Services are very efficient and the staff is very nice as well. Food at the restaurant is fantastic and so is the spa. Though I wish the Tv was able to be in English and I believe there should be more options in the restaurant. But everything else was perfect.

The restaurant is terrible. They cook for a long time. When receiving an order do not warn about the details. They didn't say the tomato juice was terribly spicy. Ice was snasked into the child's juice. In the absence of people in the restaurant cocktail was prepared for 20 minutes. The menu is meager. Photo The burger iimpose — the first time in my life saw such.

Clean, modern, comfortable, great Wi-Fi and good breakfast: What more do you want?

Well appointed hotel close to airport. Big, clean and updated rooms. Very good breakfast. Shuttle service worked flawlessly for us. Highly recommended.

Great Hoteln. A little out of the way but has a great shuttle service to/from the airport and the Madrid Fair. The hotel has a very good restaurant. The hotel offers spacious and bright rooms at basically good prices. Cleanliness and silence. Very helpful staff. Almost always used by transit travelers.

We recently stayed at Hotel Maydrit on two separate occasions while in Madrid. Both experiences were great. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and the ability to book it in advance or call upon arrival was nice. We had a small maintenance issue that was resolved very quickly. Breakfast was buffet style with a lot of options. Don’t be scared away by the distance from the city center as the metro stop is just two blocks away and it’s a quick ride into the city! If we are back in Madrid, we would stay here again!

Excellent facilities and good cleaning. But the worst attention to customers at the reception and especially in the restaurant. It was not a single employee. Every day, different employees of the hotel behaved rudely. I have never felt so badly treated.

It doesn't have as much quality as it looks. The bathroom was awful. As you do not go with someone with a lot of confidence… You see everything. Too integrated into the room. Otherwise, well without more.

Very nice hotel and seems reasonably priced. The location is not central but has good transport links to the centre and is near to the main exhibition centre. Rooms are comfortable and well presented, with modern decor. Staff have so far been excellent and speak good English if your Spanish doesn't extend much past "Gracia's"! Breakfast is an all you can eat buffet and is nice and to a good standard with plenty of options.

Reasonable prices. All the staff who attended us, starting with the receptionist, treated us beautifully. Clean, spacious and modern rooms. And there is a free airport shuttle service. The Hotel is very good.

Magnificent hotel to stay overnight near the airport, with a shuttle service to Barajas and IFEMA fast and efficient. It is next to El Capricho's Boca Metro, 12 stops from the centre of Madrid.

Spacious and elegant rooms, great bar open until late at night. Good value for money It has a mini swimming pool with lifeguard and is just a few steps from the penultimate metro station. It takes 45 minutes to get to the center but you have the peace and space… patience. Recommended.

A fantastic hotel, modern and well communicated, its cleanliness throughout the hotel is very very good, the cafeteria is a past the buffet free breakfast is not lacking detail and parking is very good quality price 10 will return.

It was a hotel with a spectacular attention and now the cafeteria is a mess.
The rooms are good and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The cafeteria thing is intolerable for the level this hotel has.
For the record, I'm a customer since its opening.

Great hotel near the airport. I stay at this Hotel every time I visit. It has a shuttle that takes you to the airport, and it 1 block away from the subway (no need to change trains, takes you straight to the Center in 20 min). The rooms are clean and comfortable, and very quiet. The toilet doors are kind of strange, semi-transparent (so little privacy). There is no bathroom door, it’s one of those new open concept bathrooms.

Good hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. The bed was great and comfortable. The right size TV. Well, all perfect, just outside by the airport well connected. Good location. Access is sometimes not the most favorable for traffic jams. Usually there is always parking outside.

Hotel is beautiful, seems brand new, in a developing area. Staff are very friendly & welcoming and fluent enough in English to remove the language barrier. A little out of the way from Gran Via/City Centre which maybe let's it down a little.

Near airport with free shuttle to east. Cafeteria very nice restaurant (especially in the evening) and terrace with Piscinita for summer. The only downside is that they do not admit pets.

Slept there for one night for a short layover. They offer free and fast airport shuttle and the hotel itself is nice and clean. Good breakfast.

Good service from the staff who attended US diligently. The menu is quite complete and varied, although somewhat scarce rations. The room was very quiet and with good atmosphere and decor. It is advisable.

Business Hotel, far from downtown but with close to a metro. Great and cozy and elegant rooms.
Bed not very comfortable and heating too strong. Finally in the anteroom and present a cje fixed white service light at night kept me awake.

Hotel located near the airport but very good category. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. It has a pool to spend the wait with a nice terrace. As it is not near the center we dined at the restaurant and also well.

Excellent spacious rooms. Very modern design. Great breakfast. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. Good value for money. There is no need to check further in case I need a hotel near Madrid airport.

A room for 4 people beds including 2 for children not terrible broken latte, the door of the room very hard to open because rubs on the floor, polite and discreet staff, hearty breakfast buffet.

Got one of the 'bigger' rooms… that apart, quite liked everything of this place… from breakfast the locality the service… right in the feels… the steak though, they can definitely improve if they consider guests feedback during lunch and dinner. Will I stay again, yes for sure!

