Good experience, just one night and we had to catch it quite late and still got a good service.

We stayed for about a week at the Entenza apartment. It was ok but not well insulated. We could hear the neighbors upstairs partying or walking around in high heels. Staff was very nice however. They had luggage storage but luggage was left in an open area and they could not guarantee against theft. Location was a bit far from the tourist area but easily accessible using the subway.

Nice apartment and good location. Very close to the San station. For 4 people excellent. Very well prepared, comfort. Notable price, quality ratio.

Didn't enjoy my experience with them. Signed a 3 month lease for one of their apartments in Barcelonetta through Spotahome with a service fee and deposit. We paid ahead for one extra night and they still charged us for one extra day. Because they "counted the nights we stayed not the days". After trying to point out for days that they were charging us extra we just let it go. Then they deducted about 10% from the security deposit when they returned it for "extras" without telling us what the "extras" were. In addition to all this, the place was not as advertised. It was advertised as two bedrooms with two double beds. When we got the place it had one double bed and the other room had two single beds. There was never enough hot water for two people to shower consecutively and the shower leaked water everywhere, one heater didn't work well and it was too cold at night, there is no elevator, the tap water was also not quite clean. Overall, not a good experience and the staff are not very accommodating. They talked to us like we were always on the verge of scamming them when really they tried to overcharge us any chance they got.

Great location, facilities were clean and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Only two blocks from the Entença metro stop, brilliant cafe right outside!

I have work with AinB with groups and we haven't had any problems. They were very helpful with everything we needed. The location is perfect!

It does not exactly match what is on the site we changed, the first apartment we were given. Cleanliness leaves to be desired and the cold as well as noise gets into the apartment and if you feel like cooking not equipped for and you have to be patient to shower with hot water.

Very noisy because of the Windows in very bad condition. Even on the third floor, you feel like you're sleeping on the street. Not to advise.

The property itself is o. K. But handling with guests is under all sow. When we arrived, we couldn't get into the room there, whose key system wasn't working. After an eternally long wait, we were finally able to get in. The whole house was a construction site. You couldn't open a window. We had not been forewarned that we must live in such circumstances. One night the key system again malfunctioned and we spent several hours outside the door. When someone finally came to unlock, we were asked to pay our taxe. And all this in the middle of the night. No thanks. Never again.

We didn't have a good experience. Upon arrival, we were given a department that was not the one we had rented. They make you sign the contract without seeing the floor providing conformity to that it is in perfect condition when it is not. There was humidity and we had a lot of electrical problems. They jumped the plugs to ignite the cooktop… The endings are not good and have a construction work next door… You return the deposit fifteen days later… We were sent an email to let us know it was available and oh surprise we came to look for it and didn't have it. One of the employees was always very hostile, zero skills to serve the public. The only thing I emphasize positive is the friendliness and predisposition of the people of maintenance and cleanliness. It leaves a lot to be desired… I would not hire your services again.

BEWARE: Bed bug infestation in this hotel. If you do not know how serious this is, do some research. Do not stay here.

Relevant information! I was very unhappy with the flat I rented. It was in a very dangerous neighborhood and the studio had a very strong smell! I rented and left before the contract ended and When I went to deliver my key I was told by the girl at the reception that If she had known the location she would advise me not to go there! Careful while renting flats with them. For me advertising an apt like this is not an ethical thing to do. When I went to get my security deposit back I heard I had to wait for 15 days! And even after that I had to insist on getting it back. They don't assist clients and don't answer emails. I had a bad experience. Maybe it was me, be careful!

I would give 0 star. Since we moved in, we started being bitten by bugs. I got 20+ big bites all over my face, itchy and swollen. The root of the problem is an old, dirty pillow under clean pillowcase. AinB promises to send someone to clean up the bugs in the flat. I take a day-off from work to wait for them, and they just showed up half an hour late. What really pissed me off was the unprofessional attitude of the woman who picked up my call and insisted I had to wait for her colleague to arrive at the office. As a member of AinB, she took no responsibility in helping solve my problem and only repeated "I don't know what you're talking about. " The experience was far from what's called "customer service"

In general it's more or less okey: I mean the apartment itself, although it laks such essentials, as toilet brush, a normal wadrobe, stable Wi-Fi etc. However, staff people are awful — not really competent, don't know well the rules of living within the company, which made me nervous like 100500 times (e. G. One lady told me we were responsible for cleaning, which was a big surprise in the evening before leaving, another receptionist told be a completely different thing a couple of hours later). So, taking into account the price that is not modest at all, I would recommeng choosing some other agencies.

This accommodation was a disaster. Is a good place and has a good rooms.

Excellent apartment in a brilliant location! We were not disappointed in our expectations as the pictures on a website corresponded to the reality. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Additional bonus was that we could keep our baggage til the moment we left for the airport. Certainly recommend to everyone! We will return, Barcelona! Great thanks to Laura and Oskars!
