Great hotel for a weekend away. Good entertainment — we went 80’s party and this was included in the price Some issues:
booking in is slow… 20 minutes is just too long. Or they should have a separate area for when your wristband don’t work…
noisy, next door hotel starts music at 12 and don’t stop till late. There is just a constant hum of noise.
I would not take my children there, too many stags, hens, weekends away. It is definitely more an adult hotel.

What an amazing hotel! I would 100% recommend to all ages. Also great for younger children with a water play area! The beach is actually connected to the hotel so perfect for change of scenery from around the pools. Great bar/food service. Swim up bar is amazing for cooling down. Will definitely recommend and hopeful return soon! The room, 4th block top floor was just wonderful. Spacious, two balconies, living area with a swivel TV from bed to lounge! Very quiet, so if you like your early nights (we’re very tired parents to a 12 and two year old) the rooms are well blocked out. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will be back!

This is definitely at the very top in my list of hotels. It was that good, we struggled to leave the hotel. What makes this hotel extra special is the staff. They could not do enough for us, everyone was extremely helpfull and caring — top class service. Everyone made sure that we were kept happy at all times. Extremely professional and fun to chat to. LOVE this place and cant wait to come back. Thanks you for making my birthday so special.

Third time we’ve stayed here with our children aged 6 & 12. We love this hotel. This time our travel agent made an error and booked us the wrong room, Rather then the rock suite diamond we are used to they booked us a rock suite which was too near the music. However even though it wasn’t their fault, the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Marco & Antonio gave us all the options and could not have been more understanding. We are now in a Rock Suite Platinum and the kids are very happy to be close to the playground & to have a jacuzzi on the roof. The breakfast here is the buffet of dreams, not only is there wonderfully relaxed live music (changes daily) there’s everything you could wish for — sushi bar, nespresso bar, juice bar, gluten free area, the list is endless. Let’s not mention the station for kids full of jelly sweets which I have to divert my kids from. One of the two pools plays loud music but we cannot hear it from our room and the kids have a great slide into the pool. The beach is just a walk away and it’s so accessible to get into the old town. We love this place with our kids. Thank you.

Amazing Hotel. I love the beach and the rooms. Especially the pool area is amazing for any age! It is next door to the best clubs and a quiet chill, luxury place to spend your holiday! Love it! Also the dining experience has a big variety of amazing restaurants. My fave is Tatel Restaurant and the Coco Chanel Cocktail there.

Lovely place… great staff…

This was my second stay here with my brother. We had the suite with the hot tub on the roof. The room was lovely, beds very comfortable and room very clean with coffee maker (charged for pods), free tea and coffee and kettle. Mini fridge and drinks cabinet. We asked for fro t stage facing as we had arrived for the child of the 80’s event. We got this and had a great view if the stage and the whole event was brilliant. The staff are all lovely and are all there to make you feel special. I can’t recomnend this hotel enough. It’s far from cheap though and even though we paid for one of the top rooms, breakfast was an extra hard, €25 I think. That’s is my only complaint, for top of the range rooms, like ours, I think breakfast should have been free of charge or at the least discounted. However, Our stay was fantastic and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Amazing view of Playa d'en Bossa and Ushuaia. Good cocktails with prices in the average of the premises of this level (about €15). Admission free. Nice music. For those who love oysters have the selections of Amelie oysters to match the cocktail. Very friendly staff.

I was there exclusively in the shop to buy a shirt. The hotel gives the impression that it has a high standard of security. Everywhere you can find security or cameras guarding all entrances. But if you ask, the security shows you the way to the shop. There I was received and served very kindly. There was a very large dressing room with huge mirror and large armchair to try on comfortably. The rest of the hotel worked in upscale style. Everything was clean.
Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the purchased shirt. €34 and at home first washed by hand, dried and wanted to put it on. It dusts without end, has never experienced anything like it. Again washed in the machine because I thought it's detergent residues, but again the same thing. So actually just gulby the ton.

It Is very modern… I think it has too many conventions idea too much noise.

