Apartment

Quest today I encountered a problem and had to take a hotel L last minute.
I found this hotel and seeing the photos inspired me.
I've never done that!
Entering the room with my friends not even 2 minutes he whizzed us in front of a cockroach 2.0 as big as a brontosaurus alligator.
I bravely grabbed a pot and caught it.
Immediately I alerted the reception hoping that they would make us change room, with poor results (since they removed only the pot)
Nightmare night!
We were afraid that the cockroach family would take revenge for causing your son's arrest.
We have organized it is decided to take out shifts that included night watch.
The problem is, the pots were finished.
If we make a movie about each other, we're going to win an Oscar.
Tivoli… a chest of surprises.

My Tivoli is a stylish and well maintained complex. It is in a great location being a short walk from the beach and local shops and restaurants. The staff at My Tivoli are very helpful and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay here.

They gave me wrong information about the Pacha Club tickets for Which my money got wasted as well as the complete bachelor trip was ruined. I am following up with your hotel but don't know when the query with get resolved. Obviously you can not return the time that has passed and the trip that was ruined. But top of that all the money for 7 tickets around 280 euros was wasted as well. I am waiting for the resolution and then only I can decide whether I will visit again or not and will recommend it to others or not? but for now Its definitely a Big NO.

Very convenient location, approximately 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from main clubs. Quiet enough area, pleasant staff, spacious rooms.

Had a great stay at this place. Very spacious, clean, staff very friendly and efficient. The swimming pool area is great with lots of sun beds and live music! Only recommendation is to improve on the Wi-Fi service, but I think this is something do to with the service providers in Spain! :)

Overall a good experience. Cleaner was top tip. The room was ideal with a nice little balcony to sit on. We got surprised with a DJ one day and a Sax Man the next which was brill. Pool and sunloungers were never too overcrowded. Only thing I would suggest is maybe try get the guests involved a little more together. Wish there was sort of a social mixer.

I stayed in June and felt good as usual. Employees at reception are nice. Convenient supermarket under the hotel. Only flaw this year the ants in the room…

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We arrived late and were given a very hard time about checking in, and we were “not allowed” to have the Wi-Fi because they couldn’t find our reservation. The room was dirty, AC was broken and there were cockroaches, ants and spiders. We also were not allowed to have guests and they were rudely and abrasively kicked out and forbidden from even waiting for us in the lobby yet there were random people sleeping on the couches in the lobby. Strongly advise you not to stay here. 0/10.

Front desk was very accomadating and the services/amentities met all our needs for the weekend. Central to most.

It is a superb hotel with 2 pools very close to the amenities and 100m from the beach on foot to get to the city centre in Eivissa you have to take a bus line 14 (1, €90 the ticket) The beach is just beautiful.

Very quiet away from the clubs and close to the beautiful Playa de Em Bossa beach. Far from the center but a bus. Nice pool and very good breakfast bravo. Lift to review.

I have been in these apartments for the first time and I have to say I am very satisfied.
We were in 3 our room was cozy with nice colors. Also the staff is very friendly and professional.
I highly recommend.

We have been to this place twice in 2015 once in 2016 and also 2017 — we are going for 10 days in August 2018 — lovely place to stay — clean with all the basics and in the perfect position to walk anywhere in Plays d en Bossa. Mick Beeee & Barbara S Bee.

Quality Hotel with spacious and clean apartments. The staff and the location.

It has improved since last year. The dj at the pool was a nice touch. Staff were friendly as always. I have been staying at Tivoli for the last 3 years, and I am very happy with the price. If I return to Ibiza next year, it will be there again:)

Good day, I thank this hotel that was great, I went to the island for work and had to stay and received a formidable and professional attention from its staff, especially their floor maids in special.

The Wi-Fi signal was poor.
Poor shower.
The pilgrimage until arriving at My Tivoli by different hotels of the group was of adventure. We had the reservation at the hotel they have in the Bay of San Antonio.

Of the 2 receptionist with whom I try, a blonde girl and a tall boy shaved, I have no complaints were very friendly, the guy Super Simpatico.
I had a problem with the ferry to Formentera and they returned the money to me.
If I return to Ibiza will definitely repeat, the price in August is expensive although it is worth paying 20/30 € more than the cheapest in the area for how cozy it is, central, always has life.
You have the possibility, if your flight is late: keep your suitcase, there is a bathroom where you can shower and get ready if you take advantage of the beach day, detail that also give you a towel.

