Short version: We absolutely love this hotel! The wonderfully personal service, beautiful pools, fantastic restaurant, and truly amazing staff make every stay an exceptional experience.

I’m late in writing this review, but my boyfriend and I had the best stay at the Santa Catalina. What a special place! We stayed in a suite with a private patio. The room was luxurious and spacious.

Good place. Centrally located for easy access to many local sites. Also close to grocery, markets, and autolaundry.

This compact hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying the beach and sightseeing, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby.

Very good overall, We stayed in one of the 25 bungalows for a week, and had an amazing time, few steps to the beach, a well cleaned place and a lovely reception answering any questions you might have.

Staying here October Half Term 2019. We hired a car to get us around, so the transport issues of being slightly out of the centre of things isn't an issue.

Lovely quaint hotel near to shopping centre & yumbo centre & playa de ingles beach.
The reception staff Anastasia, hector, & eve were very very helpful, the room was perfect.

We booked this apartment over the Airbnb platform over “Travelnest”.
Had a Beautiful view of the pool from the balcony and we could even see the sea.
Supermarkets near (I recommend superdino)!

Fantastic intimate resort. Spotlessly clean with immaculate grounds and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Apartment was well equipped and laid out with nice patio area for morning sun.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way.

Clean, comfortable, well designed rooms. Great storage and loads of thoughtful toiletries and goodies as well as free water daily and a night time chocolate! Very good shower room.

Just wish we had discovered the Livvo years ago. We loved it so much that we have rebooked for next March.

Very nice, modern and relaxing hotel. Adults only and the total atmosphere was quite and calm. There is some noise coming from the shopping centre bars, but the balcony door has a good sound proof.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and everything is wonderful. The location is great for the beach, surfing, and restaurants. A big plus is the parking for cars and bicycles!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The manager, Javier, welcomed us with great kindness and was very helpful throughout our visit.

We chose, for our vacation in Gran Canaria, to stay at TocToc Olof Palme. We paid 240 euros/night for a two-bedroom apartment, 90 square meters. The building is new, clean, modern, nicely equipped.

Excellent location for these comfortable apartments, two minutes to the beach, one minute to the shops. Underground parking very handy as well.

In the middle of vequeta next to the Cathedral, the outside of the building breathes the classic old city vibe. From the moment you enter the hotel you feel home.

To be honest I didn't know what to expect when I was told we were staying in a gay resort. From the second that we walked in, we were embraced with open arms.

Lovely place. Quieter than other maspalomas locations.
Very clean and well maintained. Apartment’s are generous although they are looking a bit dated inside.

Lovely place. So clean, staff super helpful. Kids pool is lovely. Two ladies in reception were so sweet. Pool is lovely and the food is fine.

We stayed in the premium 121 bungalow for 10 nights and it was superb. Arrived late at night and was shown to the bungalow by a very helpful man who also sorted the aircon out as it was very humid.

What a find. We stayed here for 1 week at the beginning of October and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean.

I’ve just had a wonderful week staying at this lovely property. As others have said the staff are delightful, the place is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and modern.

From start to finish Bohemia Suites was amazing! Nothing too much trouble and the restaurant and staff absolutely make this hotel. The spa treatments were fantastic.

Even better second time round. I returned 2 months after my first visit in May 2025 but it was too soon to write another review! This really felt like the second week of my holiday.

As regular swimmers we especially appreciated the 3 swimming pools that in November are comfortably warmed to spend as much time in the water as we liked.

Great value for money. We had room no 202 and the view from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the city and the pools.

Our third time here, nothing puts us off from giving 5 stars. Yes it needs a bit of TLC I could point out some paint issues, but I could in any home were to visit.

We are just back from spending two weeks at Terrazamar our 8th time staying here. We booked a high floor and were allocated an apartment 608 on the sixth floor which was ideal.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location, 5 mins from Santa Catalina bus station, 5 minutes from the beach. Rooms were modern and clean, lovely staff. Added bonus of a hot tub on the roof.

The best place to stay in Las Palmas. Stylish rooms, sensationell roof terrace with Jacuzzi. Very central with nice bars and restaurants around. Parking house close to Aquarium for 10 € per night.

We had a wonderful stay at this city hotel. Our room was equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, which made it very comfortable during the warm weather.

The space is tastefully appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet. I enjoyed the proximity to both sides of the island, walking was very easy from here.

Had a great night rest here. Very friendly staff, quiet, great roof terrace and great breakfast. Hope to be back.

I’m almost nervous to write this review because this is such a special hotel, I don’t want anyone else to know about it. But, I’m sure they need other customers, so here it is.
It’s very hard to find

Lovely hotel, very central for the beach, restaurants and not far from the bus station. Nice rooms which were very clean. The staff were very helpful.

I’ve just returned from a great week at this lovely hotel.
The rooms are very comfortable with free air con and safe and they have a small fridge.

The MG Poniente is a small, modern hotel in a busy part of Las Palmas.
