Great location to MAD airport, which includes a shuttle service. Not a place Id want to stay if I was going into city center, but for airport, YES. Staff was great and helpful. Great use of HHonors perks, including a decent lounge. Rooms are clean and modern. It felt like a 5 star hotel!

Stayed overnight here last week and the hotel itself is in a great location (about 2 km from the airport). We had a car rental and it can be tricky to get to the hotel but other than that I have no complaints. Check in process was efficient (plenty of agents available to check you in). The world cup was playing and the hotel bar was bustling. The hotel rooms are quite nice and the bathroom feels upscale. I didn't quite like the shampoo and the toiletries (the feel and the smell just felt cheap). The room had two bottles of water for free as well. The hotel has free shuttle to/from the airport and also a free shuttle to Madrid City Center. I probably won't stay here if I was in Madrid for a week, but if you have to catch a morning flight, stay here and save some time and headaches to get to the airport in the morning. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I simply loved my room in this hotel. From the fantastic bed to the big bathroom which forms a nice part of the overall room impression. For a quick stay of one night in Madrid I would highly recommend it. Breakfast buffet with all the options completes this good hotel.

Hotel close to the airport the rooms are well maintained and the breakfast and complete.

Check in was simple. Temperature of room was horrible. Called for assistance and was told how to set control. Cot never arrived we had to call for the cot and request a fan. The room was still terribly warm after an evening out. Got a call right back saying that maintenance did check and the room temp was warm so they will cool it off for us and we should feel a difference in just a few minutes. Room control means nothing. They control it all remotely. Upon check out we asked to pay partial Cash (to rid ourselves of Euros's since leaving Europe) and charge the remaining. The Trainee helping us had to have a "gentleman" help her to do this. He literally looked at us and rolled his eyes. Almost throwing a fit! The last impression in customer service is the most lasting. We will opt for different hotel next time we are in Madrid.

Hotel just a few minutes drive from Madrid Airport. Clean and spacious rooms and useful services for those who stay even a few days for work (eg: gym and swimming pool)

We chose this hotel for a Madrid getaway. Certainly the hotel is far from the centre but after a long day of sightseeing, the pool, the spa, the sauna and the hammam what a pleasure. And then the hotel makes available a free shuttle to pick you up at the airport, to drop you in the center in the morning and to take you back to the airport. And if that is not enough two taxi solutions in front of the hotel or Metro has 15min on foot.
The staff are at the small care, the rooms very nice and the perfect lunch for a long day of sightseeing.

A modern and convenient hotel near by the airport. I stayed here after returning a rental car before flying back home the next morning. When I took a cab from airport to the hotel, the driver asked for 27 Euros. The airport was less than 5 km. I asked the bellman if that was legitimate, he said so. Ridiculous! The breakfast buffet was nice but the executive lounge did not offer much at all. The shuttle service to airport was one of the reasons I stayed here.

Business trip with 4 colleagues. Restaurant was OK but much better value/choice in taxi to Madrid central. Modern rooms with English TV options.

I liked it very much, I had cashier, this is 5 minutes from the airport and breakfast is very rich (it is buffet but very small)

The rooms are nice and the staff quickly changed our room when the first room had a window that wouldn’t close. The rooms are quiet loud when it is windy, but I found the roaring sort of relaxing after awhile. The main issue we had was that since we arrived late there was no regular shuttle, you have to call and request it. We called multiple times but couldn’t get through to the front desk, so we had to take a taxi which cost us 20EUR, rather than the free shuttle.

The hotel is very comfortable, the pool and gym are super complete and you have the attentive coach for any questions. The only thing I didn't like very much was that there is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the public areas. The breakfast buffet was very good. But good.

Very bad experience. It was 9:30 pm my room was not clean. This morning March 17, 2018, the housekeeping at 8:30 am open the door I was sleeping and my husband was in the bathroom. We ask her to wait. At 9:30 am we went to the shopping mall near the hotel we came back at 2pm and the room was not made. We asked to be clean. Well at 10 pm we came back and the did not clean, they not replace the towel. Not matter if you are GOLD MEMBER, or stay in the President or Executive Floor. Our flight is tomorrow morning and we have to begg for the service, this not right. Room is night but poor clean… and maintenance.

Good comfort, very cozy, and of course very good cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym is quite complete with a coach at your disposal very friendly and friendly, and the pool is quite spacious. I highlight the breakfast which is super full. I value my overall stay with a 10. I recommend it! Pd: The parking is paid.

Not recommended. Far away, with broken doors in the rooms, mold in the bathroom, stains on the furniture… Never again.

The hotel is an unsightly bunker from the outside. Loveless but chic from the inside. The rooms then old, moldy, broken doors, spotty walls, dusty furniture. So I expected more from a Hilton, the feeling was like being in a 2star hotel that was too eagerly meant. Never again.

