Not bad, but for 4 stars I would expect more. Tidy, average breakfast, swimming pool is open just between 11.00 am and 8 pm. Cosy.

Clean and nice location but far from central Madrid. Staff are polite the shuttle bus service is excellent but need to cover Madrid center.

Was happy with almost everything, you can walk to the metro and travel into Madrid in 40mins or so. Only thing I found extremely annoying was the bar staff just ignore you. Even if you are the only person standing there — they serve the Spanish first, it doesn’t matter if they come along after you have been waiting. It was ridiculous! So because of this, I wouldn’t recommend. Also the pool didn’t open until 11am, so we didn’t get to swim as we were out exploring.

A very comfortable, cozy clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a bosein. Beautiful aleja, restaurant.

I love this place … convenient fir the city (metro not far, and plenty of bus connections for airport and other stations). It’s in a quiet residential area though, not dissimilar to tree lined streets in Hampshire with lovely birds and perfect be trees. The hotel design is very mid century modern with fabulous pool side changing facilities reminiscent of hi di hi era, clean, modern and a great poolside seating area with soft music for totally relaxed evenings. The grounds are well kept, green and watered and the rooms are good sized with all basic needs catered for. This allows it to be so reasonably priced, and makes it possible to go back again and again. For me it’s become a natural place to gravitate towards when visiting Madrid for flights home to UK, as the free shuttle bus is less than 10 minutes from the airport. Perfect.

Peaceful area, fairly close to conference centre and airport. Easy access to Metro. Nice hotel area with bungalow style and swimming pool. The rooms were not 100% well maintained, but clean. Very few electric outlets, and also awkwardly placed. Not a hotel for office work on your laptop. Wi-Fi very poor in my bungalow, I could not get a stable connection, and speed was incredibly slow. Lean back atmosphere by the poolside and in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to the airport. Not a bad choice if you want to avoid the city centre and have access to fresh air and singing birds during your morning walk.

The hotel is certainly beautiful. But personally, I got a terrible number. The water in the shower did not come down to bathe in one big puddle.

Silently, not far from the subway, breakfast — buffet, transfer — all liked.

Thank you for making our stay in Madrid even better :) Not only did we have summer in April, but a nice place to come "home" to from a busy day in Madrid of from trips to the nice towns nearby. The nicest detail about the stay in Hotel Osuna will be how kindly encouraging the staff-members were when we were trying to speak Spanish :) Thank you for everything! :)

Nothing special, and I liked it.

The hotel is quiet. Has a bad for large vehicle parking. Well located for fairs held in IFEMA. Proper care, good buffet breakfast, good restoration. Rooms at the hotel very welcoming but the building needs urgent reform. Area very quiet. Pool.

Back to the 80s… Old rooms, in bad condition, the culonas TV… Empty fridge… Bathrooms to reform. Not worth anything to invest in the pool and the terrace if rooms are to shoot.

Pathetic. I've been to 2 star hotels much better than this. By was very nice, the reception and the restaurant also well. But the real disappointment is in the rooms.
We were a group and we had 3 rooms double. Is that not was something of a room. The three were equal. Humidity, mattresses made dust and blackened the bathroom curtain. In the room the smell was unbearable and we ask to change it. They gave us a 'suite' and the thing went from bad to worse. We had two nights but after the first went to look for another hotel. We gave grimilla…

Charming hotel to reform. The price of the drinks very face. Fridge in the room and a free car service there is direction airport and Ifema very good. In its early days, it had to be a spectacular hotel. It is now in decline because they do not invest in a general reform.

A small hotel very curious because it has aspect of eighties Beach hotel, but in Madrid. If you want to stay in the area east of Madrid with the feeling of being on the coast, this is your hotel. The pool is a bit outdated and careless.

We were in the hotel three weeks ago. The place is quiet and calm. Near metro. The service of the hotel was very good. Rooms a little bit old-fashioned but very clean. Personal very pleasant. The breakfast very good. I like the hotel.

I was eating the day of Kings. Presented us a menu made up of 3 starters, a first, a second (a choice of fish or meat) and a dessert. With coffee and drink included. Okay for any celebration. In normal day will not hardly anyone.

