Ideal hotel to visit Madrid… and when you're going to rest being isolated from all the crowds of people… a quiet place… very friendly people and great facilities have been going for many years and I'll keep going if I can.

Very polite staff and great variety of food.

Rooms and equipment quit old. Need to be renewed. The hair dryer looks from the 90s The hotel is well positioned next to a Galleria, restaurants, and fast food. Helpful and polite staff. But nothing exceptional. Clean and tidy gym but very small. The pool is ok but some of the equipment don't work like the shower before entering the pool.

Good clean power went out when you iron. Besides that good service breakfast was not to my very food.

Very good hotel!
We stayed there for 4 nights, very nice room, clean, spacious with pool views. Perfect housekeeping. Pretty well soundproofed. The staff are very pleasant, attentive and bilingual which is great for foreigners. We needed a taxi at 4am, the hotel took care of it. If we return to Madrid we already know which hotel we will go to!

Near to airport, far to city center. Metro station is very close, but for city sites at least 2-3 lines should be changed and takes about 45-50 mins. Hotel is very good for business trips. Breakfast is good. A kettle in the room would make a big difference! Above all best thing in Madrid was temperature at night, cool with a slight breeze, making it very comfortable to sleep without air-conditioning.

I went to this hotel to attend a course and the facilities very well, elegant place and with presence. On the other hand, the food both in the coffee Brake and at lunch very well, impeccable service. They also have gluten-free option in case of celiac. Recommended for events and meetings.

One of the dirtiest hotel room I've seen! I checked in with the bath tub still wet and I found a trash inside the amenity. I think it was serviced hastly. Sorry pullman hotel, but its the truth.

Very nice Hotel, luxury, very spacious and spotless rooms, I had a great room. Located near the airport area fair, it has a shuttle. Staff helpful and very friendly. Everything was perfect, also recommended the restaurant and breakfast.

Very good place to spend a pleasant stay in Madrid, pleasant and good service, it is a privilege to make use of its facilities and its exquisite dishes elaborated from the most technical and passionate culinary preparation.

I recommend to 100% this hotel, the room bright and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. All staff of 10! Both the guys who attended me at reception, like the girls cleaning Angela and Rosa. It was a very good experience, very friendly and made my stay cozy and enjoyable. I have No words to express my gratitude.

Nice and very convenient hotel for accessing Madrid fair center. The restaurant is quite small so most probably you will need to go around for dinner.

I went to take a test one of their halls. Spacious room with good air conditioning.
We had something to drink at the bar and the waitress was very friendly and attentive to us. As a paste is that the prices are high!
Something I called the attention was that the bathrooms have hand cream.

Stayed here while attending an exhibition at Feria Madrid. Neat and clean rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Satisfactory service. Decent buffet breakfast. Moderately priced rooms. Well connected by free shuttle to Feria amd airport. Overall a good experience staying here.

Very nice Hotel and very close to the airport, large and clean rooms, comfy beds. Very well connected to the city centre and to the business centers. The reception, especially the boy Matteo, very friendly and available, was ready to satisfy all my doubts and problems.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Especially a tall young man who speaks Spanish, who gives pleasure to his deal. The location of the hotel is just to pass the bridge the chains a bit to the right. Everything in Buddha is stuck. Gellert baths are about a 20-minute walk away. Pest and Center 15 min. Jewish Quarter 20 min. Breakfast is fine, for Budapest. Wifi is going well and we were on top floor. Finally satisfied. The only thing that is in a alley that passes almost unnoticed.

Classic Hotel for business trips, with all the comforts.

Very well located in relation to the fairground and 4 mins from the metro, well connected to the centre. New, quiet and right-sized rooms. Quality breakfast. Friendly staff. The only thing better, the gym. Would repeat without a doubt.

Very disappointed with the poor quality of the room: air conditioning that worked dotted, no desk, no power outlet to recharge its such, no coffeemaker, bathroom door that does not close… we are really far from the expected quality of a Pullman.

Close to Feria and good value for money… … if you book early enough. No Executive Lounge, which is usually standard with Pullman Hotels. Staff during Fair events a bit overehelmed by the number of breakfast or bar guests.