Nice Hotel with beautiful sandy beach and big swimming pools. Lots of nice restaurants and bars. Food was good and hospitality very warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. I had a room in the main house with sea views. Since there was instant coffee in the room, I was able to wake up relaxed in the morning. The beach club is also cool and the beds were very comfortable.

It's All great. Aunqie may be missing some welcome detail in the rooms.

The hotel is amazing. The pools are really lovely. The rooms are spacious, modern and really clean. The bath (especially thr bathtub) is a dream. The restaurants serve delicious food, but are quite expensive. The breakfast buffet is perfect. Anything you can think of is available. So why 3 stars? It's Hard Rock. Not House Hotel. Not like in other HR Hotels you can enjoy Rock/Pop/Metal at the pool. Here you are forced to listen to House Music which in my eyes does not work with the name "Hard Rock. " Furthermore it's not quite at night as you can hear the noise from the neighbour hotel. I was disappointed.

We stayed here on a B&B basis in a Deluxe Gold to celebrate our anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff was kind enough to send us a bottle of Cava and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate with a little congratulations note! Lovely details like this make them a 5 star hotel. ❤️ The room is amazing and modern, you can adjust the lights to different colours which gives you a true rockstar vibe. We’re still dreaming about the bed, real American King Size bed with super soft bedding and comfortable pillows. Breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the extra money as you can easily go on with your day until dinner time. We had dinner at the 3rd Half bar where they have a similar menu to their snack restaurants, a selection of pasta, burgers, salads and sandwiches. It’s around €12 for a big burger with a side of chips and salad, so just as breakfast all delicious and good value for money. Already planning our next stay!

Wonderful stay. The food pricy for dinner but phenomenal taste and experience. All staff had excellent service from beginning to end. The lady who check me out was fabulous. Will be back. I'm really excited! An incredibly good service! All employees are super Professional and committed! Furnishings and food is at a very high level. Here you get for your money "almost" every wish fulfilled! And a great alternative if you don't want to go to the "Ushitora". By the way: This hotel is also suitable for families!

Good food, rooms are clean but the whole place seems a little bit worn-out… which would be ok for a 4-Star Hotel…

If you like to be in the middle of Ibiza's party life, you're here. Beautiful hall with a whole gallery of outfits of pop stars, great breakfasts, decent restaurants, weekly pool parties with famous singers and DJs (we were at Tinie Tempah), cozy beach and neighborhood with the famous Ushuaia, where everyone performs every day stars. The only downside is noisy. This is clearly not a family hotel. Its closest counterpart is the W network.

Hotel of the HardRock chain, at first line of the sea. Modern and spacious new rooms with several swimming pools and different dining options. It has a SPA and convention rooms. Often they do musical events, we recommend attending the party of the 80 's! Very funny! And as a restaurant we recommend the Beach Club specialising in fish and rice dishes. Let, S Rock!

It is an emblematic place in Ibiza. And a spectacular hotel. Large VIP parties are mounted on the rooftop.

Nice roof terrace vibe and good drinks but prices are punchy and it’s nothing special. There are better places to drink in the area.

Hard Rock Ibiza is a wonderful place to stay while on vacation. Fantastic sea views and a lot of facilities in the hotel; (The Ninth, the restaurant, rock spa, Eden pool, and a lot more! )

The first hard rock hotel of the history. Something overrated.

I was at the Childreen of the 80 's party, Megaaaaaaaaa… Prices are look high, but for Ibiza's insubordination. Hot mood and Gelle location, always again.

Heaven on earth! Many different types of rooms… all fantastic… great Spa… great pool… great atmosphere… great food… conclusion: Just all great.

Went to the second opening of the roof top bar on the 30 August 2017 and to say I was shocked is an understatement. Young men and women smoking drugs and an obvious array of prostitutes not only in the roof top bar but also in reception. Shame on you Hard Rock Hotel.

We went to the "children of the 80s" party. Wonderful show and great Djs. The expensive prices are the toll to pay for such an experience. I would definitely highlight the great performance of the b-boys! Totally recommended if you visit Ibiza.