Great hotel, nice staff, public transport nearby, all top, always happy.

Friendly staff. Hotel okay for the airport but located in a mainly residential/commercial site. Not pretty. Rooms not well insulated from sound. No kettle in the room to make drinks — just a quirky coffee pod machine and only 2 coffee pods supplied over a 3 day stay which was poor. The hotel is isolated from anything of interest and particularly so as the metro line was closed during our stay. Be brave and try some of the local cafes and bars and you’ll be fine. €17-25 taxi to centre of Madrid and also serviced by buses nearby. Go to Madrid central if you get the chance. Well worth it. Try Bar Capricho (see review and photo) nearby for an excellent and proper Spanish experience. There’s a couple of others nearby too including a Chinese which was good value. Free airport shuttle booked the night before and shuttled is to the airport within 20 mins as planned.

Superb hotel very clean friendly staff awesome pool and chill out area quite hard to fault this hotel also private bus will pick you and drop you to the airport one minus 40 min away from city center but you can't have everything so book it while you can. Thanks to Hotel Maydrit for a lovely sunny days.

This place is quiet, the rooms are big, the restaurant here is excellent. I didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. The staff were very helpful, the free airport shuttle was right on time to take us to the airport, though it is a little ways from the Madrid sites. The bathroom was huge and had two showers!

Spacious rooms clean perfect bathrooms near airport and shuttle Metro X Airport always available. Underground parking… exceptional advisable.

Very nice hotel. Professional and welcoming staff. The rooms are very well equipped. The nearest metro station is in refurbishment until September 2017. You have to take the bus, too bad!

Very good value for money a 4 star for the price D 1. Very well connected, Metro or taxi.

Rooms were really clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that if you miss their shuttle by even a minute or two, then you're out of luck. A little better upfront warning that they are very strict or a quick reminder phone call would have been nice. Anyway, liked everything about our stay except for the shuttle incident.

Hotels well served by transport, not very expensive, very quiet place and warm welcome. Restaurants very cheap and very good.

Kids loved the pool. Good location if you need to be near airport. Parking services and airport drop off excellent. Stayed in better rooms but all in all very good and nice relaxed atmosphere.

Clean and comfortable but the Wi fi did not work…

I have visited the hotel for a Conference and it has great facilities. I was surprised by the design and cleanliness. I have also gone to eat several times and the menu is pretty well in location. The summer terrace is great.

Good location close to the airport with a free shuttle to all terminals. Very nice and clean rooms and accommodate 3 adults and an infant comfortably. I will say that the restaurant was very pricy and not particularly worth it. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!

The quality of the facilities and service are very good, also is close to sel airport and IFEMA.

We are off to Peru the day before l stayed here for one night. Hotel close to the airport, shuttle bus free shuttle, very convenient. Although very far here from Madrid, but Street subway station on the corner of the hotel, direct access to Madrid. At the front desk because we waited too long, they upgrade our room. Room is very big and bright, the air is fresh, the breakfast is also very rich. This hotel is very suitable for plane came to rest in the middle.

Great hotel, great service and super nice staff. The rooms are new and very fancy, besides they are much bigger than your average hotel room. I spent new year's eve with my family here and we had a good dinner, although there was no party or any type of entertainment. Highly recommended, easy access to the subway, and about 25 minutes from the city center.

I have been once here and a hotel is simple, without too many complications. The rooms are very spacious and the bed very large and comfortable. It is very close to the airport, if you have to do a night in Madrid, is a great solution to choose this site.

You eat well and menu expensive. Somewhat slow, but attentive.

A very presentable girl at reception.
We had reserved parking with airport transfers, arrived before 11 o'clock, and they tell us that the transfer is complimentary and that which went out at 11:30 was full, so we would have to wait for the 12.
After that fuck that you fool you, also a poorly educated at reception, does that anger will increase.
For those who pass the same, the taxi to the airport were 20, 80€.
The day of the arrival, the same stunt collection. Are you have transfer is a single 7-seater vehicle and if you have to carry a person to more than one terminal of the airport, we had to wait almost 1 hour collection.
While hope, the minibus of the Hilton hotel which makes the same service, step several times. I have clear with whom the next book.

Very good but very small.

This hotel is an airport hotel, not a city hotel. It's about a 1/2 hour ride into the city by Metro, for which there is a stop located very near. The staff at this hotel was LOUSY — — lots of attitude and not at all helpful. They couldn't find our reservation, and seemed to imply that we were lying about our plans to stay. So that left me with a a poor impression right off the bat. The room was adequate, new, clean, and a very modern aesthetic, though the toilet was in a glass enclosed room, so that made it a bit awkward when using the toilet. The pool was filthy, literally an oil slick on top. The hotel is also in a food desert. One Chinese place across the street, and a little bodega about 2 blocks away, otherwise, be sure to stock up on snacks and whatnot before coming, because the restaurant is absurdly overpriced and has a quite limited menu. Not my favorite, but would give it a second chance.
