Fantastic family friendly hotel, love the grand palladium chain, something for everyone. On beach, 10 mins from airport, on bus route to Ibiza town, fab facilities. Would highly recommend.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the hotel & it was nothing short of amazing. The food & drinks were really impressive, had some outstanding meals at the a la carte restaurants & the buffet restaurant too. My little one loved the pic n mix every evening. The pools are great, particularly the pirate pool for the little ones. The rooms & buildings could do with a refurb which I’m told is happening this year. The staff in the bars & restaurants are so kind & helpful but Our whole holiday was made by the entertainment team. The girls in the mini club were absolute angels, Natalia, Ana, Shana & all the girls made every day fun & kept our son entertained as well as caring for him so well, they made me feel so at ease leaving him. The activities the mini club did each day far exceeded our expectations. The team work so hard looking after the children & doing activities during the day & then spend the evening dancing & entertaining the kids & adults in the evening. Ronald, Dani, Racquel, Martha, felicitas, Rosio… I can’t name them all but you’re all incredible. The Lion King & Aladdin shows were so impressive. We loved them. We were so sad to leave this amazing place & these amazing people.

What can I say! They looked after us really well. The food wow can’t fault nothing can’t describe how good the food was! Defo recommend this place! The views and the size of the hotel is amazing definitely returning!

All the staff are so nice and very helpful! This place is really a child friendly. They have a lot of activities for adults and kids. We will surely come back! Really great experience! Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful vacation!

Me and my family had a great experience with the palladium Ibiza &spa, staff was incredibly helpful, and the entertainment was amazing they work so hard and put in 110%. The room's was wonderful, clean, and perfect, and I would like to say a huge thank you to Mariea on front desk from the moment me and children got to the hotel so much had gone wrong and it was set to get worse, But Mariea really did look after us she was so heart warming and helped me and my children get settled, she really did go above and beyond I will always remember her amzing. very lucky hotel to have such amzing staff member. Marina thank you again 😘

Just come back from a 4 night stay here, very clean, staff are so friendly and we're amazing with my boys. food and drink was amazing, ice creams went down a treat with my boys. amazing stay see you next year :) x.

Mixed views on this hotel, room, hotel, entertainment, bars were very good.
Breakfast had a lot to choose from but food wasn’t hot.
Lunch was good, plenty to choose from excellent salad bar.
Dinner was mainly very good, but again food needed to be hot.
A la carte well we only used once very disappointed food only fair, starter hake was the size of a thumbnail! Tried to speak to manager he/she didn’t call me back.
Also tried to book Mexican at 8 am stood in queue for 20 minutes to be told no more tables.
Definitely 5* in most of the hotel.

I really don’t no how this was given a 5 star. The food was terrible, pools constantly being closed. The beds were taken by 9am in the morning. Alcohol was really cheap and watered down. Could not book any of the restaurants. We stayed for a week and then moved somewhere else. Really wouldn’t recommend.

Room well, hotel in excellent condition, delicious food excellent location. In negative: the bar took a long time to prepare the food, and they sometimes get short of staff to simply take care of you at a bar. Unfortunately when I went the main pool was damaged and I had to walk to the complex next door to use the pool. Finally, because of its great beachfront location it is quickly accessible which was not our case because the nearest access was always closed and we had to enter through the restaurant door in the other complex next door.

Been here for 3 days during a company organized event. All inclusive, can't complain about anything really. Good food, kind staff, good room. Spent more time outside the place visiting the wonderful Ibiza. :-)

First rate hotel. Excellent accommodation and really good food. Large, clean swimming pools with a special children's pool. Short walk to a clean, sandy beach. All round, a first class hotel staffed by efficient and friendly people. Very highly recommended.

Very good hotel. % family friendly. Great entertainment team (it was best part of the hotel). My 4 years old had a great time in mini club. Kitchen wasn't bad but it could be better for 5 stars. Rooms are very clean but definitely not at the level of 5 starts standards. They put together 2 single beds to make it double but it didn't work very well, one of us kept falling in the middle during the night :) as a solution we just kept the beds separate and had to sleep in separate beds. Highlights of my holiday super friendly staff (restaurant, reception, house keepers, bar staff, entertainers. ) always smiley. Lowlights was room was too small and it wasn't at the 5 stars standards (but clean). Thanks to all the staff. I hope hotel management look after this lovely staff.