Very good location, close to the airport, good treatment of the staff I would even say excellent, offer variety of services, great capacity for groups, quite contrast compare the outside infrastructure with the interior, you will be surprised. Only hotel in the Hilton chain in Madrid.

I was staying on February 19th, I was disappointed. I paid a fee that by or claims to be I think it's not worth it. Enter the 21HS after traveling 12hs when you arrive at the hotel, the reservation is made in January request 2 double rooms at check in I'm heading to the same and surprise the bathroom had no door (toilet-shower without bathtub-vanitori, all together and looked With the bed did not separate anything the privacy of when one goes to the bathroom where I was I spend 1 hour looking for door to run and nothing. Very nice hotel on the outskirts of the airport Barajas, the staff is very helpful and willing. The attention in the VIP Lounge excellent little variety of meals and little amount. But the waitress's attention was very good. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. It has free transfer is away from public transport or from shops on foot but it is solved with the shutte.

Room was very nice and pleasant sraff! Hotel was a little hard to get to by driving because it sits at next to a big highway interchange with no direct exit to it (and my car GPS was in Spanish which made it worse for this not-fluent-in-Spanish traveler! ). My main irritation though was the signage. It was bi-lingual but on such tiny signs hidden in the rafter of the parking garage that it took me 10 min of walking in circles just to find the elevators. But props for piping cool lounge music into the parking garage!

Not bad, but some things fail. It takes time to fix things and I understand that it is not the reception problem, rather the maintenance. It took a long time to solve a problem with the heating. The rest very well.

Very friendly staff, the rooms were very clean. The whole hotel is a lovely kind of maintained corporate retro. In some ways it's like stepping back into a memory. The service was great. The shuttle bus is very convenient. Also for being close to the airport and hwy the rooms were quiet enough for my crbw to sleep.

We stayed overnight prior to our flight back to the United States. The hotel has a great complimentary shuttle service to the airport and the staff was very professional. We enjoyed a very nice dinner in the hotel restaurant with excellent service. Our room was clean and spacious but the highlight was the beautiful, spa-like bathroom.

Hands down my all time favorite Place if you want to stay near the airport. I stay at hilton Madrid every time I visit Madrid. Great staff, fast check in, indoor pool & a great cosy lobby bar. It’s worth every penny. And the comfy bed and bathroom is A plus for me.

I was only here for a daytime conference. But the hotel seems to be a very good place. The conference facilities are very impressive.

Use long-stay parking service. I made the reservation by Web. You pay the whole when you leave the vehicle. Wide and closed squares. You take your key. Transfers to all terminals every 20 minutes approximately. Very friendly.

Very small pillows, rather they are cushions. Excessive prices in cafeteria and room. Expensive Mini bar. If you use a fridge to put your stuff you charge 25 EUR.

And the worst thing is that nothing else get asked for a card. They charge you EUR 50 for damage. And when you leave it turns out that they charge you the restaurant with that same card but attention. Without your re-teach it or put PIN or sign, which indicates that they stay with the data of that card, which has not made me any grace.
Bad information about what the Hotel has or does not have. When we left we discovered that there was a room to play the children.
Best deal received from the guy who takes care of the gym and pool. A kiss 10 for him.
Regarding the reception girl we asked for a place to eat and he told us there. I don't indicandonos there's a mall at 10 minutes.
Food in the restaurant very expensive and sparse. A beer 7.50 EUR is a holdup.
About cafeteria waiter normal attention.
Breakfast EUR 27 per person another holdup for what it is.
In a remote and ill-communicated area.
No bathrobe in the room and no complimentary champus.
I don't think he'll come back. Excessive prices for what it is.

We were at a christening and it's great. Premium level of attention, it's very cool on the inside. Totally recommended.

I've been on two occasions and I've loved it. Breakfast was good, with fruit to which I give great importance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent food. I recommend it.

Lovely facility with wonderful staff. Room was far too warm and was not able to get it corrected after couple of requests to front desk. Fortunately, the windows open, which helped. Food and bar prices are steep, but both were very good.

We ended up booking here shortly before checking in, after getting stuck at the airport the night before our flight (rental car issues). The shuttle to the airport was a little hard to find and took a little while to get there (T1), but was very nice. Check in was really quick and we we're on our way to the room. Room was very big, and we'd only reserved the standard one. Bathroom was nice. Only downside was it smelled pretty strongly like cheap cologne, but we noticed this in other places in Spain too. Restaurant was nice, but a bit pricey (25 Euro burgers, which were really overcooked). But the service was really attentive. Shuttle to the terminal in the morning got full (around 8am), glad we lined up early. Some people had to wait for the next one — — seems like taxis know this, as there were a few waiting outside the hotel.

