Very nice hotel with good staff. Room was large and breakfast filling. Not a romantic hideaway, but reasonably priced and suitable to explore from PioXII into town.

Cracking breakfast. Lovely staff. Very clean. A little out-of-the way, but good bus service and cheap ubers. Decor a tiny bit worn, but still very functional. A great place to base from if you can do the whole day out.

We stayed in room 602, is very spacious and has an amazing view for Kio Towers. The bathroom is very spacious too, but when we showered all the water was going outside and we ended up with the soggy floor. The front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good too.
What we liked the most is that the hotel has an amazing accessibility policy. It is all designed so that people with some kind of disability can be comfortable in the hotel. They also offer charges to people with some kind of disability to work at the hotel and we were very well taken care of by all of them.

Good hotel. Something away from the tourist area. Good deal. Sometimes the rooms are overly expensive. It is ok.

Very good Hotel to deal with business issues or work. The location is very good The staff is very friendly and helpful. Regarding the restaurant, the food is good and not very expensive. It has a gym and an event room. The rate is accessible and goes according to what they offer.

Just went for a professional event so I can only give my opinion regarding the meeting rooms. The main room is spacious and comfortable, the hotel looks quite new so is nice. We were about 150 people. It has a cool outside terrace.

Very shocked that this has 4 stars? Spent 3 sleepless nights at the Ilunion — no A/C, hard floors carry sound and with the window open (still too hot) I heard the garbage trucks coming and going all night. Also the closet smelled like old socks, the shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. There's no loaner irons so you have to pay to have a shirt pressed, the breakfast is marginal for the cost. Long walk to the metro, etc. I could keep going but I think this is enough to convey how disappointed I was. We have 2 to 3 more trips to Madrid in the next several months and we will not stay here.

Because it is beautiful relaxing and friendly.

Well-connected Hotel especially if you come for work reasons to Madrid.
But the main reason I would recommend this hotel is because of the great social work they do with people with disabilities.
In addition to the above, have an excellent cuisine, both for breakfast and dinner, most recommend an impressive hamburger that has 100% veal…

5 Star Hotel well located and communicated. It is easy to get to the centre with the 150 bus line. Taxi costs about €12. Very clean rooms, overlooking a nice park. The right attention and the good food. Menu at €18.

I went to the hotel for a conference, and from what I could see it turns out to be quiet, modern and careful. I also received a good service from the receptionist. It had a large auditorium and a second more reduced.

Excellent. Very friendly staff. Cleaning 10. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very nice. You can't ask for more.

Very slow restaurant service. You need to reinforce kitchen and improve the menu, the letter and the attention of the waiters. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel Professional staff. The only bemole is the modality to get out of the parking lot of the hotel which is slow if you have a car. Apart CA C Nickel.

Hotel right at the entrance to Madrid, good for those who do not know the city and come by car. It's got parking. It has Wi-Fi. The cafeteria service is somewhat slow, it is small but with good coffee. In the restaurant I have not eaten and I can not comment.

Hotel in the Chamartín area close to Metro stop and just from the bus stop connecting to the centre (line 150). The accommodation was good and everything was clean and well kept. We had a problem with the room arriving and it was sorted out super fast with a new one, it was a misunderstanding. Staff very attentive and concerned at all times for the stay and comfort of their guests.

Very good hotel. There are bus stops close to it. Easy to go any where in Madrid from this hotel. Nearby convenience stores are available. Good views.

Friendly, fast and efficient. The food of high quality, alternating modern cuisine with traditional, highly recommended. Also for the area where the price is very competitive. It's perfect for an informal business lunch.

The attention to disabled people is excellent. Only help you in what you need and do not insist if you see that you manage well the only downside is that if you want to eat something and have no pension included you will get expensive. The same if you want to have a beer or similar, it costs 3 to €4

Nice place. Restaurant variety of food although exceeds the prices of other places and the quality is not optimal for the price. A fine pressed meat burger on a large hamburger bun to 14. €50 and a €3 soda. Total 17. €50 and the quality and quantity cannot be compared with a menu of that price.

