THINGS TO IMPROVE:
-The room did not correspond to the reservation, much less with the photographs
-Due to covid there are only 2 people working there (or so they told us) so you can see the overload of the staff
-The smell in general was not entirely pleasant (smell of tobacco in elevators and common areas, this is the responsibility of the building and not the hostel itself). Poor ventilation
— Quite deteriorated furniture, scratched walls and doors (at least in my room, the 504)
— Very small toilet
— At night, quite cold room.
— They didn't make our room, nor did they replenish towels or toiletries
— High difficulty of opening and closing both access door and the room itself
— Noisy rooms, you can hear everything
