Very nice hotel in Madrid. Staff are super friendly, the rooms are nice and feel brand new. I would highly recommend the breakfast, it is delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from. It is also quite central with a couple of restaurant and bar options within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Very central Hotel close to one of the most emblematic places in Madrid: the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The facilities are quite good and the rooms flexible and expand. The best thing was the very event that took me to the hotel and the kitchen, breakfasts with natural orange juice, good coffee, fruit and very abundant and quality food. Very good experience!

I've been staying at the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding Hotel for work and I have to say it's one of the nicer hotels I've been able to stay in. The rooms are bright and airy, the shower is incredible, and they have a decent room service selection especially for 24 hour service. I haven't gotten a chance to try many of the hotel restaurants however the breakfast buffet had quite a selection though not great for those with dietary restrictions. Being that I'm gluten free, not by choice, my options were severely limited. Overall if the location is ideal for you this is the hotel to stay in!

A good hotel the truth. And it's close to the Metro if you need transportation. If you go by car the whole area is paid for but you can park four hours in one area and change it area to leave it another four. Recommended.

Cleaned rooms. Good location. Staff could be more kind: nobody smile, it seems they don't care if guests are happy. Good breakfast.

It is a very central hotel and has a lot of fame and Solera. But I can only comment on the conference rooms that are nice because I haven't stayed.

Everything's great. I was on my birthday and we had to be the customers of the day. Room Upgrade, wonderful deal, great spa and lots of exquisite details in the room. Paula is really charming. It made us feel in a cloud.

It's a unique experience. The rooms are spacious, with a modern and functional design. The bed is very comfortable, you have three pillows with different hardness-which is appreciated when you leave the comfort of yours. The views of the city are amazing and the breakfast service… Wonderful. A wide variety, with great quality and quantity.

Great staff. Rooms are large, well furnished and comfortable. Their Domo restaurant serves excellent food. Near public transport. Many good restaurants nearby.

Hotel and Convection Center, with multiple rooms and private lounges. Very well conditioned of light and sound, well acclimatized and with a service of breaks and buffet of 10. Lovely staff, helpful and always with a smile. The times I've come has been for some formative course so I can't comment on how it's like hotel-accommodation.

We went to do the assembly of an event. The loading area is lousy. It has two fairly pronounced slopes that make it very difficult to load and unload. Forklifts are a pretty small size compared to most. Overall it lengthened everything much more than it was because of this.

Very nice place, very nice and very nice people. The rooms are great and the food very rich. There is a swimming pool, sauna, and a well-equipped gym. A highly recommended site if you want to visit Madrid as it is well connected.

Very nice hotel. Seen in the Christmas season. The decoration was beautiful. Huge beds, a spa and a gym available.

The rooms are spacious and very cozy at the same time. Lots of attention details. A great and varied buffet ideal for all tastes. Right to specialized gym with activities. And it is a few steps from the Santiago Bernabeu.

Modern facilities. Reformed double room with plenty of space, comfortable, city views, impeccable cleanliness, very friendly and attentive staff. Amazing gym inside the hotel.

Rooms very nice, 3 stars, would have actually deserved 4 stars, unfortunately the sanitary area with glass wall is visible from the room. The cleaning staff very volatile and it was apparently dependent on the respective cleaning agent, whether one has received new towels, whether sanitary articles were renewed or whether the blanket was placed on the bed, therefore service 2 stars. Breakfast class, 4 stars, lunch and dinner horrible, taste like presentation devastating 1 star, spa and fitness area beautiful, extensive and large, 4 stars, location 3 stars. Total therefore 3.

We went to a company dinner and they behaved very well. Very attentive staff as always. Whenever we have an event and we can go there.

Sent here by an airline after a redirect. Great room. Decorated well. Very modern. Double room but still separately made beds. Servers had good english. Arrived late at night and told we would be sent a meal. Arrived well over an hour after check in. Early bird breakfast very basic and pillaged within minutes of arrival. Decent hotel though and I am sure these comments are very specific to my type of experience.

Nice location, close to everything including restaurants and shops, bus at the corner to take you to all all the main attractions. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They are are in white. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is a very good place to stay and enjoy Madrid. The ride from and to airport is approximately 35. I would highly recommend, have stayed many times.

The breakfast is cheap and spectacular. The rooms are modern and spacious. The A/C not as strong blowing, but that is normal in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous. Spotless. Much attention to the customer, PC, Internet and printer available, excellent cuisine, is not central but is at 150 m from Metro and bus. Spa and gym. Full of large and small conference rooms.

A luxury Hotel. I meet very kindly and good is a bit more expensive as the others but highly recommended. New from 2014, room very clean and large.

Staff was absolutely amazing and super friendly! The whole hotel is beautiful and perfect location, right newt to the bus to get to downtown! Spa us top notch and the workout room is incredible. The breakfast buffet is like none I've ever seen.

Is in a very good location, ca two steps of the Bernabeu and also in the area of business. It brings together everything that requires a 5-star luxury, even style. Offers haute cuisine in its restaurants, variety of lounges and garden area for meetings and celebrations, swimming pool, Gym, garage… Etc. Not I can remember how many times I have hosted in the, waaaaay. I love it.

