of the island 5km away.

Self catering apartment, didn't use the bar, restaurant or pool so can't comment. Rooms clean, sufficient facilities, very good shower. Zebra finches and budgies in cages on the site which you passed daily. They seemed well looked after, but the cages were very small. There is room for large aviaries which would be much better.

The rooms in the apartments are huge. With regard to the food I lacked a bit of variety. The staff was very helpful.

It is a hotel that is not up to par. Where you have seen a 4 star hotel Q has no heating, no drinks in the fridge or blankets. And also the hot water from the boiler is limited to the time trial.

One of the most friendly polite hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. All the staff greeted you at breakfast lunch and dinner with a welcoming smile and a polite "how are you "which was most welcomed. Highly recommend this hidden gem of the canaries. Will definitely be going back for another stay.

Perfect staff and service. Furniture in room is little older but people are more important than equipment. Great starting point for discovering island — everywhere is close. Quality/price.

Good Apartment hotel in Nice location. The proximity to the airport disturbs little; The planes start right across the hotel, but there are only about 12 flights a day and at night it is quiet.
Positive: Spacious grounds, spacious apartments. Good (but not "very good") food.
Negative: WLAN only in the main house and in some very close apartments. The WLAN is often overloaded; Despite good signal strength, no connection is possible because no IP addresses are free.
The photos show apartment No. 615 in the House "Lanzarote" (north of the main house). This is quite pleasant as both rooms go backwards (because it is behind the staircase) ; Most of the apartments have a room facing the front. It has a small part-lake view (see photo from the balcony).

We were in the apartment area.
Value for money right.
Note that the apartment we had was facing a garden terrace and we found ants in the bed but nothing to run away.
The terraces are not isolated you can go from your terrace wing of the apartment adjoining without any problem (little intimate)

Great hotel with great pool area… Room with kitchen perfect for half board Bucher. It's not far to supermarkets. Pharmacy is also right nearby. To Santa Cruz it is not far by bus. Would love to come back.

Great hotel, a bit far away from the beach. Reception partly overtaxed. A receptionist spoke perfect German and could still help us. Hotel amenities and facilities very good but no air conditioning in the rooms available. Breakfast and dinner upper midfield.

The booking process was evidently confusing as we thought we had booked for 2 guests, but only had a room for 1 guest when we arrived. We were told that this is not the first time this has happened. Frustrating and meant that it cost almost 90 euros per person per night. Room was quite nice but that's to be expected for the price. Plug sockets were the old European 3 pin which I don't think they're supposed to have anymore. Breakfast was poor. Basic selection of cold meats with cooked eggs and some hard bread. €3 extra for fresh orange juice on top of an already expensive price. Disappointed.

Nice friendly staff, some of the fittings in the rooms are a bit tired, but perfectly functional. Central location means you can get anywhere on the island easily with a car. It is close to the flight path, near the airport — there are so few flights, this is not a problem and does make it convenient for the airport.

Very nice apartments. Breakfast was just ok but could have been better, especially if you make a request at the hot plate counter. They only cook what they are cooking, so no requests. Overall the stay was very nice and the hotel manager was amazing and very helpful. Thanks Manwell… 5

Very well placed just 4 km from the capital. Along the sea. The staff at the hotel is adorable.

The best thing about this aphartotel is the service. It caters very kindly and quickly (without burdening). They speak quietly and personally. Discretion is guaranteed. They are friendly and friendly (keeping the right distance). Proper cleaning and a sense of environmental care. 3 Swimming pools: 1 large; 1 heated and 1 Redondita and secluded for younger children. The gardens of the hotel, its plants, its trees and its shrubs are arranged in a very creative way that, if you walk them, you will be amazed by the combination of them. A Lujazo!
The people staying at this hotel are also very polite. And I speak of people of all ages: neither do they observe you with eyes of toad nor do they ignore you! They're correctísimos. The kids don't bother, either in the pool or in the dining room. How would I say.

Practically located 4-star hotel for all the many Germans who can not do without Nutella on holiday, dark bread, jam, a German-speaking reception as well as fixed meal times.

Very friendly staff, large apartments, very good food in the evening buffet, large pool in well maintained grounds with ample lounge chairs and pool bar. Bus stop right in front of the hotel, the bus to Santa Cruz runs every half hour. From there there are bus lines to all parts of the beautiful island.

Great hotel, very clean, but pity that the rooms do not get all the Wi-Fi, pity that certain room (the No. 625) that overlooks the kitchens, without Seaview, nor on the pool (except by leaning…! ) and as the Spaniards do not speak but shout, you are awakened every morning to 6:15 by Cuistos and waiters, sounds of crates etc… Ors, we had taken full board… But despite everything, very poorly placed… too bad.

Very neat and elegant common areas. Very large rooms We had one without balcony or terrace and there was no where to lay the towels or the swimsuits. ; One of the pools is heated, which is thanks PQ about six in the afternoon sunbathes and makes fresh encillas. The breakfast was very good. Wiffi only in reception and bar.

The apartment, pool and buffet were very nice plus the attention of all the staff has been unbeatable. We will definitely repeat.

Nice hotel, great service. Rooms are quite big and Very clean. Same is the hole hotel. I had a very pleasant third stay there this March and I will for sure come back.

The tai restaurant was good, but they only had the typical 4 deserts from La Palma nothing from Tai food.

The good news: daily cleaning, room spacious, welcoming, good pool, good views. With children's pool and playground (but didn't see never open a room with toys and other children's entertainment). Very good professionals who work here, friendly, attentive and efficient MV
The bad: good buffet food but little variety, little animation to say that anyone not encouraged the Orchestra every night.

A quite nice place, very clean and well maintained rooms.
We were located in a complex of rooms made in 2013 and enough quality.
The food at the hotel leaves a little to be desired, slightly sloppy free bar buffet. And food to be local not it seemed.
The staff of the fantastic hotel, good service and great humane treatment.
The area, annexes and other complex quite beautiful. A very quiet place is on the 21.00 can't find anyone on the streets.
It's cold in contrast to other places on the island, because the wind is always in front.
A wonderful experience, good vacation spot to spend them in family and worry-free.

Nice place but nothing to do in the evenings. Ok during the day if it's hot you can sit by the pool but the pool bar service is painfully slow even for Spain! Very relaxing but wouldn't come back or recommend it for families with kids.

The service does not I like much but the hotel deserves the penalty.

The attention of the staff is excellent; its location is perfect: with environment of services, stop of bus urban, proximity to the airport and Santa Cruz.
The buffet is well served and attended.

All great, except the pillows and the mattresses could be a little better.
