The hotel is in an amazing location, right near the metro and bus stop. The rooms are immaculate, brand new, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The staff is absolutely fantastic and so helpful.

Rooms, Service, Location — and Food!
We travel a lot all over the world, currently staying on our way to work and play in Peru, and while we rarely eat in a hotel, we’re very glad we did.

No airport shuttle or breakfast when the website states there is. The room and staff were great and there is a restaurant where you can buy breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. Brilliant location in terms of getting from the airport and into the centre of Madrid. About 10 mins from airport and 25 mins on Metro into centre. Breakfast was great.

I stayed overnight in this hotel for a hospital Navarra visit. Everything was beyond the expectations from the booking to the check out.

We had a good experience overall. However, on the last night at the hotel a man at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly.

Had a great 4 night stay at DWO Yuste Alcala. Check in quick & friendly, Room clean, modern with a few hangers & shelf for clothes. Quiet fridge & effective air con. Modern & large shower.

We found the hotel location to be close to the metro station, which enabled quick links to most of the city, including central.

This is a good option if you are staying outside of the city center.

The room is on the small side, but everything is sparkling clean, new, and functions perfectly well. The mattress is supportive. Various pillow options are provided.

Nice hotel and they offer pickup and drop facility to Airport. Infact the nearby hotels too offer the same service from the Bus Hotel stop at the Airport terminal.

IT's a 4-star-hotel that accomodated 300 passengers from a cancel flight. They were gentle and Agile and made a miracle of preparing dinner at midnight for those amount of people.

I stayed at this hotel and really liked that it’s close enough to the airport. The area around the hotel is nice and safe — perfect for a morning walk or jog. The room was clean and really comfy.

We were super surprised of the great value the hotel offers. We got a corner room, with such a stunning view in the bedroom and the bath room. Woooooow. The beds were comfortable.

The distance from the hotel to the center should not worry you, because of good connection with a metro. Also, you can use uber or bus.

My daughter (17), son (10), and I had a spacious room that accommodated 3 people. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with smiles, Breakfast was included and quite delicious.

Hola 👋 The hotel is quite nice and it’s located near the Barajas Airport. So you’ll have to take a taxi if you’re going downtown (~20min. Distance).