Very basic rooms, ours was specifically covered in wasps. I actually was stung by a wasp in bed. The shower and bath were really basic. The shower itself was not good. I had a better shower at Glastonbury. The pool area is nice and drinks were really good. Didn’t eat in restaurant. The location is very good. Overall it wasn’t value for money as the rooms were really basic but it wasn’t expensive so if you don’t plan on spending much time there then book it.

The best situation, in the heart of DEM Bossa beach, you can walk to Ushuaia, Hi, Hard Rock Café, Bora Bora etc. Bathrooms need renovations, bad smells. Otherwise pleasant stay, good beds and pillows.

A place with spectacular views in Playa d'en Bossa for the day a lot of movement and in the evening very quiet the treatment a 10 and a half of the staff and by the technician broke the microwave and in half an hour new microwaves newly branded rooms Super clean with flat TV and all very clean looks like we had passed the cotton Lord will soon be back and thanks to all of them.

Second year to return to Tivoli. Excellent value for money and the rooms are really spacious. The pool area is also really nice. Excellently located also. Perfect for a group party holiday. Bathroom shower area a needs a little updating. Will return next year!

The apartment is well located, however it's terribly outdated and is a Hotel, not an apartment. Paying 100 a night to sleep on a sofa in a front room isn't good value in my opinion.

I have to say I was quite disappointed with my stay at Tivoli. The rooms are big but that's about it — sterile and hospital like. The entire peppery needs a refurbishment. The cleaners do an appalling job — didn't replace toilet paper or soap and didn't empty the trash. Piles of fishes left in the sink which is fine, I'm happy to do them myself but provide your guests with some waging up liquid! We stayed for 5 nights and for the rate we were charged… we expected some detergent. You make enough money from tourists staying at your ordinary hotel — give a bit more back do we keep coming back!

Since we stayed for several days the people in the front desk varied, some were extremely helpful and nice, while one girl was rather rude. However, the air conditioning in one of the rooms didn't work. We called the front desk about it and even though they said someone would come fix it (this was the first of our 4 day trip) they never did. Besides that, everything else was fine.

We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back. The staff at the reception are very friendly and we felt totally comfortable. Also the cleaning staff were top! We got a really great apartment with sea view!
The only thing you could improve is to renew the elevator. That's pretty old u small. But absolutely no reason to feel uncomfortable.

As far as everything is best. The food was unfortunately so, but nothing else to fault.

Excellent location, large and clean rooms, kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster and kettle In addition to all the essentials.
. In our apartment there was a small additional bathroom that was Senz water so not usable.
The staff are always nice and helpful.
All renovated.

Except for the construction noise, everything was fine. The sea view is quite balanced.

Hotel located 200m from the wonderful beach of Playa d'en Bossa.
On arrival the staff showed up immediately kind and friendly…
The room is really wide and clean, the cleanliness takes place every day, the bed and the kitchen corner are comfortable.
The bathroom is a little stale and the bathtub is not functional, but the cleanliness is not equal! Good!
I certainly promote my Tivoli with flying colors!

Our apartment was spacious and bright, the mattress more comfortable.
However, the elevator is old, small and noisy.
Staff at reception not greet nor responds to greetings.

I really liked the stay at Aparthotel Tivoli and that I will give my recommendation for improvement.
Shower lacked too much pressure. Got water for all sides less in the head. I also found very clearly in the morning inside the room. What to wake us up before the desired.
I would like that there was a TV in the I doze but for everything else, it was worth the stay at this hotel!

Services and the breakfast was good, great commonplaces structure, staff helpful and courteous. Cleaning and apartment structure leaves something to be desired … all in all good value for money.

It is located in the most active part of Ibiza — playa de’n bossa — at 10 minutes walk to ushuaya or club space and 2 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel has security surveillance at the reception and halls and a security personnel in the lobby. The pool was clean, the stuff at the reception were very helpful and nice with us, always smiling. The rooms were nice, it was cleaned every day, the beds had good quality mattresses with memory foam. The rooms were spacious, equipped with a large fridge, microwave and a stove. There is air conditioning in both rooms, and also a large balcony. I will stay there next year, it is a great choice.
