Beautiful. Clean and with excellent service.

I reserved one night with my 2 daughters I like it a lot clean and quiet no words to describe it I will come back soon to it.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious and modern. Sadly, all of that is detracted from by a tough staff, scratching the edge. It seems unbelievable that in hospitality there is still no sufficient value for dealing with the client. I will not repeat, I prefer a less modern hotel, but in which I am treated as a person.

Rooms are nice. Staff are fantastic. If staying long term, not the best location. Commercial area with not much going on. Shopping mall and supermarkets within walking distance but not much else. If on business the Wi-Fi is terrible, can't use Skype etc. Streaming almost impossible.

Lovely hotel, very well kept and clean. The staff are nice, friendly and approachable. The rooms are to a very good standard and unlike most places, the beds are actually comfortable. The outside pool is a lovely bonus.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Modern and stylish with a nice restaurant and bar. Food is slightly overpriced. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a well stocked mini bar. Great place to stay for a stop over or short trip. Location in not great. Close to airport but too far from the city centre and places of interest. It is a 30 minute drive to the city centre.

An ideal hotel for a brief transit in Madrid. Very accessible to the airport with regular shuttles (if you inform the front desk about your flight time in advance they'll schedule one for you). Really good breakfast spread as well. The staff isn't the most helpful.

Comfortable and well furnished airport hotel which is just a few minutes walk from one of Madrid's biggest shopping centres. Good place to stay for business trip. Free airport shuttle. Breakfast offers lots of choices and was good. The bar menu is excellent and good value. The showers were nice and bathroom had ample supplies.

Awesome hotel and great service! The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are huge and the place itself is beautiful and very modern. It isn't expensive at all and I just wished I could've stayed more time!

Were here with a group in April.
There is no slippers in the hotel! For 4 stars it does not pull.
The rooms are also not, sorry, brush in the toilet! We had 18 rooms, none of them appeared. The hygienic soul is not, if anything.
The staff is very helpful. There was an incident, the fault of the staff at the reception, at the decision of his US administrator said that he has been messing with us for 20 minutes, and he needs to work. Isn't his job to solve the mistakes of his colleagues!
The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.
There's no Kash. The worst dirty glasses of juice. You have to pour the water, and they're all in the unwashed pulp! It is not 1 or 2, I took 5 and all dirty, it was time to take a disposable.
The location is also not very convenient, just close to the airport, the center is far away.
Overall NOT recommended!

Very quiet Hotel with a very good service. Spacious and very well maintained rooms. The staff is attentive. It is close to the airport and the bad thing is the connection to the center. There are no Metro stops nearby and by taxi it takes 15 min (about 17-18 €) to get to Retiro.

Well located in relation to the airport, with a shuttle service every half hour that works very well and on time English. Nice staff, green zone, Moon shopping centre, at about 400 mts. A bit removed from the center of Madrid, but it is worth the move and then return to the serenity of this place. Of course, it depends on what one seeks at every moment and in any given circumstance.

Excellent hotel to spend the night when you have connecting flights. They have their own transfer to and from Barajas. The rooms are spacious, modern and bright.

Very good business hotel. They have free shuttle for Ifema madrid exhibition.

Nice rooms shuttle as promised bit havr to call a few times for them to arrive over one hour wait at terminal 1 only shame the gym has no mashines exept runnimg machine and few weights.

Good service and reasonable price. Breakfast was very good. Wide and very clean habilitation. A good option if you have Q stay close to the apt.

Nice breakfast, cheese jam, fresh fruit, good service. Air conditioner is also overall for 9 points in the middle accidentally jumped two times, but 10 minutes to solve.

I slept very well because the bed was made of wonder, it was very comfortable and clean. With few hours of sleep the rest was very profitable. Breakfast — Free buffet is 5 *. The shuttle works very well.
Yes it is true that it took a while to check-in, but it was due, in my case, that they had cancelled a flight and there were many customers waiting, as well as the time it takes the receptionist to work with the system.
I would repeat, no doubt.

