Gran Canaria Hotels with a Pool

We have just returned after 9 nights at The Royal Level. Overall we were delighted with the hotel. Staff deserve special praise as they were all attentive, polite and happy to help.

Enjoyed my recent stay at the Barcelo Margaritas Royal Level. Was especially happy to be allocated to a room of my choice. The rooms/balconies are spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable.

First time in Gran Canaria and this hotel is fantastically located and well appointed. We are regular visitors to Tenerife and after a day or two got to grips with the area.

My husband and I holidayed with our friends, just after Christmas and for the new year. The rooms were lovely, 10/10 for everything and clean towels daily.

The atmosphere is incredible — it truly feels like being in Africa or Hawaii.

Beautiful place to holiday and relax, prime location to get out and about. Only down side not fully inclusive, so be prepared to pay for drinks including water.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. The rooftop bar and jacuzzis were great with amazing sea views and sunset too.

We stayed here at the end of July and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The hotel is spotless throughout with all staff being friendly and hard working.

Stayed here for weeks all inclusive by myself. Hotel check in went very smoothly no hassle at all. Check in staff all very pleasant and helpful. Room was spotless and well appointed.

We are staying here just now, our stay finishes on Monday and for the first time in Gran Canaria, this hotel hasn’t let us down!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The location was excellent—easy to access and close to everything, which made getting around very convenient.

Lovely apartment with a great view of the pool and palm trees 🌴 The bed was comfy and the location was perfect – close to shops and restaurants. The service was also great – really friendly.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, a good size and all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and pool area were really lovely too.

The staff make this hotel, always helpful, ready if you need any additional kitchen bits and there pretty much all hours!
We have stayed before and this time booked a Superior room.

Can't fault this hotel and I've tried. The staff are really nice. Nothing is to much trouble. The room was clean spacious. A good cleaning rota. Good choice of food at breakfast and teatime.

Great hotel, great service, food options could be better but the cooking bar in main dining room wow. Pool bars were fab. Ala carte was bob on and definitely recommended.

Had a fabulous week here lovely hotel no complaints at all food basic but plenty of it drink flowing so had a fabulous week rooms very clean will stay again.

Value for money package holiday. We were in one of the older bungalows which are ready for a refurbishment, but had everything needed and the cleaning service was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel in Maspalomas for a week, and overall I had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Very nice Apartment! Calm and clean. We had a view over the beach and the dunes. Sunset on the balcony. Good beds. Well functioned kichenette. Good complex over all.

Stayed for our first ever Christmas break. Arrived 21 12 2025 in the afternoon.

It was a very successful stay (7 nights) during the holidays (Christmas). The food was tasty and the staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean.

This was our first getaway with my husband without the kids, and we wanted peace and relaxation, which this hotel provided in high quality.

Nice little complex, looks well maintained. I'd call the rooms basic but more than nice enough.

We stayed here 14th-21st November. They are lovely apartments which were within walking distance to Yumba centre and Cita centre. Beach is just a 2min walk.

Very good location, clean rooms, cleaning every other day. But giant cockroaches, just indoors, in the kitchen and under my bed ( ( (horror!

Beautiful service from Javier who was so helpful, funny & friendly throughout our stay. Location & rooms were phenomenal! However the website FORGOT TO MENTION the star of the show.

Absolutely great place to stay, bright, clean and well equipped with all you need. Free safe and Wi-Fi, comfy large double bed and lovely pool area.

Excellent location, at walking distance to Jumbo Centre (shops, bars, restaurants), the beach, and the bus stop to go to the airport too.

I'd stayed at Las Gacelas several years prior and had a pleasant experience again.

This is a really super hotel which I could recommend for people travelling as a couple or on their own. The rooms are very spacious with large balconies.

We have just spent a lovely two weeks stay at this very friendly hotel. The room we had (529) was great, with a nice view of the pool area (and you could see the sea).

The hotel has many many repairs needed. The tiles are very slippery around the pools. Lots of kids slipping and banging their heads. May tiles are broken around the pools.

Great atmosphere, great food 👌highly recommended for family's loads of attraction shows etc we have a great time great rest thanx a mill🤗🤗🤗🤗

We arrived after the reception closed but there is a number to ring on the door and someone arrived out with our key. The apartment was a seen in the photos.

What an absolutely brilliant find. All the staff are lovely, the place is immaculately clean and to top it off you are provided with cleaning products and mop, brush etc.

I have just returned after a 9 night stay. The apartments are approximately 100m from the beach in a nice quiet area. A shopping centre and numerous supermarkets are all within a 5 minute walk.

Just back from a stay in these apartments! Room was massive and spotless and cleaned regularly, Wi-Fi was €5 for the week for 5 devices and close to beach / shops.

Nice spacious apartment, we were on the top floor and just about had a sea view. Regularly cleaned. Good little kitchen with large fridge although no kettle just a coffee maker.

Old furnitures. Cleaning and new towels every second day. Friendly staff. Very clean hotel area. Pool is not heated.

Great apartment! The cleaning service lady deserves a raise, she literally refolds your clothes even if you folded it. The street is a little loud.

I enjoyed my three week stay at Los Caribes 2.
The roof terrace has great views and it was good to use this space for sunbathing when it was too windy at the beach.