Very good hotel (the lobby with its bay windows is simply splendid), spacious room, clean and splendid decor. The bathroom was to fall: MA-GNI-beneficial.
The hotel staff is intentional, multilingual but I did not see anyone speaking French the 2 nights I stayed there.
The small snag is that the Wi-Fi is paying in the room (and expensive) but free in the lobby and hallway.
I would recommend this hotel.
It touches the 5 stars but because of the Wifi paid (it is frequent in luxury hotels unfortunately), I would put a 4, 8 stars out of 5!

Sauna is small but good, but no possibility to rest. No freshly squeezed juices either for breakfast or otherwise.
Otherwise OK, cool business ambience.

Convenient location to airport with free shuttles. Good bathrooms with good shower. Expensive breakfast at 27 euro each. I walked to a cafe (la 28) 10 min walk. For breakfast for 2 for 8 euro. Hotel is good location if only transitting etc. Friendly enough staff. Noise insulation from level 1 not great. Could hear buffet noise. Would stay again only if I was transitting.

Have some benefits, like free shuttle to the airport and city center. Staff varies each time I have had great front desk people and I have had some that react like don`t care. Rooms are Decent size for Spanish Standards, Breakfast is good, For my taste They have best scrambled eggs I have eater :) but that might be just me. They have pool from 10-22 which is nice, but as working person I would prefer to have a swim in the morning before work. Also there is a shopping mall across the highway if you are in the mood.

It's clean, its comfortable, there is a nice if pricey restaurant. The employees were very nice, very helpful, and very friendly. There is no reason to expect it, but what's missing is any sense that you are in Spain. The decor is elegant, but in the 21st Century Darth Vader style. Though the building itself is very comfortable, it is not warm and friendly.

Oasis of luxury and freshness!

Fairly convenient hotel for a night layover between two flights. There is a free shuttle from/to the airport. From T4 it takes 25 minutes, so the same time to go to Central Madrid. The room was good and spacious. The bed comfortable, as usual with Hilton. Gold benefits were provided. Really nothing to complain about. I liked that the breakfast had some local options. Staff was very good and customer oriented.

Room clean and spacious but presents QQ aging sign (a button missing on the armchair) speaker of the bathroom that does not work and my girlfriend had a leak in the tub of the showerhead of the Jacuzzi and the next day the soap started Avai T been removed but not replaced!
Full breakfast and for all tastes. The restaurant is a bit expensive but good.

Great hotel but the beds are hard. Personal taste but after a long flight, that's the most important for me. Shuttle operates 5a to about 10p.

We were warmly welcomed, and upgraded to a suite, as a wedding celebration. Beautiful, modern hotel. Their chocolate with champagne and strawberries to our room, we have a wonderful look considerably. Thank them very much. Hotel, but hospitality is as warm as a small boutique hotel. Noisy, noisy air circulation device. The worst shower, water can do. Most ugly designs, like living in the Apple store, all clean lines with no features. Stay a night, stay if I become clinically depressed patients.

The hotel away from the Atocha train station and another subway station Palos de la Frontera. Very good location. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, some restaurants and fast-food restaurants nearby is also secure. Room was very comfortable and quiet, very complete everything you need during your stay. Front desk staff were very friendly,

Although a short stay, Adrian was so helpful and friendly and made our long journey easier!

I have been a long time Hilton Honors member and my husband has Gold status (was diamond last year) so I am quite familiar with the chain's policies but have always known them to be supportive and accommodating when travel plans are disrupted. However, this was not the case here. Due to a change in plans I made different arrangements for my stay and thought that my travel agent had cancelled my room at the Hilton. I realized just at 6:00 PM that I had never received confirmation of the cancellation so I called the hotel directly to confirm that it was cancelled. I was on hold for approx. 10 minutes before I was able to speak to someone. The person I spoke to was extremely unfriendly and insisted that the reservation could not be cancelled because it was after 6 PM. The actual time was now only 6:13 pm. I explained what had happened and asked of they could give me a few minutes leeway since I was only few minutes late and had been on hold so long. I was put on hold again for several minutes (at international rates) and then the rude agent came back and told me to call back later and speak to the manager. I was unable to reach her but left a message. I never received a response and they charged me for the room anyway.

Been here several times, my husband and I have used it when we are traveling in and out of Europe but they always behave in a rude way, he's a diamond member and even when I'm in the reservation they refuse to give me access to the amenities he's entitled as a Hilton Honors Diamond member, we never have this problem in any other Hilton in the world but here. Worst customer service ever.

Good choice of accommodation in Madrid, both for the night near the airport of Barajas and to visit the city. Modern hotel with nice rooms. Quality of rest without noise. Airport transfer and service bus to the Centre of Madrid. Metro opening 15 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet isn't bad, but is too expensive for what you give.

The location of the hotel I didn't because it is in the middle of the road makes it pretty uncomfortable, is now a hilton therefore is an amazing level, I went to be screened rooms I don't know but sure that they do not cheat, is well-connected to the people who need to be close to the airport not for sightseeing.