Definitely not 5 star. Rooms are still the same from 10 years ago apart from new curtains and bed spreads, mattresses are uncomfortable not one decent night sleep in 7 nights, baths are falling to bits. Tea making facilities are cheap and nasty. The Television belongs In the 1990s and they was a massive palm tree outside our window blocking our view. Pools are nice and quiet. Buffet restaurant is nice and varied but not enough high chairs was only here a week though. A la carte restaurants are actually worse than the Buffet restaurant. 90% of the staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Entertainment in the evening is good so is the Kids entertainment during the day and evening. Won't be coming back unless it has a complete refurbishment.

Beautiful Five star hotel located at the end of play D'enbossa but out of the bustle of nightclubs. It's an all inclusive with quality food. Refurbished in 2016 everything is very nice and well cared for. Courteous staff is always available for any information or clarification. Recommended.

We have only been coming here for 12 years so far our opinions are all positive. We can't find fault. This is the end of another perfect holiday. Roll on next year. Can't wait to meet up with our Palladium family again. So sad to say good bye love to you all xxx.

Great hotel! Everything was perfect! Huge selection of meals, qualities of the dishes offered! In short everything was on top, I will return! I would definitely recommend it.

I booked a suite and let me tell you, don't book a suite. Over priced for absolutely NOTHING! If you must stay here book a standard room you get the same service. The all inclusive is NOT 24 hours and not everything is included. The premium drinks are not included and incure an additional charge. I was very underwhelmed by this experience. So much so I checked out the same day. It's not worth the amount of money they ask for! They did not try to accommodate us or our concerns. I've been to other all inclusive and when I book the suite there is usually a complimentary bottle of champagne and welcome drink, none of that was given here. Their suite comes with a Jacuzzi and free shuttle and that's what they charge extra for and almost $2000 USD for 3 nights. No way!

Service and staff at the top! The hotel is very clean. The restaurant service is open 24 hours a day.

Highly recommended! We came back from a great family stay at this hotel and it was really top notch. The staff are at the small care and the high-end services. Only snag, the temperature a bit cold of the pools in April. If not for the rest go ahead with your eyes closed!

All in resort. Clean, modern, all what you need if you like these accommodations in holiday. Next to the beach as well and outskirts of city are in walking reach, although to go to the center you better take your car or cab.

Holy Week 2018
We had three suites with jacuzzi booked from the month of January, upon arrival, all very friendly and complimenting my husband that it was his birthday, we took the rooms and all so happy. The surprise is when you get to the room and see the jacuzzi empty, but good does not nothing happens to you and advise you to fill out. Three days of four, behind them, that fill and between lies and tall tales we managed to fill one and in the end admit that they are broken, on the third day to give us the alternative of a change of room, when you could have done it from the beginning. I have to say that at the end they gave us back the amount of the price difference. Also say in his favor that the staff, most very helpful and very attentive, congratulated my husband I think that every day, were pending that would spend a happy day of birthday. They behaved pretty well since the last day we left the rooms up to 18 hrs and on the day of arrival to be very early we stopped for breakfast at the buffet, which to my mind, it was the only 5-star hotel. But the embarrassment of going behind them for them to solve the problem and the lies are not a 5 star.

Beautiful place. Met with welcoming drinks on arrival. All staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere spotless. If you can't find something to eat there's something wrong with you. Lots of choices. All drinks premium quality not locally sourced unlike most all inclusive hotels. Fridge filled daily. Only minor gripes milk not replenished every day in room for hot drinks and pool for those brave enough to go in is freezing but it is April. Sad to leave. Thank you for a wonderful time.

To my liking, too green in some respects. In 6 days they were not able to solve a phone problem room — reception, with the inconvenience that if you needed anything at any time, a few towels as I happened to me at 23:40, from "Pavilion 4" the farthest away because quite uncomfortable. This without thinking of having to communicate any emergency or something serious with reception, since I was traveling with a baby and a girl.
Zero animation to be Easter and 5 star hotel. At 11:00 night, there was no music.
Our departure from the hotel was 19:20 in the afternoon with which we provide two complimentary "toilets", without cleaning the two, I repeat the two.
Which I find very poor for a 5 star hotel.

First night of our stay. No water in the hot tub, that and the whole outside area are filthy. Two hours after requesting service I get told it's not going to happen tonight and that they may comp me the difference from a non jacuzzi room. Fast forward my son gets out of the shower and complains about his towel smelling. It literally smelled like an ash tray. What a waste of €250 per night. Update… The front desk manager Moira took very good care of us. She moved us into a jacuzzi room on the other side of the resort with an amazing ocean view. I think we are the first ones in the room this season and the jacuzzi is still kicking out dead leaves. Other than that we are pretty pleased with how they handled things.

