The hotel was great. Direct beach location and private access, great facility with many loungers. The staff is very nice and helpful. The drinks are delicious, the food too. The room was big and clean.

Great place, we stayed there from 19.6.22 to 01.07.22 and will be back next year for sure. Very friendly staff who are always cheerful. Everything fit all around.

We’ve just stayed here for our honeymoon from the UK. We spend 9 nights here and the hotel is fantastic. Big pool, good bars, very good staff with games through the day, very good evening entertainment and an overall very good experience. The food is also brilliant with a lot of variance. Beach is also 30 seconds away.

Just everything, have been there three times and still beautiful. The staff is very friendly (Gloria from the restaurant is a highlight among all the others: Paco, Maria, Manu and so on, THANK YOU.

With this facility, you simply can't go wrong, from rooms, cleanliness, food, pool and bar everything is fine. Super nice beach, very nice staff, especially the lady at the reception who spoke very well german and gave us many tips.

Great hotel food very good rooms cleaned every day but need to fill there plastic glasses up more other than that can't fault it.

Food is crap literally dog food frozen crap, not a proper all inclusive, you get nothing not even a kettle for coffee in room not even soap lol
Long ques for drinks to only get a tiny plastic cup with crap drinks. Expensive for what you get. Hotel grounds are nice but the pictures are not authentic. The beach bar and sun chairs on the beach In the picture is not apart the hotel and shouldn't be portrayed as it is. The food does not look like it does I. The pic either not one bit!

Friendly staff, good food for end of season, rooms clean and tidy with fresh towels every day, gym not so good but overall had a great time.

Currently on holiday at the fergus, payed for all inclusive but have to pay for cocktails and icecreams? food wise, great selection but at times can be cold. Apart from this, great staff, great entertainment. Lovely hotel.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff are without fault. A special thank you to the wonderful Yasmina and Malina for your first class friendly service. We will be back as soon as possible.

Last day tomorrow of our weeks stay. We have loved it. Upgraded to all inclusive after the first few days as service and food so good.
Great pool with loads of beds and the entertainment staff excellent. All staff really friendly xx.

We had a girls weekend here and the hotel and food and accommodation were excellent however the evening staff (male, mature gentleman) was very unprofessional, incompetent and very rude. To the point that when out flight was cancelled in the early hours of the morning we came back to see if we could stay, he said there were no rooms available and we weren’t able to wait till morning in reception. He also would not help us find anywhere else to stay. Very rude we had to walk the streets of Ibiza with our cases I. Hope to find someone to help us. Thank god the hard rock hotel were very helpful.

Such a lovely place to say, so relaxing feel very spoilt staying here, lovely staff always smiling, and the entertainment team are brilliant. Thank you for a great stay.