Gorgeous hotel and very modern spacious rooms. Located close to airport and only a 20 euro taxi from the city center. Mostly a conference hotel, but a nice choice if there is no conference and you can get a good price.

Cold in the room, did not go no one to look at the problem in spite of that Miss reception assured me that a technician climbing in 5 minutes;
the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, to find a pharmacy for something for the headache from the cold I had (of course in reception lack ibuprofen) taxi to Madrid

My pregnant wife is currently staying at this hotel as she is at a conference a few minutes away (5 mins by taxi). The staff have been unhelpful verging on rude and the food is a joke. Her latest comment to me about tonight's room service, "just had dinner — soggy mozzarella and roasted veg foccacia — unfortunately the mozzarella was fresh (not grated) — very very inedible bread. The chips were nice though — I just ate the chips. " As you do with hotels you hand over your card details and await a bill at the end of your stay when you pay for whatever you've charged to the room; mini bar, room service, etc. Not this hotel. Without telling her they have been debiting her card for every transaction. Needless to say RBS have stopped the card because of possible fraud. She has just received a call from the front desk to ask her to come down because the transaction has been declined. Every day she is taking taxis back and too to this venue, needless to say each taxi driver is charging huge differences in price. Does 30 euros sound about right for a 5 minute journey in Madrid? Needless to say if you're away on business or like staying at airport hotels for leisure, steer well clear of the Hilton at Madrid Airport, unless you like terrible food, rude staff, your credit/debit card being used without your permission and getting ripped off every time you leave or arrive at the hotel via taxi.

Excellent, well designed hotel, located near the airport. A hotel in the chain line to ka belonging. Ideal for executives seeking quality and efficiency in the management of time. High quality of service from the staff. Good food. Good level quality price. Very well connected with the airport and the main roads of the city. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Centre, which is important if your time is the priority. Also has a great Mall Shopping Centre to the side of the full moon.

Business focused hotel with a stylish and modern decor. Beautifully finished rooms made for a lavishly comfortable stay. Add to that a wonderful bar and restaurant, and then combine with super friendly and attentive staff who tend to any need you may have. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Madrid for business or pleasure. Definite 5 stars.

The Hilton Madrid Airport is a hotel that has a modern architecture and almost the future despite his appearance on the outside on the inside! Nothing more entering the lobby you find a cozy fireplace and a few armchairs where you can order food or drink from the bar. It is also the room where the breakfast and meals, are that gives the feeling of being quiet and spacious veery. It has a clear light on the ceiling that gives a light to the public beautiful reflected in beautiful black soil. The restaurant is very cozy and receives plenty of light. I have not hosted in the hotel, but if that I've eaten in the restaurant, the food is amazing, a fantastic experience accompanied by the friendliness of the staff.

Precioso hotel 5 estrellas. A parte de que esta ubicado en el aeropuerto, el hotel es maravilloso con un hall amplio y muy iluminado donde en el centro de la torre principal esta ubicado el comedor. El desayuno muy rico con productos tipicos españoles y en el restaurante ofrecen una variedad de carnes españolas de primera.

Besides the style of the building this is not much like the other Hilton hotels I have been to. As with all Hilton hotels, staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were in good shape. Here is what I did not like compared to other Hiltons: The hotel is located in an industrial area, which looks a bit like a waste dump. To get to public transport you need to walk up a highway ramp, which explicitly says that pedestrians are not allow — but everybody walks there. The fitness center is open 24/7, but the equipment that I tried did not work: the treadmill did not work at all, and the cross trainer felt like freewheeling, and the buttons to raise the resistance did not work. There initially was no hairdryer in my room, I got shampoo when I asked for it, I never got soap to wash my hands, but shampoo can be used for that ;-) No free water was provided as is cutom in most hotels in Madrid The Wi-Fi costs €20 per day The kerosene smell is probably what you need to expect when you are in an airport hotel. Overall, for my 5-day stay all of this was acceptable, but does not warrant a good rating. For a single night (and that's what most airport hotels are for) it is probably a good choice. When you are there, I highly recommend to — go for a run in the morning in the park, which is 2km away (careful on the ramp.

Is close to the Barajas airport and offers shuttle service (free). If you want to see Madrid it is located too far away from the happening! Nearest metro station (Alameda de Osuna) approximately 10-12 minutes walk over a motorway bridge. Reception, rooms etc. Were okay (but 5 stars? )! At check in are 100 euro deposit due. Bar or credit card. Restaurant in the hotel but the prices are extreme because there are no alternatives in the environment and so you'll pay 24 euros for a Hiltonburger with fries! We got the room for 80 euro (for 2 people) and there's nothing to complain about really. Not necessarily the idea of coming to eat in the hotel! :-).
