We ended up staying here as we had booked last minute and another one of the chain due to finding our new apartment full of cockroaches! Unfortunately because we’d booked last minute the other hotel was actually full, fortunately for us they moved us here! And it was wonderful! We barely had our selves together and we had our 11 month old son with us. They were so friendly and accommodating, everyone was happy talking with the baby. They were so lovely and up graded our room so we had a larger bed for all three of us and a bit more privacy. Shower was excellent, bed was huge, room was decorated nicely and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet with lots to choose from. My only teeny tiny complaint would be that the coffee/hot water machine wasn’t working at breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal. We had a lovely, all be it an emergency stay! Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are stunning, the staff is friendly, and it could not be more centrally located.

An amazing hotel, with superb location. It is few minutes walk from placa catalonia, and casa batlo and most of the fashion stores. Al Rambla street is minutes of walk from hotel. A 24 hour super market is located right across the hotel. Rooms are spacious, updated and nicely furnished. Toilets are clean and toiletaries are placed daily. Hotel has a bar and nice restaurent. A swimming pool is also available for the guests. Breakfast is very good. Hotel staff is very helpful and forthcoming. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful hotel. The beds are very large, much larger than I expected for a European hotel. The location is great. You can walk to the Gothic quarter and La Rambla in minutes.

I definitely will come back next time when I visit Barcelona again. Location is very close to metro station and Catalonia Plaza. Very nice and friendly concierge. Delicious and versatile breakfast buffet. Complimentary Nespresso in our room is a bonus we didn’t expect.

A very well decorated hotel with many services. If I had to say something negative, it would be that it is a little cold in the common areas and the dining room.

It's not the big theater, but it has comfortable seats and looks good from all angles.

I stayed at this hotel as a guest of HP, and I wish to share my experience. My room was not only well equipped, but I was positively surprised to find, whilst I was away, that they cleaned my room second time in a day (not that it needed any TLC! ). I deduced from this simple gesture and other signs that the managers of this "city" hotel care about its guests' experience. Well done to all who work here.

Rooms small but quant. Nice balcony overlooking street. In good area of city. Close walk to La Rambla. Tapas and wine every night in lounge.

Just amazing! One of the best hotels I have stayed. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. There is a very nice tapas and drinks that is free from 5-8. I got cafe con leche every night with some desert. There is a pool area that I didn't use but looks very relaxing. My favorite part was the amazing rain shower and beautiful balcony overlooking the street. Also has an amazing view of mount tibido in the distance that looks like a Disney castle. Very close to many Gaudi structures and the square where you can pick up the bus routes around the city. I highly recommend those also if you want a ride to major monuments. We used the red and blue lines. The hotel is perfect!

Stayed in big beautiful corner 1 bedroom with views of city and mediterranean sea. I would recommend booking that room type. Private check-in on top floor when booking that room type.

We had an amazing time here at the hotel. The place is very clean, central location but what is absolutely great about this place is the customer service. My family and I would like to extend special thanks to Victor from the Wine/ Tapas Bar for making us feel really special — we truly got the white glove treatment. Also, Emilia and Cristina from the Restaurant were really, really nice. Great job, everyone for doing such a great job in making everyone feel like VIPs! Will surely come back here!

A Hotel of first. Central location, comfortable with a staff helpful and diligent. Always attentive and with a smile to treat customers. Rooms excellent. I'll be back in. The next visit to Barcelona.

They were the best, so accommodating and always cheerful. Would have been nice to have been told about the guided tours before the last day though. Beautiful property + good location.

Double rooms are a but small, but overall the location and quality of the amenities is great. I'd recommend it. Plus they have swimming pool and free food in the afternoons!

The restaurant is pretty cool and they offer some fancy high-level dishes at a Barcelona-standard price of ~30€. I particularly loved the raisin bread (yes such a simple thing).

Location Central, very well located, all very new, good service, nothing more get us left a tray of fruit in the room, all them days we leave the water and by them nights a couple of chocolates, it recommend.

Great place, super clean, helpful staff, amazing location, beautiful swimming pool and outdoor area, great breakfast buffet! Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

It's lovely and all that, but I think I'm tired of big hotels (I travel a lot for work) so. Location is good, though on the fringe of all the fun. Quiet. Good service.

Good hotel complies with the minimum without extras.

He hotel not is economic but the attention is super and is worth every euro that you pay, the restaurant of the hotel is simply incredible.