Spectacular! The facilities, services… everything from 10, and best of all the staff, attentive, efficient and friendly at all times, from the reception, restoration, animación… tod@s! Totally recommended! I will return as soon as possible!

The room smells humid, probably the layout does not allow the environment to dry. The room is usually redone in the late afternoon when a person comes back from the beach or pool. Varied BUFFET but quality food not by 5 star. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel! The rooms and facilities are good. We have found it clean. The food and buffet breakfast is of quality, taking this into account, it is a buffet… The best thing is the staff: all the hotel staff that we were treated, the service has been excellent! There has not been a single person that has failed in this aspect.

Luxury at a good price. We stayed 4 nights at a good price as it was fair before easter and the prices were cheaper than in the high season as it is logical. A hotel very advisable if you want to enjoy in a fantastic environment and a treatment and first class services.

The hotel is so far OK. The rooms are tidy, but on closer inspection there are many places on the building that would have to be worked on urgently. And the pools is ample space and also plenty of lounge chairs. But if you want to go to the beach, you almost have to beat a place. Far too little lie and a warden who is outrageous. The food was OK, only the size of the restaurant makes this a "dining hall" where many people are fed.

Very good if you want to have everything in one place. Prices are affordable considering it's all inclusive.

We have spent our first real all inclusive holiday here.
We shared a room with three of them, which was no problem at all. The extra bed was super comfy. The beds were made every day and the towels exchanged every day.
The reception was super nice and helped with every stupid question.
Here you have everything you can imagine.
Minibar in the rooms at no extra cost. Room service until 10 pm free of charge.
3 Breakfast — and lunch buffets, late riser, afternoon snacks, 3 theme restaurants for the evening and additionally, food is on order around the clock in the sports bar. So you don't have to starve.
Are more than enough available. On the beach, the lounge chairs are free and the hotel has its own access.
The hotel has a direct Busanbinung to the city centre.
There is a guest service in the two lobbies that answers every question. You can also book different actions.
The rooms actually look like the example images on Google.

Nice and comfortable. Very nice bartenders. The food of the buffet and the restaurants quite good. In negative I would say the pool and the hammock area is small and it gets crowded super soon. The animation activities could also improve. They are made in the same pool, with very little space and are rather for tourists. Very upgradeable.

A hotel-enjoyed. The sport bar, a great idea. Young and friendly staff. Great deal.

Were happy with this hotel. Good: very nice staff, spacious area. Many possibilities to use the all-inclusive offer. Bad: We had a pretty bright impaired room, flying East planes are extremely noisy, we had a slight food poisoning, heated pools were very cold.

The rooms are fine. The amenities are fine. The food is inoffensively American style and very plain. No Spanish food anywhere. Though Palladium probably just has the same boring menu in all of their cookie cutter locations. You can have all the fine dining of a Shoneys in this five? What it's a FIVE star resort? That has to be a mistake. It's nice if you want to go with your family and pretend you're in any of their resorts anywhere in the world. And don't get the "all" inclusive package. Unless you plan on drinking a lot of alcohol, the food is not good enough to be worth it. You have to go to Ibiza to get any good food. I got food poisoning or a stomach virus while here, and others have gotten sick but the staff doesn't care.

Great facilities, exceptional food, but the best the staff, I've been going 4 years and most are the same and the deal is close, friendly and very professional, I will come back every year because they make me feel at home.

Great hotel it was clean and close to the beach and the entertainment on a night was great the only thing which could be better is the size of the sofa beds which weren't that big for someone who is adult size.

Super Hotel and in any case its worth the money. Room was OK, only criticism: it could be cleaned clean… 3 a lá cart restaurants, 2 buffet restaurants, pool bars, 2 swimming pools, children's pool extra, 24h-open sportsbar. Super cocktails and all inclusive. Super Animation Team! Every evening another program in the theatre. However, the beach near the hotel is not exactly breathtaking. Appendix Top, Beach flop!

This resort is amazing! Never have I seen such a good food buffet at an all inclusive. Beaches were amazing as well. We'll be back one day.

