Ok place, The rooms would benefit from a bit of fixing but the pool was nice and we have had good time.

Great cost benefit. Location good, service varies, I had excellent service at night with a gentlemen allowing us to extend our stay at the restaurant beyond the hours but also the initial welcoming could have been better. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because the could make better use of the wonderful terrAce they have. They could offer food a draft beer until mid night at least.

Spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to metro and bus. Attractive for both families and work. Quiet and not overcrowded.

Great value for money Large and clean rooms. Well located. Very nice reception. How against that perhaps there should be more workers, since the reception is in charge of the counter, the cafeteria and any matter that happens.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, close to airport, very quiet at the night, cafeteria and shops in 300 m away, clean rooms and towels were changed every day. From minuses — terrible sofa with terrible mattress, could sleep 3 nights : — (, terrace is closed in the mornings until 10, so if you are smoking you can forget about sigarette in the morning, you can go only on the main street, hotel is falling apart, it is start to be visible. Need to renovate.

Good place to sleep in Madrid, clean and economical. Rooms with microwave, fridge and battery to be able to prepare your breakfast or fast food. Well connected to the centre. Quiet and with room to park in the street.

We went for two nights, we are 2 adults and 3 children. We got a duplex, and for the moment it is the largest room of all I have been to.

The bathroom was pretty cramped. I was put in a twin room, not sure why, in any case, if you are in the center, the beds are separating because they have wheels and have no locks. Despite being a fairly crowded area due to business, it is quite easy to park in the area. Even in front of the same door.
There are also larger rooms that are much better with even more than one floor.

Nice hotel with large rooms well equipped mini fridge sink and micro-wave storage well adapted.

Very comfortable and economical Hotel at good price, maybe the bad thing is that it is removed from the center but it can be easily accessed by public transport.

We stayed here for a night and it was a beautiful and clean hotel. It’s conveniently located near the metro rail system. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very large rooms, clean and well preserved. The only fault the small sink, good facilities and close to shopping streets. Well-connected Hotel with bus stops and Metro. Spacious and varied breakfast.

The room is great for a family, is large and comfortable, has 1 extra large bed 2 single beds and a double sofa bed and 2 TVs.
The safety of children can be compromised, since the room has a mezzanine with two beds and the stairs lacks a child safety fence, and there were several ridiculous but dangerous flaws for children, such as fallen plugs or spotlights Semiloose, even one of the lamps looked like it had been overheated and burned.
The room has hairdryer, microwave, fridge with products on sale (they are expensive and you get in shops in the much cheaper surroundings), there are plates, cups and cups, but it lacks cutlery that you are given if you ask them to the front desk.
Breakfast is separate and has a cost of €9. Price to day 01/04/18.

We went to IFEMA, the superb situation. Very well connected. The room for six very large and bright. Clean and comfortable. If I had to put a but, it would be the shifts to the showers, as there is still a flask of water. But with good organization everything is resolved. The staff perfect and nice.

It is very good and practical if you need a hotel near the airport. Pay 25 and. Back and 30, and back.

Good hotel for a couple of nights, the receptionist is of the best of the hotel, is friendly and do not hesitate to ask about the most popular places and Metro lines that you can use to get there, the only flaw is the parking that is in bad condition and t And they charge £15 the night despite their poor facilities, outside of that a very good place to spend a couple of nights.

It seemed like a really nice place, but we had a problem with our rooms (not the hotel's fault, agency wise) and had to change hotels. But they were really nice helping us trough the process and storing our luggage while we went for dinner.

Very nice place and great for large family's. It far to get to from the Tube so recommend taking a Uber. The burger king is 5 blocks away or you can pay to eat there but its $$$

Need maintenance! Large rooms but very small bathrooms! TV is small too. Air conditioning works properly. You will not find a place to park around… Need to pay the hotel parking.

Amazing place to stay! Lovely rooms, staff are very friendly, and the pool is just the right size to keep the kids happy.

The best value for money service. Rooms are big, microwave and fridge, coffee machine provided. Rooms are cleaned everyday unlike in UK where service is very bad for this kind of money. I recommend the hotel to other travellers.

Personal more than pleasant. The hotel is located in a very quiet area in Madrid, a little away from the Center, but there is no problem at all since it has a metro station very next.
