Fantastic hotel. Brilliant location in terms of getting from the airport and into the centre of Madrid. About 10 mins from airport and 25 mins on Metro into centre. Breakfast was great.

Clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast needs baked beans🙂. We was’t informed about the pool being closed even though the weather wasn’t good enough.

The hotel is in an amazing location, right near the metro and bus stop. The rooms are immaculate, brand new, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The staff is absolutely fantastic and so helpful.

We had an absolutely delightful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable.

I stayed overnight in this hotel for a hospital Navarra visit. Everything was beyond the expectations from the booking to the check out.

We had a good experience overall. However, on the last night at the hotel a man at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly.

Rooms, Service, Location — and Food!
We travel a lot all over the world, currently staying on our way to work and play in Peru, and while we rarely eat in a hotel, we’re very glad we did.

Had a great 4 night stay at DWO Yuste Alcala. Check in quick & friendly, Room clean, modern with a few hangers & shelf for clothes. Quiet fridge & effective air con. Modern & large shower.

We found the hotel location to be close to the metro station, which enabled quick links to most of the city, including central.

This is a good option if you are staying outside of the city center.

The room is on the small side, but everything is sparkling clean, new, and functions perfectly well. The mattress is supportive. Various pillow options are provided.

We've done a business trip and meetings in this hotel and the experience was flawless.

We've stayed in the most modest rooms, they are very small and we had some difficulties dealing with our luggage without cluttering the space.

Nice and clean room, only minus was poor noise cancelling, you heard all people at the corridor. No restaurant, but restaurant next door by the same name was excellent. Only 10min to the airport.

Nice hotel and they offer pickup and drop facility to Airport. Infact the nearby hotels too offer the same service from the Bus Hotel stop at the Airport terminal.

Very good value. Service and staff was also great. Very happy with our stay here and would stay again! the room was in excellent condition.

IT's a 4-star-hotel that accomodated 300 passengers from a cancel flight. They were gentle and Agile and made a miracle of preparing dinner at midnight for those amount of people.

I stayed at this hotel and really liked that it’s close enough to the airport. The area around the hotel is nice and safe — perfect for a morning walk or jog. The room was clean and really comfy.

We were super surprised of the great value the hotel offers. We got a corner room, with such a stunning view in the bedroom and the bath room. Woooooow. The beds were comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Near to the airport but quite far from the city centre but the no. 146 bus takes you straight there. Taking around 40 mins.

We came very late because we were stuck in Madrid airport due to our luggage.
There was no shuttle services because it was too late night.

Overall a great stay experience — the hotel interior is very clean and stylish whilst remaining traditional and functional. The hotel has a charm about it and the bathroom is very luxurious.

The distance from the hotel to the center should not worry you, because of good connection with a metro. Also, you can use uber or bus.