Another standard NH hotel. Ikea type poorly maintained furniture. HVAC system not operational during the night. This is the biggest problem. Who wants to wake up in a sweat. Maintenance came to the room but could not make it work. AC is hard to find in Europe at night so ask before you book. Good breakfast and fitness center but not worth it.

We were dining on Friday 22/04/2016 day at the dome restaurant, and we found fabulous friendly staff and food, but there is no there thing, the waiter us offered have a cocktail on the terrace that we saw a DJ, making wonderful music. We were talking with the (RAUL) where we told him that where we could listen to that music that was putting, very friendly DJ (RAUL) we commented that at any site, but that if we wanted, that we dejasemos you a USB and the recording us this music. Staff very professional, altogether is magnificent throughout the Hotel, recommended 100 X 100. Thank you.

Perfect place for meetings, training and working. Very well communicated by metro and bus, and quite easy for parking the car. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants and bars. Facilities are very new and modern, Also, all was very clean. Hoping to come back for any reason, personal or for business.

Also a lot of places to eat, and is near the Real Madrid football stadium. We are happy to stay for three nights. One night without Internet access. Terrace will cost 25 dollars, as it connected with the Spa. But beyond that everything is all right. Friendly staff and cold beer at the bar, we enjoy. A soccer match at the weekend, so we run into a lot of diehard fans here …

Very good hotel spectacular. Very friendly staff. Cleaning a ten, the spectacular room with details that are minimalist, spacious, comfortable and with views of Madrid very nice. The breakfast is very complete and varied live show cooking for omelettes and eggs to your liking. In order to recommend one hundred percent.

Location: accessible but transport is required to get into town. Rooms & service: excellent. Reduced rating because the restaurant we used for all meals (2 week work training) was not terribly accommodating for halal or other dietary requirements.

Hotel isn't in the city center but still conveniently located near the Cuzco metro and several bus lines that get you downtown quickly. The hotel was renovated in 2012 and has a nice modern design. Lobby bar and restaurant have a good menu with very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are very large by European standards and fully equipped with all amenities (safe, water kettle, minibar, and some rooms even have Nespresso brand coffee makers). Free basic Wi-Fi works well and there is paid "enhanced" option if you need VPN, etc. The breakfast buffet is amazing with almost anything you could possibly imagine to eat and drink (even self-serve cava and bloody mary station). The hotel is very secure with 24 hour staff and security. Rooms and elevator access controlled with key cards. Paid self park available on site if needed.

Flea market of Aladina. A little narrow place where was held the event, and it misses more articles aimed at the male audience.

I think that the reform has made it more modern and avant-garde but more impersonal than before. Rooms are really well furnished with 42" TV and King size beds. Service is pretty good, although the food does not accommodate for halal.

Hotel well situated next to the Bernabeu. Rooms, at least mine, HUGE. Fair and pleasant stay.

I can not rating this hotel with five stars for several reasons: day 1: we arrived at the hotel with a good predisposition, hallucinating his entrance into the hall, cafeteria, the big curved screen, etc but when we reach the hotel reception, we do not receive a good morning, such the trip or any phrase welcome. Once we have room cards don't give you any direction of where are the elevators, not only that, but there is also signal to get to the lifts. We are looking for them and we are two elevators, one of the employees ask us that if ups. We told him Yes, but that room, and tells us that we have them on the left, we tocemos in the Hall, and we see lifts, but are only personal use of the hotel. So we continue down the Hall and to the left we are them. At last!. The lifts with a video of the works that seemed really good especially to see the work that was done. The rooms were perfect, but it left me wanting to try the table that in which the mobile is loaded only once you support it. But not for that reason lose score. Rooms with its perfect light, an amazing window, and its impossible to better views. The huge bathroom, your shower with massage that is worthwhile and a welcome with a couple of biscuits and chocolate. Day 2: Breakfast was perfect, the best I've ever been in NH. You have everything you can imagine and it is very difficult to stay hungry. We not spent long in the hotel.

It's a classic of Madrid. The renovation of the rooms is very good with excellent equipment and level of comfort. Breakfast, in room and line of the chain in these levels of category. They have a new restaurant in which Paco Roncero put his signature, more added value. Very well located, just minutes away from the Paseo de la Castellana and the Bernabeu. In general, excellent service and attention.

There is a spa wonderful, if you have to quote you.
In the cafeteria are great breakfast, there is a business centre and there is a playground near the cafeteria where you eat breakfast or do you take rather calmly.
Nearby is the disco Marmara.
There is parking.

It is a hotel where the deal since you arrive until you leave it is super and solve you any problems that you may. A mi me step that there was a problem with the reservation and I looked for another room without any problem. The food is very good and the kitchen is creative. The service of the hotel are magnificent and the staff is very efficient.

I tried the breakfast Antiox and really worth a try. The Elyseum spa is beautiful and I love the idea of being able to play paddle in the middle of the city in the open air. The terrace to have drinks on the first floor is well even when you're not staying at the hotel. For the smoking rooms the rooms of the Superior category are great.
