The secret garden was an absolute beautiful place to sit and relax, the ambience was fabulous our waiter was amazing the food was delicious. We were there for at least three and a half hours taking in the spectacular views of Barcelona.
This was an amazing surprise from my husband to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend a visit. Thank you to all the staff for making our evening special x.

What more can I say, from the moment we checked in we were treated like royalty. Our Suite, which was a free upgrade, was beautiful. All the Staff were fantastic, friendly, and very helpful. All our meals were delicious and cooked to perfection. The Rooftop Bar, Jardine Diana. & The Bluesman in the Basement were amazing. Thank you all very much for a very enjoyable stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Inside is beautiful like a palace, top spa, rooftop with breathtaking view, great food, and people who work for hotel are most warm and caring stuff you can find! Rooms are gorgeous, each is unique with such elegance nothing compares! And afternoon tea made me feel like a princess, I had it twice, it was so good! I stayed there twice in May and June 2018, each time I was smitten! The only place I would ever stay in Barcelona!

This is an amazing property with a great location in Barcelona. The property was originally a Ritz hotel so it is perfection. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The best view in the city is from this property's rooftop bar/restaurant. There is staircase access to the rooftop above the rooftop bar/restaurant with the most beautiful panoramic views of Barcelona. With the best views and nightly turn down service, this is the place to stay in Barcelona!

Excellent room service courtesy, punctuality and maximum respect for the customer in all its forms. I came back for the second time and never disappointed my expectations. This grand old hotel boasts elegant rooms, five star service, a proud history, great food, and a spectacular location on the Grand Corts de la Via, just minutes by foot from Las Ramblas and the impressive Gothic Quarter. The hotel is in wonderful condition, but still displays it's elegant historical architecture to jaw dropping effect. We have stayed here more than once and have always felt at home here. Highly recommend.

I've been to the Palace to take the Afternoon Tea. We were two people. And the experience was unbeatable. The service consists of a choice between a huge variety of types, aromas and provenances. The meats, exquisitely served in triple silver tray consist of one part, of four kinds of sandwiches all delicious, of several pieces of artisanal confectionery made in the house, and finally of some delicate scones (some normal, others with raisins), and To accompany them, strawberry jam, peach and a magnificent cotted cream. I doubt that in the whole city there is another place to take an "Afternoon Tea" of this category, with a quality and service comparable to the most prestigious hotels in London. The value for money is more than reasonable, costing the full service €28. Something that is worth a try, affordable, and from now on I recommend everyone who comes to Barcelona, and the locals, who surely do not know this delicious secret!

My boyfriend and I wanted to spend an exceptional moment before leaving Barcelona. I opted for the tea time at €28/person in the Palace of Barcelona. Little accustomed to being around such places, the performance exceeded our expectations. Beautiful place, impeccable service… More.

The staff was very helpful The cleanliness is impeccable and the suite is very nice and spacious.
Only downside: They did not replace the empty water bottle, and they took over an hour to bring another one.
All in all it remains a top notch hotel. The best I've ever tried.

A very nice and cozy place. The hotel itself is a misery and they treat you very well. In the bottom there is a cocktail bar (which the bartender worked in Boadas) that make delicious drinks. From Thursday to Saturday they make street music live. The price you pay in the service and on deal. Very relaxing and recommended.

Nice hotel with old style furniture. They offer the option to have an afternoon tea experience but you have to reserve some days in advance. Sandwiches are fine, scones correct but no cakes instead pastries. Tea was fine but teapots were not ceramic ones.

Visited this hotel for a business trip for 4 nights, and I must say that this is the best hotel I have been to after the Ritz London, if you are looking for great ambiance, food and service then this place has it all! Room was really big and comfortable, interior very grand and beautiful! From door staff to reception to waiting staff everyone is extremely helpful and nice, food is very good and very reasonably priced compared to local restaurants and great value! Even the afternoon tea was so filling that we could not finish all which was beautifully packed and delivered to our room. I will definitely be back when next in Barcelona!

It is the most beautiful hotel of all Barcelona. You feel as within a film of the 1920s. Architecture spectacular and true to the time. Rooms with beautiful crystal chandeliers, tapestries and precious curtains.
A huge pleasure enjoy an afternoon tea or an aperitif in a calm and luxurious space.
Staff very attentive and friendly even with providers, as it should be. It is without doubt. My favorite hotel in Barcelona.
In item prices, a Cup Round €7. The afternoon tea are € 28 per person but it is very abundant.
If you can not stay, at least visit his bar.

The Hotel Palace is a fairly sophisticated hotel. It has a bar below which is called Rien de Rien, where have music live every night, jazz, blues, soul, etc. Very good music and very good service.

I was a few weeks ago with a group of friends to enjoy an afternoon tea at the restaurant 19/Nineteen. The afternoon tea served in the Palace hotel is typical English and I believe that it is the only place in town where you can it taste like that in England. The afternoon tea is separated into three parts: the first you can enjoy sandwiches, the second scones with clotted cream and the third can be tasted a delicious fine pastries. The afternoon tea must be booked in advance and costs € 28 per person.