Nice and friendly staffs, 2 pools if you don't count the white ones (because u can use them as well) 2 pool bar 3 other bars and one 24hr, one bar. Ear the beach as well! I really like the family atmosphere here quite at nights no bothering Music till midnight in the party Island but you can buy other hotels tickets to party all night and when u r back u can rest and chill the hotel is clean and most of it is on All inclusive program. massage and spa was really good and not expensive as other 5star hotels that I have been before 80/hr. you have almost everything beside toothpaste! but u can buy at shop. view of the hotel is really good we have sunrise each morning from ocean. -really recommend this hotel especially if u need to chill at hotel not party.

Best all incl hotel I have been. Absolutly great food, friendly staff and "Sports Bar" with drinks and food 24h. Do not recommend a'la card rest… waist of time as main restaurants have great choices of food.

We were in July 17 during the holidays. The hotel is very nice. The staff is very very friendly. The food was okay, stop all inclusive. My room was top. Nice size with everything you need. The bathroom was clean. The closet was maybe a little small, but since I was only there with a child, that was already going on. Planes were heard in my room, but didn't bother that way. I was frightened in the room of my fellow travellers, so the flight noise was quite crass. How the window would be open. What I found quite annoying, the hotel should definitely find a solution, is that the guests reserve lounge chairs by the pool and which then used for hours. Was once a whole morning at the pool, there was partly nobody on the deck chairs, until noon when I left. It would have really enough room if they didn't always reserve. We did not do this and still found a place, even if we had to wear the deck chairs around.

You can not consider it at the height of a 5-star hotel. In addition to the services not really up to par, the hotel is next to the airport with flights that pass you on your head.

Ideal location, 5 km from the airport and 6 km from Ibiza, with its own beach, four swimming pools and many spaces to relax. There is an amphitheater for concerts outdoors, spa area, basketball and tennis courts. Several options of restoration and an attentive and friendly service.

We were in the hotel from 20 to 26 of September 2015 was a journey that we give to my husband by his retirement wanted that it was unforgettable and contrate room junior suite, in the Agency told us that it was fine, that had jacuzzi, double room, in the end what I was looking for, what was my surprise when after two hours waiting gave us the room the reception guy we sold the bike telling was a room precious that he gave to the natural park and when we saw it or jacuzzi or anything, honestly wasn't what I had hired the two days of being could not more and told at the reception and we changed was better but not what I had said in the agency or what we pay the last day to hand over the keys I told Adrian was which I sold the bike that I was very angry with el for giving us that room and sell the bike and what was my surprise to me answer is my work bone that his job is to mislead customers? me sento fatal and even me indigne more why I left to spend a few days to put it to the hotel to whom it may concern. Do not want to scold Mr Adrian please not that it is my intention, but to not sell the bike when the know that it is not true, the room was broken in two places sofa dryer half fallen half broken floor lamp is the 2023 can go see her and you will see that I'm not lying.

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been going twice a year for the last 7 years (I know! ) as Travel Club members, we love this beautiful Island and its clear waters, hidden calas, a real gem. This hotel ticks all the boxes! I really feel I need to take my time in writing this review as I have got a few to thank… The hotel is situated at the last tip of Platja D'En Bossa, adjacent to Las Salinas National Park World Heritage (perfect for birds watchers) it's beach is mostly used by guests lazing on the provided sun loungers/parasols or by a few local inhabitants. The hotel is huge, it has been recently vastly expanded with another brand new wing (The White Island) with a reception area, restaurants, bars, pools etc. Always a lot of space. For a bit of extra fun, popular clubs and bars are only 10 minutes walk away, also 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport, how convenient! The Palladium Palace is all very clean and manicured, with loads of activities for the most active+luxurious SPA (thank you girls! ) a gym and a few pools/bars to choose for relaxing or else. The children are well entertained by fun spectacles, shows and a large, tucked away playground area with waterslides (perfectly located I should say! ) to keeps them happy :) The variety and presentation of food, OMG! Spoiled for choice and a decent choice of wines too! All the personnel is superfriendly and professional.

Amazing hotel with a stunning location situated at the end of beach strip so very quiet too. Amazing staff and BRILLIANT cocktails! Rooms are very modern and the food selection was lovely. Seafood night was our favourite! Close to all the bars and an easy taxi to all the clubs. Perfect for ibiza town as only a quick taxi / bus away too. We would definitely be returning! Thank you!

I was a weekend with the company there and was thrilled. It is beautiful, the rooms well maintained and the front Desk is always patient and kind. Only the waiters in the dining room could be a bit faster, but were always friendly. I can certainly recommend it and would like to spend private there is still a holiday! :-)
