After reading some reviews I wasn't to keen on staying here, however once I arrived my worries was put to rest. The apartments where spotless and comfortable the pool was nice and refreshing and kept clean by the grounds keeper/receptionist (Javier) everytime I saw him he was painting, mowing the grass, bleaching the stones back to their normal colour and all in that heat my hat goes off to him. The pool area could do with adding maybe a bar or some sort of music station but you can always bring headphones or a little speaker of your own aslong as you respect others and the shop is literally up the steps less than 2 minutes walk or down the hill (same distance) they have an ice cream vending machine next to the pool table and they did have a drinks and chocolate vending machine but unfortunately it never worked and had to be taken away. (As seen in the pictures) their are some nice places to get food from close to the apartment around 5 to 15 minutes walk (west end restuarant, Papis Grill, Pizzeria down by the beach and a pub at the top of the hill called the Red Cow serves a good old English breakfast or you might prefer Mc Donalds or Burger king and Pizza hut which are also a 15 minute walking distance.

Always go here when I'm in Lanzarote clean and spacious.

Brilliant low budget apartments. Just chilling round the pool, no bar but can bring your own drinks. Clean, friendly, near the beach. Yumbo centre 10 mins walk. Local shops only 5 mins walk. Restaurants 5 mins walk. Excellent value for a low budget holiday.

Tremendous time, apartments very very good kept spotlessly clean and all staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent self catering room we were in number 31… a microwave would have helped but wasn't essential. Rooms were very clean well done to the hard working cleaners. Maybe some music at the pool or maybe a small bar would be good… all in all excellent place near shops bars and restaurants also beach just down the road. Nice and peaceful when we stayed here hotel works across the road but didn't bother us to much… Will definitely book again.

A great hotel for what we paid. Very basic amenities, although the kitchen did have a coffee maker, kettle and toaster in addition to fridge/freezer box and 2 cooking rings. The bed was comfortable, with a small TV over the bed. The balcony is very big, with doors from both the living room and bedroom. The cleaner comes 5 days a week, which is more than enough, we found. She was very good and doesn't come too early in the morning! The outdoor area is lovely, the pool is quite small but very nice to swim around in to cool down. The sun loungers were comfortable but they get very very hot in the sun, which took away some of the comfort as they needed to be completely covered not to burn yourself! As to the negatives with the hotel, when we got there we had to wait a long time to get let in through the gate. Nobody answered the intercom and a hotel guest had to let us in. One of the two receptionists didn't speak any English which made it hard to get help, but the other guy was great! Finally, although this was not at the fault of this hotel, it did severely impact our stay. Across the street was a building site which was very very noisy, especially in the mornings. This made it very hard to relax at the pool, which was a shame since it was a really lovely pool area. Overall though, an excellent stay.

These apartments are very well, not be regret in having booked one, is very quiet and reservenlo.