A hotel to relax. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, it has a great service to relax and enjoy.
It is located in a neighborhood very quiet, elegant and of high level. They tend to stay with a good standard of living people.
He has a very useful touch machine where you can choose several languages to interact in it at your reception. Shows you information about the city, where to eat, can book and much more. Very useful.

The rooms in the main building small and dirty. The beds awfull with broken matresses. Extremly noisy hotel. The outside area and the swimming pool nice. The staff unfriendly and most of them don't speak English!

A haven of peace within the chaos of Madrid. What I like most about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff, especially Enrique and Mohamed. Close to the airport and very well communicated with the centre of Madrid. Recommended for all over the world.

We have gone in August of 2015, we were one night, I still expect a smile from the service. The room seems not to have been renewed ever, plugs loose and a fridge that does not work. The breakfast, basic, made me very angry as much as a cold omelet freshly taken out of the fridge and when we asked for the hot we say that we hope that the "lamp" the hot. The hotel I will change it to a 2*, 3 as maximum. A sandwich of ham and cheese 6, 50 €. I have been to many hotels in Spain and this called overrated.

Unfortunate, poor attention, careless, dirty, etc, My stay has been for different jobs, and I've been in the bungalows. Since then I will not repeat.

We celebrated the first communion of our children in the restaurant of the Hotel Osuna and everything has been excellent from the first moment. I would highlight the special treatment, cordial and respectful; we received all facilities and courtesies on the part of the staff, both during the organization of the event as the day of the celebration. The environment is very nice; the restaurant has large windows and views of the pool, there is a garden with swings you can play with the children, comfortable lounges, a very nice terrace. A delicious menu that was enjoyed by all, with a good relation quality-price. A relaxed atmosphere and a personalized service. Without a doubt, we will rely on the Hotel Osuna for future events, has been a very positive experience and that is why we are happy to recommend it.

I loved it I went on trip to this hotel and I found it very nice and cosy, to say nothing of the wonderful pool, very good service at a good price, food is very rich all Thank you for your attention.

It is the maximum on lodging, I felt like at home, I was in January 2011, and despite the cold, I loved. Especially Sr Carlos the driver from the Micro, which took us to IFEMA.

Hotel near the airport. Normal. Normal price. The only thing I didn't like was the underground parking. Difficult to get in and out.

It is a small hotel located very near the airport and the trade fair, very good price and quality and acceptable facilities. It has a swimming pool and restaurant. It is not a hotel in large facilities where you can spend the whole day, but that small budget hotel to rest and get out.

A very poor imitation of a hotel. It is a old motel suited to travellers with no luggage. Perfect if you like mould and damp rooms with a bed that is best suited to a land fill. Not near the airport if you consider 10km close and it is in the middle of a residential area with long distance to travel to public transport. A minimum euro 30 taxi ride.

Good price per night. Very good service of continuous bus to barajas and ifema. Good treatment. Very expensive rations. The rooms left to be desired.

Terrible. At eleven in the evening, a leak in the air conditioning leaves a large puddle of water. There are no staff or to fix or to come clean and or so without want to see what happens. At that time change of room. No one moves from reception and we go we. The new room much more small, the phone is pasted because it has no possible connection, this broken quilt and television looks fatal, as no signal. Very expensive restaurant. Not ever again.

Stayed here for about 10 days in during the heat wave 2003. It was very nice and fairly priced. It is located not far from the airport and it is only a short walk to the nearest mass transit. Short for me, which is, about half a mile, give or take. Google indicates 10 minutes. The nearest station is Canillejas. Actually, I waked Calle de Alcala from the station to the Plaza Mayor every day in the heat, so a very short walk for me at 54 may not be so easy for others. I would stay at the Osana agian. They have a nice pool.

Spent one night there in 1993 on a layover from the Canary Islands back to the States. Still remember the place because everything seemed so well-kept, and everyone was friendly. If someone wasn't helping you, they were wiping down a counter, or seeing if you needed anything. Got back to Atlanta, and, after putting up with a rude customs officer, went to a fast-food place in the airport. I was the only customer, and the dozen or so employees behind the counter seemed annoyed that they had to break away from their conversations and horseplay to take my order.
