All the staff was PHENOMENAL! (specifically Roger). The location was awesome. It is centrally located — lots of restaurants in walking distance & transportation is easily accessible. The hotel also provided free snacks (real food) from 2-11pm everyday. The hotel was super clean. The cleaning staff take great pride in their care for every detail. Room service was awesome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Barcelona.

F-AB-U-L-A-S-O-U! I've never seen more speed check in at hotel. staff was excellent in service. visting spain and staying at this hotel was best part about my trip. I feel lucky. we stayed here for 3 nights and staff were always there to help and answer any of our questions we did not even have to take bus for most part as we could with ease walk to every place of tourism in the area. for sure I would recommend it to all of my friends.

The hotel location is very convenient, the airport is sitting A1 bus, 35 minutes to arrive, the hotel good people, the morning to get us a house, the hotel is next to the shopping malls and restaurants, room rates also include afternoon tea, cost-effective. These are free afternoon tea food, and drinks.

Very helpful, friendly, informative staff. Rooms are up to date, clean and tidy. Bathroom rain shower was amazing. The all afternoon/evening endless snacking in the bar/restaurant area (for free) was quite a nice surprise! Highly recommended.

The location is great, as you get the treatment is friendly and professional. The cleaning of 10, and the exquisite breakfast, what most surprised us was the snacks for free and the warmth of the staff. We will return without a doubt!

Fatal, treatment to the customers horrible, has a rating of 4 stars Plus, but after conversing with the receptionist and the customer deal is from — 5 stars. I do not recommend that they go to stay at this hotel.

Very good service. The Hotel is very well located in front of the English court and on foot from the main shopping streets.

Great hotel, great service, great staff, and great location! Some guests were being annoyingly loud at midnight and the hotel handled it beautifully. I'd absolutely stay here again but you might want some ear plugs since the doors close shut very loudly (if you're inconsiderate enough to let it slam behind you instead of close it gently). The staff was exceptionally lovely.

Lovely hotel and good location. Some downsides include no baths in the superior rooms, being able to hear all around you in the surrounding rooms / areas — babies crying, housekeeping working on your floor, and lastly the pool only gets a couple hours of sunlight (or at least it did on my visit mid-September) due to the location and being surrounded by tall buildings, which put a bit of a dampener on my trip where I'd planned to spend a lot of time by the pool! I had to time my pool afternoons from around 4-6pm. Free buffet in the afternoon is a good touch, if you're around the hotel and fancy a bite to eat. Didn't try the breakfast due to mixed reviews and the cost (18€) was quite steep.

I stayed two nights at this hotel last month and everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. The room was really cosy and the piscolabis was perfect. I totally would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy Barcelona. A very ideal location.

Located in the very centre of the city, from its rooms you can see the emblematic Plaza Catalunya. Spacious rooms with all the details, exquisite staff and free snacks buffet. Recommended at 100%. Keep it up!

I have been there for 5 nights start from 4 July 2017, I booked two rooms and it was nice and overpriced, the hotel location is near Catalonia plaza and ramblas street. Breakfast is below average, breakfast staff was rude although I stayed for 5 nights and I did not see them smiling, room service was poor. stay again? NO.

What an amazing Hotel. It's not easy to find an almost new hotel, which is just in the heart of Barcelona, with rooms which are big enough for a couple! we've enjoyed every second there!

Excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and there was unlimited snacks at no cost in the afternoon. Overall great spot and great location, we had a very good experience and will definitely stay again on our next visit to Barcelona.

Awesome location between Ramblas and Gothic quarter. Wonderful and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet where you can even make yourself a bloody Mary. Pool on the courtyard. Not much noise from the (all pedestrian) street.

Modern and stylish hotel. A lot of different rooms. Breakfast until 12! Not slept once. And a special pleasure snack freely all day. You can go and grab a quick snack. All very tasty. The location is perfect — on the square 100 meters away there is everything you need to tourists.

Great location with hop on hop off and airport busses leaving from the nearby plaza. Friendly staff that made us feel welcome. We were even shown few room options and decided to upgrade for a one with its own warmed pool on balcony. Rooms were modern and nice. Good breakfast with extra cost. Snacks like sallads, fruits, sandwitches available on evening. I would definitely stay on the same hotel again when visiting Barcelona!

Hotel central, modern facilities and beautiful, staff super attentive, rooms spacious, slightly dark, good breakfast variety and quality. In sum, hotel is an ideal base for work or sightseeing in the centre of Barcelona.

Nice, we accompany you even visit the House.
Perfect soundproofing.
Equipped with pool (very small, low season only) and gym (same quality).
The waiters are adorable and centered to the client (asked until the bar closes if you want one last thing).
Plus: a buffet offered from 14: 00 to midnight, perfect when we go take a break!
In short, one of the best in the neighborhood.
