Gran Canaria Hotels

The rooms were great and as described in the pictures. It was very quiet. The rooms were very clean. We even got to rent equipment at the nearby tennis courts as a courtesy of the hotel.

Absolutely stunning location. Friendly owner and staff. And good service. A place in nature with silence. We have stayed for one night.

A truly modern, beautiful, and impeccably clean hotel that perfectly suited our needs.

We forgot to write a review when we stayed in may earlier this year and have just remembered whilst booking for June 2026.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time at this hotel the room was lovely very spacious and a beautiful front garden to read or relax.

As a couple in our late 20s we could not fault this hotel. We arrived early and as our room wasn’t ready, they let us into a shower room to freshen up and start making use of the all inclusive.

Stayed here for weeks all inclusive by myself. Hotel check in went very smoothly no hassle at all. Check in staff all very pleasant and helpful. Room was spotless and well appointed.

We are staying here just now, our stay finishes on Monday and for the first time in Gran Canaria, this hotel hasn’t let us down!

We have just returned after 9 nights at The Royal Level. Overall we were delighted with the hotel. Staff deserve special praise as they were all attentive, polite and happy to help.

Enjoyed my recent stay at the Barcelo Margaritas Royal Level. Was especially happy to be allocated to a room of my choice. The rooms/balconies are spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable.

Perfect location for a short stay in Las Palmas. Just a short walk from the bus station (Santa Catalina). Directly in the city and at the beach. The rooms are small, but clean and functional.

A very modern hotel in a great location, featuring a rooftop bar with excellent drinks – especially beautiful at sunset.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ciudad del Mar, we loved our room, very spacious, clean, and the people working there were very very helpful, gave us very good informations about the area, the lady at

Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple breakfast but had what you need. We stayed one night in a basic room and it was good. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Great location too. Would stay again.

Very clean, spacious rooms in a quiet area perfectly set up for families with younger kids.
Balcony's are spacious and high barriers for small children, great views from the 5th floor.

Great value for money. Lovely and clean and the beds were so comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Food is nice. Just the aircon is not working. Will stay here again. Currently here on holiday.

Had a fabulous week here lovely hotel no complaints at all food basic but plenty of it drink flowing so had a fabulous week rooms very clean will stay again.

It was a very successful stay (7 nights) during the holidays (Christmas). The food was tasty and the staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean.

This was our first getaway with my husband without the kids, and we wanted peace and relaxation, which this hotel provided in high quality.

The rooms were recently refurbished and very clean. I stayed with my family and everyone was completely satisfied. The location was top notch. Literally a min walk from the beach.

Nice little, serviceable hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom and bedroom are also well equipped.
Location is perfect for Las Palmas stays.

Can't fault this hotel, location excellent, spacious rooms, great shower, staff very friendly. The only issue was the housekeeping, on day 2 no handtowels and slip mat and day 3 no toilet rolls.

The location right on the plaza is fantastic, which also makes the majority of the old town within walking distance (just know cars can't pull up directly to the hotel as it is in the middle of the

We received a warm, friendly welcome on arrival and getting checked in. Our room was not ready but we could leave our luggage in a room in the reception.

I stayed here for three nights at €141 per night without breakfast. The room was nicely maintained and the staff were nice.
Pros:
– Great location.
– Pretty clean overall.
– Room size was good.

We stayed for three nights starting July 31st. The front desk staff were very helpful and let us check in early.

Very clean apartment. A minutes walk from lovely Canteras beach. Receptionists were very helpful, especially Ursula.

Positive:
— staff are very helpful, even during off hours, they responded to my messages and requests.

Excellent location, at walking distance to Jumbo Centre (shops, bars, restaurants), the beach, and the bus stop to go to the airport too.

The hotel has many many repairs needed. The tiles are very slippery around the pools. Lots of kids slipping and banging their heads. May tiles are broken around the pools.

Great atmosphere, great food 👌highly recommended for family's loads of attraction shows etc we have a great time great rest thanx a mill🤗🤗🤗🤗

Location is very good, right on the beach. Everything you need is nearby.
Fantastic staff, always smiling and friendly and trying to help.
We had a faaaaaabolus apartment.

Location is excellent with a choice of supermarkets within easy reach, and plenty of places to eat out. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The hostel has a nice location. Clean kitchen and rooftop to relax. I had some problems in my room but the manager Teresa is a lovely woman.

Got a recommendation for this hostel on my first day, switched over from my previous hostel and i'm really glad I did so. The hostel feels clean, cosy, welcoming.

Just returned from week at the apartments, they are fabulous location next to the beach, literally. They are a little dated but clean and all you need for simple self catering holiday.

Best location. Friendly receptionist and housekeeping.

What a lovely hotel, great location and friendly, efficient staff! Great for walking to the Marina, where there are a few nice restaurants (one we ate in twice as it was so good!

From the start to end everything was royal treatment.

A big thank you to the Isleta Nest family, for welcoming me and making me feel at home from the moment I stepped in!
The manager Inka always went above and beyond to assure I had everything I needed,

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it wasn’t long enough! Everyone was super welcoming! The staff and long-term guests really made it feel like a chosen family.

I’m in the hotel as we speak and I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and well ran it is. It’s Xmas eve and it’s 25 degrees which makes it even better. The food is great and has a huge selection.

The Servatur Playa Bonita is an excellent choice in the mid‑price range, offering both comfort and character.

Lovely Co-working space with really nice people living there. Just book your spot at their website and you're good to go. They have decent chairs and some flat screens.

Amazing coworking area for digital nomads. Clean and quite space with fast internet connection, great breakfast and coffee. I coundn't ask for anything more. I'll come back for sure!

We stayed here for one week, and the overall experience was excellent. Our room had a beautiful sea view and a lovely balcony.

A room with a view. Being able to watch the New Year's fireworks display from our balcony was amazing. An older establishment but the beds were comfortable and the service great.
