Very well located. The service, cleanliness and facilities are good. Some problems when we arrived with the A/C but we changed rooms immediately. Breakfasts could be cheaper.

It was closed and under refurbishment when I was there, but the location is great to visit the city, attend an event in Bernabeu stadium, or being close to the financial district of Madrid.

Well located, very correct and functional room, friendly and attentive staff. Good room service. It sticks to the current reform that is being undertaken.

Nice rooms, fitness center, and is in a very convenient location. Metro stations and bus stops are near by, and some nice restaurants.

Stunning hotel. Very clean, great staff, beautiful decor. Hotel is situated 2 minutes walk from the Santiago Bernabeu so is perfect if you are here to watch Real Madrid. Would highly recommend.

This is a very nice hotel. It is a little north of the city, but the train make it easy to get around. Right next to the soccer stadium.

Hotel in the heart of Castellana near the Bernabéu but fatal soundproofing seems to catch you the cars of noise that ay the cleanliness shines by its absence and expensive little recommended.

Stay here every couple of months on business, good hotel friendly staff and a great location. General information on surrounding attractions is limited, but good value.

I hope I don't come back to this Hotel with misleading publicity and poor kindness on the part of the reception ladies. Little professionalism and implication with the client. There are many more options in the area.

The Hotel is very well connected to the centre. Very nice staff.

The hotel is located in La Castellana quite close to Bernabeu stadium, it's obvious that they did a full refit just a few days ago. The rooms are very spacious and well equiped. The only issue to take into account is to avoid a room with views to Castellana, the noise of the road is awful)

Good hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel rooms are bit classic and not so technology updated. But the bed is fine and the facilities are fine. The hotel is located in the centre of the business area but 5km away from the centro touristic Madrid. Breakfast is average and no options Food is not bad as well The reception staff are friendly and professional upgraded me to superior room but the restaurant guys are below average.

At this point on day one it’s very good. I was welcomed as a platinum elite, and able to early check in. The location is good near the subway and the Stadio for Real Madrid. I expect this to be an excellent few days.

Average hotel but room is clean and nice staff. I noticed bad smell in the lobby. No cabinet or shelfs in rooms for your clothes only hangers. Located near Real Madrid Stadium. Wifi is free but slow.

For the price of the room the and service didn't live up to our expectations. We booked a twin room but got given a double room. The room was nicely decorated if a little rough around the edges. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was OK but there weren't enough proper tables so we had to eat on more lounge style chairs. If the hotel had been €50 left a night it would have been great value, but for us it was just a bit over priced.

I usually book here when I'm on a business trip coz it's close to the office. Clean and convenient doesn't offer more than a good room to sleep in and a small breakfast buffet some rooms are really small and some are big depends on the room. For ladies this Hôtel has a great hairdryer when I stay in this hotel I don't pack my hairdryer with me :)

Service was awesome, they even upgraded me to a Superior room without asking. Lovely people running the hotel. Room was great, massive comfortable bed, great shower.

The Hotel AC Aitana is one of the most recommended of that area of Castellana. With a customer care very professional and the rooms are comfortable and modern is a hotel of reference in Madrid.

The hotel is very quiet and clean, the smell is also very pleasant! Our room was large, with exquisite furniture. The only thing a little weird is the bathroom sliding glass door, good sliding. Room service is also good, if its limitations can be understood. Buffet Breakfast had a wide choice, the food quality are very high. Its geographic location obviously for the Royal Club of Madrid. Perfect for commercial areas are also very good, very suitable for go out shopping in Madrid, because from the subway close, subway flights very frequently.

Great location for the football stadium, nice hotel with friendlyvstaff. Needs an iron in the room.

A simple but very good hotel on paseo de la Castellana and beside the football stadium Santiago Bernabéu, while just in front of the Ministry of defence. The receptionists are nice. There is a lovely area to rest in the Hall next to the bar and under a very elegant and quiet restaurant. It is a little expensive for that location.
