Good service and price, good rooms, accessible rooms for disabled persons, bathrooms included. The only problem is the bar for breakfast, is true that is not part of the hotel, but is a problem when you want to take a "morning coffee" and the two bar are closed after 11h, even there are some days that they don't open in all morning.

Nice and quite, sheltered when windy, everything clean and well maintained, conveniently located on bus route between airport and Santa Cruz (airport 10 minutes away), plenty of parking round about if you have a hire car. Small selection of shops and restaurants next door. Found this to be a relaxing place to stay. Nice gardens and pool.

The furniture has come a little in the years and in the kitchen could be an oven, kettle and toaster, if you want to take care of yourself, but everything else is very clean and the staff very nice and accommodating! They also have everything from the supermarket to pharmacy and some good restaurants as well as the beach nearby! Otherwise you can also lie down in the complex and enjoy the nice ambiance and the sun!

It is exactly what it says it is, clean, tidy, quiet, basic and a perfect get away from the general hussle and bussle of everyday life. Complex arranged on 3 sides around a small unheated pool. Blocks are East, West and North, East block overlooks the road which can be slightly noisy with a few restaurants and bars but the road isn't a major road it's only local traffic for Los Cancajos. West block is higher on the hillside and balconies face eastward over the pool area. North block balconies face south overlooking the pool area and get the sun from morning to afternoon, great sun traps for serious sun worshipers. Whole complex has free Wi-Fi which is adequate but sometimes flakey and TV is mainly Spanish and German on digital but SkyNews is available if you retune the analogue tuner. My hint is most TVs have HDMI connections so a Chromecast should work using the free Wi-Fi. Complex is very popular with Northern European visitors and most restaurants in the area do not open until lunchtime so if breakfast is your main stay then the local supermarkets have everything you need for a English Breakfast to cook in your apartment. Restaurants are nearby and fairly reasonable with food that should meet most people's tastes. And a €1.37 bus ride will take you into Santa Cruz, buses run until fairly late in the evening.

Were on holiday in December. Clean, pleasant self-contained facility, decent pool. Breakfast extensive and close. Planes only during the day. At any time, you like to be back.

Beautiful apartment complex, very Sauber. Very nice and attentive staff. For people who are looking for peace and quiet absolutely recommended. Although well booked, almost nothing was noticed by the neighbors. A 5-minute walk to a top clean beach.

Comfortable, special treatment, trankilo and everything to hand, no need to take car.

Every time I go back to La Palma for leisure or business, this is where I book. The apartments, which grow around a gorgeous pool, are cute and well-kept. The Kitchen is functional and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The Cleaning is done three times a week, but in the apartment there is still everything you need to clean, if necessary. The Price is great.

Great bungalow-style hotel. Very nice presentation and recommended by the closed character for families with children. However, supervision by the pool is recommended.
The beach, which is about 1km away, is one of the most beautiful on the island and offers a small bay where children can also splash due to the small swell.
In the immediate vicinity are shopping for daily needs. You can hardly notice the directly adjacent road. Air traffic, but one can be fobbled up due to the small number of flights.
All in all, highly recommended!

Beautiful Appartmentanlge with freshly renovated pool (2017) in the middle of the complex. All very neat and kept clean. Nice helpful staff.

Good location but difficult for parking, the rooms are good for have a "base" for visit La Palma, because it have a little kitchen with induction fire, oven and fridge. The place have rooms for persons with disabilities.

Nice location, good apt. Small Soap provided only once during our weeks stay. At times it gets very hot & sultry at night. No aircon or fans. So be aware! Fans not awailable for renting. So we bought one for 20 Euro!

Apartments next to the area of beach. The staff is friendly and close. The apartment is equipped with the indispensable. Swimming pool for adults and children clean and lifeguard.

Is a good site, general the rooms are well, although the beds are quite hard and the pillows fine. Even thus meets as apartahotel.

Nice apartment not bad … the sea is a bit choppy so either commuted or stayed in the pool … nice anyway!
