IT's a 4-star-hotel that accomodated 300 passengers from a cancel flight. They were gentle and Agile and made a miracle of preparing dinner at midnight for those amount of people.

I stayed at this hotel and really liked that it’s close enough to the airport. The area around the hotel is nice and safe — perfect for a morning walk or jog. The room was clean and really comfy.

We arrived early and they were able to have a room available for us almost immediately. Wait staff in the bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful. Reception was exceptional.

Hola 👋 The hotel is quite nice and it’s located near the Barajas Airport. So you’ll have to take a taxi if you’re going downtown (~20min. Distance).

Amazing hotel. I love it. They have a pickup service from the airport; which is amazing. A very special thanks to the guy who drove me to the hotel; Mr. Andres, who is super friendly and professional.