Good hotel, but 4 stars-spa and no slippers, no bathrobe. The spa area was very cold for a spa, we couldn't enjoy anything there. And for breakfast only cofee. No cappuccino, cafe latte etc. Still great aeroport shuttle service and nice staff.

Near the airport 4 star hotel, the room is good, the facilities are good, the design is good, the price is cheap, far from the urban area!

Very modern rooms and decor throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a plus with a variety of choices.

Good decoration, modern. Very functional. Getting off the room and spending some time in the Sauna and steam room is spectacular. In summer the pool although small but it is well because it gives the sun.
Negative: The water in the Jacuzzi very cold, no restaurant service to the room, this seems fatal if you feel like eating a breakfast or just ordering a champagne and something to nibble… What is indispensable in any 4 star hotel in any part of the world and more in Europe.

We have been staying on two occasions, because of its proximity to the airport.
Modern Hotel. Spacious. Proper cleaning.
Own bus to the airport.
Excellent breakfast which is not cheap but makes up for it.
The staff gave us a very friendly deal.
We'll be back without hesitation.

Super Hotel not very expensive, €75/night, room at the top, spacious, gym and well beings, close to large shopping center with plenty of good restaurant.

A comfortable, comfortable, quiet and modern hotel… It is ideal for a getaway and to go with family… The staff were friendly and helpful. The quality-price very good, is surrounded by shopping mall, bars, banks, etc… Public transport is close by, bus and taxi… Recommended and if I go to Madrid… 'll.

A modern hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The hotel staff were very helpful. It has a fairly full and varied breakfast buffet as well as various kind of facilities including swimming pool.

Very good hotel. The location is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has permanent transportation with the airport. Nearby is the Plenilunio Mall and several well-interesting home and hardware stores to recreate the eye or do some shopping.

NO AC, tons of mosquitoes, overpriced food, WAY overpriced breakfast, nothing to do nearby. Worst place we stayed our entire 16 days in Spain.

We had a long stay at Axor Feria Hotel staff were very welcoming and always smiling. Our room was very nice. It's close to the airport 15 minutes away and 40 minutes to Madrid centre. The hotel free Airport shuttle service was useful to get to the airport to catch the metro since there is a very few bus service next to the hotel area. Room always clean thanks to the maids at the hotel. The only problem I had with the room is that hot water in the shower was not always working but at the whole it was an amazing stay at axor feria :)

The hotel is nice overall the negative vote is for the gentleman who runs the pool MHA a face of C… or it looks like it makes you happy to kick him out! and net 5 stars.

Axor Feria Hotel is located near to MAD Airport, it has complementary free Wi-Fi in all areas, rooms are comfortable and swimming pool is shared with Axor Barajas Hotel, shuttle service to all terminals is each 0:30 but it arrives and departs only from Axor Barajas, just a few steps to get into Axor Feria but it is not a good during the winter specially on rainy days. Metro stations are too far from the Hotel so it is only possible to take a bus up to Avenida de America station.

The only negative is that the location is near an industrial park with an ok mall within walking distance. Any desire to see Madrid or museums or nightlife will cost a lot of cab fare. Stay here you last night before leaving via Barajas airport.

This hotel are close to Adolfo Suarez Barajas airport and the prise and qualite are very good.

Very satisfied with my one night stay. Very happy to see a large hotel being conscious of sustainability (motion sensing lights and thermostat, soap dispenser on wall in shower instead of individual bottles). Quality was great for the price, but two complaints 1, more pillows, or atleast a medium sized one. Of the two pillows provided, one is square and too fat (think couch cushion), and the other spans the whole bed and is way too thin to support someone head comfortably. 2. Bedside tables are located too high, resulting in a nasty bump on my head in the middle of the night while turning over. My forehead was cut and bleeding from the sharp corner on the glass. Easy enough to fix though… make the bed taller or remount the tables lower. Luckily I didn't smash my head too hard, but for the sake of not having future injuries, I recommend changing that.

Quality Hotel in the immediate vicinity of the airport. Spacious and clean room even though the internal temperature is difficult to adjust. At breakfast it is not possible to request espresso or cappuccino.