Excellent hotel, only when you arrive, you note that the staff strives to meet the guests, note that it reaches out to a very special place. I loved everything, rooms, restaurants, swimming pools and shows. I'll be back for sure.

Rooms were not as clean as they could be for the price you pay to stay. The swim up rooms were a cool idea but after 2100 the pools are closed and your not allowed to swim which was a buzz kill. I ordered 2 bottles of champagne for my room when I made reservations through hard rock website and never got them. Was told the had to check availability but never heard back. The breakfast is definitely worth paying for in the package if you are staying more than 3 days. The spa facilities are amazing and relaxing. The beach club was fantastic and service was great. The beach club also makes one of the beast seafood paella dishes on the island.

Only came to the hotel to use the bar killing some time before our flights. But walking through the hotel and the areas we saw looked incredibly nice! Very close to Ushuaia and so I would imagine staying here would be quite loud at night but isn't that what you come to Ibiza for?

Staff excellent, food very good, facilities excellent including the free loan of a Fender Stratocaster electric guitar for the duration. On leaving we were informed they were at 96% occupancy and yet it never felt crowded or busy! Plenty of sun loungers by pools and no queues at breakfast. Would definitely go again.

Very friendly staff… nice sauna and spa area. For cleanliness there is still a bit of room up, but I think is still very good for Ibiza. Aircraft! I hope you like planes… we liked it! (NE Place)

Best staff experience I've ever had. My girlfriend slipped a disk in her back at the very end of our holiday and am I ever glad we chose the hard rock for her to rest before we could fly home. Alberto and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, going WELL above and beyond what was expected of them to ensure we had a comfortable stay in the midst of a tough time. On top of that, the hotel itself is fantastic, great views, great pools and just great overall. Huge huge shoutout to the team working here though, they know what they're doing!

The service, the location, the ambiance — everything is perfect!
We really liked the fact that you don't get a card, but you have a chip in the bracelet. You can do so in pool, can not lock up and pay you can do so too.
The food is really delicious and varied. The room service is very fast and also offers great snacks at a later hour. The luggage was taken to us half way to the entrance and brought to the room. The guest service was able to advise us well about the island and sights and the communication in German as well as in English was always easy. Bus stop is outside the door but also on foot were great restaurants and shopping facilities available.

Having known the hotel before renovation that the renovation is more than spectacular. In very good taste. Former staff kept so very nice. Alas more within my means. One of the most beautiful hotels trendy Ibiza and Playa of Bossa.

Estuve en el Children of the 80's, el sitio es una pasada, lo mejor, el ambiente, la gente… Nada de persons peleándose a ver quien marca mas músculos, paquete o bikini, gente feliz, divertida y loca! Lo peor los DJs… La musica bien pq es la que es, pero cambios de tracks cutrisimos y trabajo de novatos…

Estuve en la fiesta Children's of the 80s, espacio muy amplio, muy buen ambiente, buena música pero DJs un poco cutrecillos…

The location is not that bad I have not been able to be in the rooms and the service is good but a little slow, I just think it sincerely. When I went, we had in front a table that had ordered a mojito of strawberry, the lord was because they took a long time, this may not be possible speaking of a hard rock, would have to plantearselo.

The feast Children of the 80's was better when they brought in 3 artists instead of just one.

Me encato the place, I went to the pool party and the music was very good and the atmosphere was great. The Hard Rock is located in playa den bossa.

The locación is not good because there aeroport very near, rooms are very expensive más service la very good.

The location isn't bad, at the end of Playa D' Bossa. There are some noise cause by the nearest airport. The swimmingpool is simply awesome.

We booked 5 nights in this beautiful hotel. The setting is superb whether bars, restaurants, the different musical moods, staff. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. More soundproofing is very good. The only complaint I have is drinks prices which are very expensive (but it is general in Ibiza). I highly recommend this place. The airport is very close you hear much noise of the aircraft.

Perfect location and clean! If you want a quiet place stay somewhere else though things are pretty loud this side of the island. Staff were great and attended every need.

