Total disappointment after visiting cheaper, 3-star, modern NH hotels. This is supposed to be 4-star however I would rate it zero. The entire hotel including all rooms are outdated, no tea/coffee facilities, rooms are smaller. The aircon was leaking through the ceiling due to which I asked for another room but then next day the new room didn't get cleaned at all (I guess they have clraned the room instead which I wasn't in anymore). They did sorry but did not offer anything for all the inconvenience.

Nice hotel which adequate quality for the price that you pay. I booked a single bed room and it was a bit small. Service here was very good and the breakfast here is a very good option (remember to add breakfast when you book, as it will be way cheaper — if not you will be paying approximately 18 euros per day). The room was very affordable.

Fair price, in a good location which is easy to reach from the airport by metro (6 EUR one way). There is no shuttle service and during my stay there was construction next door which was enough to wake me up in the morning. Would stay here again though.

An average hotel. I paid 8 nights at 399 euros with no additional service but the place was very nice. I recommend it if you find offers under 380 euros.

Located in a strategic location, convenient with the airport and with the center, via the subway.
Rooms are standard, but with everything you need, breakfasts really cater to every palate.

A modern tree a few hundred meters from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid. Functional and complete with all the options for a business trip. The rooms are quite small but well maintained. The price is average and the courtesy of the staff ok.

Staff very friendly and attentive, clean well but the bañeŕa with the base all striped as if it were dirty old.
We asked for another room and it was fine, although in principle we were told that maybe it was the same as they had to change them almost all.

The simple room is painful. The room could not be smaller and the bed is as a child. In the bathroom it is possible to touch the 4 walls being standing in the middle. The toilet is 10 cm from the sink… You can clean your mouth shitting… original…
I asked if all the rooms were like that and they answered that the hotel was complete. You have to believe it because it didn't seem so crowded.
To forget without remorse.

Good city hotel with the basic necessities very good: comfortable bed, bathroom with bath and great breakfast with options for celiac.
It lowers the note the lack of existing soundproofing as they are building next to the hotel and all day long there is no way to get rid of that noise despite the double glazing.

Great and friendly staff added to the convenience of the location makes it a very enjoyable experience.

A good hotel with a varied breakfast. The room I was in was lacking maintenance and it was very small.

Very good breakfast and close to the Metro. It's clean but not modern. However it is a bit removed from the city centre and does not have a gym service.

The attention has been very good. The room was very good and the bathroom was very good. 70 Bath Phone (by old and yellowed) and thus the rest of the room (wooden floor raised…) In short, it is not a 4 star much less in terms of the room although the staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. In addition, the works of a neighboring building that at 7:30 were hammering and the sidewalk right at the door gave more impression of a building in the midst of a war. If you want to get up later than that Hira, forget it.

Right Hotel in a quiet area. With details in the rooms and a full breakfast buffet. Recommended for a weekend or for work.

Stayed 1 night only… good location, room was very small, dark with a wall in front of the window. Breakfast area and selection was good, Wi-Fi good, overall comfortable, but the rooms are a tad small.

Hotel with very good location in the center of Madrid and very close to the Santiago Bernabeu, the facilities are great, the attention by the staff is fabulous and friendly, has parking the hotel and blue and green area for residents in the area to park without problems, totally recommended!

Quite nice old small hotel. Was repaired long time ago. Location is far from the city center but close to the stadium. Meals good but no variety and with poor taste.

The hotel was very good. Maybe we should repaint, at least in the room where we've been. Otherwise no downside and very friendly staff.

Worst NH in the City. A real Disappointment which makes me selecting more the Radisson again.

I loved it, especially the friendliness of the staff.
Although the room was very small, the bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was spectacular: both for those who like churros or pastries and for those who like to eat healthily.
Even with detox juices!

It's in a very quiet area. Comfortable and central Hotel. Located very close to the Bernabeu. Price slightly above average.

Attention well, correct. Small but cozy and functional room. Price I think very correct. Not very large bed (double 135 cm).

Right Hotel in a good area. The room was spacious and the staff were very nice. The bathroom quite spacious and with shower thing very important to me. As for Aminitis Gel, shampoo and body milk. Next to the reception they have a cart with apples, gominolas and free water.
The prices of the mini-bar of madness, water €4… Buffet breakfast 17, €90… Very friendly staff.

Good location, good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, cream, shower cap and you could order toothbrush and pasta. The room was spacious, clean and the cleaning people were also very friendly. Would definitely go back.

I was only in one of the halls for an event. All clean and correct. You could hear it from the whole room.

Rooms and breakfast are acceptable but the poor quality of the restaurant is disappointing. The chicken stake was dry in some areas and raw in the middle (chicken stake with blood).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, in my case was a superior double, very functional and very spacious, just like the bathroom. With all the comforts.

To be a 4 star is very better. They don't take care of the details. All the extras are extremely expensive, breakfast over €20, mineral water from the mini bar €4, parking more than €26 per day. The only positive thing is the good attention of the staff.

Apart from the prop in the room, the room facilities and size are okay. The breakfast is rich in delicious choices, including ham and cheese and sweets.

The rooms very small, the reception staff not pleasant, the breakfast too expensive for so little variety, the cleanliness was scarce, there are hotels with fewer stars with better services, I will not go back to this NH. The only thing I liked was that it was next to the Bernabeu.

We were not satisfied: The room was very small and old. The bathroom is dark. Very noisy at night: garbage collection and noisy guests outside the door. Staff speaks bad English. If you want to order two boiled eggs, it will be problematic. We wouldn't come again.

Staff, professional and motivated. Room, light, clean, comfortable bed … all we needed. Breakfast excellent, wide range of choices. We will return here!

I had a meeting and okay, au that what most emphasized is the location, 5 minutes walk from the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

I went to a christening celebration. Very good service and tasty food.

Perfecto location. Ver y good rooms, not luxuries but perfectly clean and spacious.

This is a very high price, a high quality hotel. Parking costs an extra charge of EUR 26, breakfast € 20 per person. So when one of our beds have very long hair and when a booking receipt, we were very surprised. Bedding is not replaced. Very sorry, but did not make any compensation for my son slept on the floor.

I stayed at this hotel when I visited Madrid, in August 2014. I liked it because of its location, cost of rooms and amenities provided.

Modern rooms with all amenities. Clean, spacious. Sometimes they have deals that overnight sale great price. Yet it is not very expensive, around €60.

Very good hotel, although we miss some small services. Clean, neat and perfect rooms to reside.
The main problem is the free hotel Wi-Fi, it is complex to use.

It is service is nothing otherworldly although prices the most recommended is the truth when I tell you that even you think use the muble bar is expensive than lame. Also there is nothing the other munfodo and you can do without it ok luck with if you like.