A bit out of the way from sol, but hotel is very new and spacious — both the service and the room/amenities were amazing (plus for the price, it was an amazing deal! definitely recommend. )

To the bare minimum for a 4 star hotel.

It is a modest hotel but close to a metro station where you around 7 stops from gran via, Callao, … etc.

It has an excelent lotacion just 20' from the centre of the city, also the rooms are clean and big. The service so polite and anways happy to help you. I would come back.

Perfect there is nothing else to add, maybe the mattress very hard but we rested quite well… Top.

Good location just outside the center with easy access to public transport. Closest bus stop is right outside and is direct to the city center. Metro is a short walk from the hotel. Staff are helpful, rooms are cleaned daily. The room was great value, with a comfortable bed, lots of storage space and a large tv.

Not well located, offers basic services for a 4* hotel. Bathrooms are not well equipped with basic amenities, and there are no free parking. Wi-Fi works very well.

I loved the hotel, the rooms are huge and the rooms also. The metro station is about 5 minutes from the hotel. I point it out.

Formation of Apple… Very bad that had to pay the parking of the hotel… It should be free for customers… Although they are formations.

Comfortable nights at the hotel.

Familiar, comfortable and friendly service. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable!. They are renewing all the hall, adding a gym, new classrooms and expanded dining room and kitchens… And is running great! But if there is something noteworthy is the team of professionals to sunup in the hotel: 10!

Good rooms, breakfast 7 euros, somewhat expensive for what they serve you. The worst disparity of prices according to the place where to check it.

The room service and the cafeteria closes at 23h so if your train arrives later, you will have to order a pizza…

As per practice, five starlets policies for bidet in the bathroom. Great location near Madrid Chamartin, Confortel is a hotel able to offer safety, relaxation and attention to its customers. The rooms are large, light, and night light up a whole series of lights. The beds are soft and guarantee a good night's sleep. Good sound insulation even if not excellent. However, we encountered no problems. Good the Wi-Fi reception. Bathrooms clean, odourless, with bath + shower which, unfortunately, as it was conceived, inevitably causes a deposit of water in the bathroom with the use: do not delay too under water! The dryer is a welcome addition, but I relate (to me unfortunately serves), smells a bit, it's noisy and very hot grip level. Simply put, it's old. Breakfast at the price hilariously of 12, 50 € per person. Don't even think about it: for heaven's sake, it's nice to wake up and go down to breakfast, but this price fails to justify even decent variety of food compared to a 4 star hotel. Coffee in positive and negative astonished me at the same time: Although the cafeteria, the machines are the Nespresso, so Kudos, but coffee is served cold already. It's probably better to go to breakfast at a good bar elsewhere.

Good hotel, with a varied breakfast. The restaurant food is also very rich, although perhaps a little above the average price. The three stars are for the two bugs that seem to me to be very serious: — The door of the room was making a lot of noise when opened. (fixed the next day, be sure to discuss it). — In the shower went cold water after a couple of minutes. Come out hot, and again cold. (without solution after comment). In addition — Little activity in the surrounding area. — Stains on the wall behind the door of the room. Otherwise I recommend this hotel. It is nice to stay.

Good hotel. Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. Few amenities to be a four star hotel. Completely empty mini bar restaurant (only two water bottles free) I can not comment. Very close to Chamartín train station but far from bars, pubs and restaurants, very lonely surroundings. Yes, I recommend it.

The hotel is OK, breakfast OK, perhaps the rooms are not the enough soundproofing. You hear much noise from other users.

Four nights I spent at this hotel mid-December 2013; Is room for improvement in how resources (computers of the hall makes you want to ride them a crank to see whether or not more quickly) and moves from prices (2, €30 a cut coffee, 3, €50 a small water etc. ) Spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and professional, showed great courtesy and collaboration without exception.
This located in the same street with some embassies so the area is very safe, communicated and quick access to all directions, although the parking on the street is the Green type, €2 per hour, renewable every hour from 9 to 21 h by what we want to keep the car in the parking lot of the hotel.