Place very well mounted, very nice all in general. The food is a tad salty and paradoxically do not have the food of the Hard Rock Cafe.

It could be great but the staff just aren't trained well enough. Beds were really really comfy but televisions not working no bin in room no hairdryer building work outside the room. Moved rooms to a worse one. Restaurants not good location not bad but be prepared to walk however they are lovely walks.

The best hotel I have stayed in. I have had the pleasure of staying here twice and will be back for 2016. From checking in to leaving the staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are excellent and are a great size. The best hotel on the island by far.

Cool Hotel! Unfortunately, a fall on the season is slow at the end and the staff is at the ready! Rooms very nice and well maintained, the Pools also very nice. Tapas Restaurant in the Hotel I would make it less complicated, or the food card easier to make. Better eternal if the waiter recommend a bit of what were eating. The best Restaurant was in the lower floor with the two Older waiter, unfortunately, very, very human, I can make only a compliment! Food is always perfect and the price is also top. 9 floor a couple of times above have been, and always disappointed, order a Cocktail from € 14 and you will be served unloving! In spite of everything, it has fallen to me and family very much, I'm sure.

The location is very good! The hotel offers everything to keep you entertained! Even when you're in the lobby you feel that you are in a party! And the staff muyyyy friendly! I loved it! The only thing that you wait for most of the meal when I asked the hab! And in one of the rest of the floor 9 of the truth that dine there watching the show and the food was horrible! Could improve that of the rest were all fabulous!

Fantastic hotel. Relaxed and friendly.

It was the worst staying experience we ever had. First of all we booked studio platinum suite and they gave us gold suite without letting us know that they have given gold suite when we paid extra for platinum. Then when I asked on the enquiry desk thevrestaurant best for vegetarians, she told me the restaurant which was half n hr drive from the hotel and when we reached there it was written closed on sunday & that area was very silent we had to come without eating. Next day I narrated the incident on the enquiry desk & she told that she is sorry, and this time she will tell good restaurant. I again said we are vegetarians and she reserved a table for us. When we went there, it was so far and they said they dont serve vegetarian, it was 11.45 and all the restaurants were closed. The staff there lacks perfect knowledge of the place, and the service is worst. I quite didnt like it. Prefer not 2 have dys type of 5star hotels.

The staff is amazing, really really sweet and consistently cheerful and helpful. When you ask for something it literally happens before you've put the phone down. Especially Natale. And hotel well designed, rooms are pretty and practical. Just avoid having a front facing room unless your dream is to sleep in a night club.

I'm a long term visitor to Ibiza and the island is awesome — love it. Having heard about the new opening of Hard Rock hotel myself and friends decided to give it a go over 4 days. The concept imagery looked high quality and luxurious and we were all keen to arrive and start our holiday. Then we had the misfortune of reading the other reviews from other websites before we set off — it had been slated by most. The first problem we encountered was the check in process, it takes ages, no matter what you do — we had a problem with our booking (apparently) and were all made to wait about 1 hour while the very polite women who worked there looked busy but completely confused, it was clear her training was still in progress. Finally we arrived in our rooms which were very nice, we had swim out suits, lots of fancy gadgets like a personal wireless sound system, adjustable neon lights and a hot tub bath right next to the beds (seriously). Unfortunately our air conditioning unit broke down the first night and was repaired 6 hours after I reported it. They play music more a less 24/7 on outside speakers so if you're after a quiet night in don't bother, what's worse is their music selection — nothing "Rock and Roll" about what sounded like lift music on more than one occasion. Free buffet breakfast is very comprehensive and I really enjoyed it, the food from the bar's is awful however; it costs a lot and actually was not edible on more than one occasion.

A last, the best of Ibiza. Modern, elegant and with a lot of playful activity. In addition, the situation, in one of the best areas of Ibiza, makes it unbeatable. I already knew the Hard Rock Cafe, but not at the level of hotels, as this is the first to open in Europe, and I was not disappointed at all. Viajerosonline.