The hotel is better than in the city centre. It has an outdoor swimming pool. Rooms are tidy and have a bathtub, which is rare nowadays in hotels. However, the entertainment system is rubbish and left over from 1970ies. Morden people cannot use the hotel TVs as it has a satellite system of the last century. You struggle navigating it, and it doesn't have the language adjustment options.

Great location, just a minute or two away from the subway to Centro and the airport. The room was spacious with a nice shower en very comfertable beds. The airco was pretty noisy though.

Nice premises, nice hosts and employees. Very welcoming. This hotel is located right next to the metro station feria de madrid, line 8; also next to the airport. They have pools that are nice, though the water is usually cold even in hot weather. I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in an area of Madrid far from the main tourist sights. Easy transportation to the center of town by underground. Proximity to the airport makes it a convenient choice for those wanting to catch an early flight. Very comfortable rooms with top amenities.

Decent hotel and service. Very few activities in the local area. If you want to explore Madrid you can find a much better base than this area. Restaurant is a little expensive. Booked a rate that included free mini bar. No food and limited beverages (no beer). The minibar was not refilled during my stay.

It has very nice new rooms and still rooms to renovate. Clean and well organized, close to the metro which in 30 min takes you downtown.

Great food, very good rooms (except for the floor that is not refurbished, beware! ), excellent service. Internet connection is hit and miss. Breakfast is top notch.

Excellent value for money. I travel often to Madrid due to work and always stay here. Welcoming and fast check-in, great gourmet food, really comfortable beds and rooms with all the necessary amenities. Also, varied breakfast selection with lots of local products.

The airport shuttle took 20 mins to arrive (I understand it only goes every 30 mins), then took us from T4 through all other terminal, then to Ibis and only then, 40 mins later, to Pullman — that's a very long time given how tired one can be late in the evening. The check-in was efficient and I was 'upgraded' to superior room. The room was just average, so not sure what was superior about it. There was no hotel welcome guide in the room, no coffee maker, corridors dark red with little light, and in room only paid TV. The pool is only opened June-September (you should put that on your website). The best part of the stay was Breakfast, which was excellent, great choices!

Wonderful service at this hotel. Great in room amenities such as free bottled water, toiletries, robe and slippers. Breakfast was included in fare and never disappointed. Good variety of foods to start your day.

Pullman Madrid Airport and Feria hotel is a 4 star category, is strategically located between the fair and the airport, in a quiet area. The hotel is elegant, very well maintained, clean and with Wi-Fi, the staff is very courteous and helpful. The room is very spacious, tidy and complete with all accessories (bathrobe and slippers), comfy beds and huge.

At night, if you go down to dinner after 23:00, you dine in the lounge, not nice at all for those who finish the evening at the show:)

The first and second floors of the hotel are a crap the 3rd and the 4th are much better. Honestly speaking it is quite annoying when they accommodate you in the crap floors. They should put some efforts and make over also the first floors. The breakfast is ok.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Time to renew the rooms etc. Lobby is fancy but that's about it. Connection to the center of Madrid is really good. The highway allows you to get everywhere pretty fast! :-).

We were pleased with low cost for a very worthy 4 * Yes still good; small, but very cozy rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast, daily VELCOM 2 bottles of water, clean, maids did not make noise, do not interfere with sleep, quiet area, 100 metres from Metro, free shuttle to the airport, there is an outdoor swimming pool. To large šopingcentra 4 underground stops away, there you can take the sititurbas. On the evening of the Center taxi costs € 20. The only negative is far to the Center, but you can close to PL. Spain (8 stops) and from there begin to walk. In General, as well as hotel and Madrid, pleased.

Stay from 6 to 7 April 2012 — room 324 — 2 adults + 1 child 12 years
Location: away from the city center but metro station just next door to go to ground in about 30 minutes. Finally not so bad compared to the NOVOTEL away without easy access to the metro.

I came to this hotel because of a conference for work. There was a death in the family where I knew a week in advance that I would have to leave early for the memorial. My travel agent contact them. Not only did they not honor shortening my stay. When I wrote them about it after they charged me the full amount, they didn't even bother writing me back. They just ignored the problem. Nice staff. Terrible management.

After coming for 4 years this has been worse in terms of treatment and service, overflowed with lack of any waiter kindly fitur, my luggage late in reaching the room three quarters of an hour after going down 2 times and calling many others appeared in another room with what the output of that night made me late to a scheduled dinner.
