Excellent location a few steps from Plaza Catalunya from where Metro bus depart from tourist bus etc and Passeig de Gràcia la via with the luxury shops. Close by there is all you need type cafes places to eat at good price, mall H24 supermarket and close to the beginning of La Rambla. Great breakfast buffet with sweet fruit toast hot eggs cereals and yogurt meats etc all at will. Modern rooms and excellent cleanliness. You can leave your luggage in lockers for a fee (€2) when you arrive and the room is not ready or when you are leaving and you do not want to spend the last day to wander around the city with your suitcases. Free water dispencer and small bottle maker or other.
Best to take the room which has the view on the street because ours overlooked an inner courtyard. Large bed but noisy mattress cover. Comfortable minibar and corner for herbal teas and tea in the room. Air conditioning very welcome. Very friendly reception staff.

Really very very nice hotel on the perfect place. Friendly personal, clean rooms, perfect services.

Very good placing. Close to center, metro and squares. There are some troubles with rooms — there are NO windows in many rooms. Just kind of windows with views to the wall. I asked several employees for another room and they refused. But one employee changed my room in outcome. Good place but with some disadvantages. And prices are rather high.

Well located to visit Barcelona. Next to Plaza Catalunya. Close to Metro and bus exit. Renovated Hotel with very spacious rooms. The only downside is the little soundproofing of the rooms.

Mattresses are made of plastic, it crunches at every move. Windows are leaking. But the staff is polite and helpful.

Very nice place! Simple and suitable for touring Barcelona. It does not have breakfast service and that makes it a little uncomfortable.

I was surprised not to see it in reviews, it felt and you could hear the train and the bathroom was a glass door that did not close with butt, so the intimacy was rather little. The lint from under the bed were not for three days, otherwise deal, breakfast and situation very well.

The rooms are very tiny but the bed and pillow of the most comfortable I have ever tasted.
The best location is in the middle of the commercial area, 1min from Plaza Catalunya. The front desk doesn't look too much from the street and it scares a bit but it's worth it.
I have missed in place where to put the suitcase open but being so tiny the rooms there is no room for it and the breakfast a little sparse in fruit but acceptable.

Very high and very comfortable French bed (with a million pillows) the room was nice warm and clean;
The breakfast room is on the 1 * floor (it was a little cold because of the air conditioners) There is also a terrace on inner curtain where you can eat.
Breakfast enough, you could do more!
Small corner of cheese and salami, croissants and croissants, toaster, yogurt, fruit juices, water and coffee machine (nothing that. ).
At the side of the hotel there are a minimarket, a Sturbucks, a Steakhouse and various bars/pastries.
I would stay here again.

Very Central location. Clean, fresh, basic yet modern facilities. All you need for a quick city break and somewhere to rest between touristic activities.

Very central. Ideal for quick trip to the city as you have everything very close to go to the airport, Aerobus, Metro. For higher stays TB is very good if you don't demand a lot of luxuries. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very good. Very close to Plaza Catalonia and with all services nearby, restaurants, supermarket, fast food.

Good hotel, is very close to the Ramblas of Barcelona and next to the Plaza de Catalunya near several shopping sites. Very close to the Plaza Catalunya Metro stop and 5 minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia, a luxury shopping area. I would repeat without hesitation. The room has a safe, refrigerator, private bathroom and terrace.

Modern and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Perfect location. However the cheapest rooms are very small, so it's better to book a larger one with a street view.

Helpful receptionist and nice location. But the building was under construction while we stay the whole time, quite noise and dusty.

The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of barcelona, 20 minute walk to the beach and very close to metro and bus stations. The rooms however are extremely small. They are very clean though.

Hotel is in a great location, Casa Battlo is a few minute walk, La Rambla a few minute walk, walk out of the hotel and the metro just across to the left goes to beach, walk out and the metro station to the right has 2 of the main lines in it that can bring you most places you'll need, T2 airport bus main stop is around the corner too … but, the hotel is currently being renovated so the noise of constant hammering in all rooms on the floor below us from 8am on 3 of the 4 days (No work on Sunday) was incessant and we were woken up each morning. We were on the 5th (top) floor and had to wait on the ground floor for 1 lift while the builders sent the 2nd (larger) lift up and down with rubble (customer first? ). No idea why they are doing this in peak season. We were about to demand a discount upon checkout but we were too tired to start an argument with a girl on reception. Great city and the location of the hotel worked well for us but the lack of sleep we ended up getting ruined the experience of this hotel for us.

Voice isolation was not that good. And bed in room was literally the worst ever. I told the guy at desk and he said I cant do anything now come again tomorrow.

Perfect location. Only 1-minute walk from the Playa Catalunya, where the Rambla begins and the airport bus arrives and leaves the hop on hop off bus starts. Rooms are small, warm and have no prospect of, but are OK, since you are only sleeping.

After I complained about the first room, the hotel gave me another room. So I actually tried two rooms at the hotel, none of them were satisfying. They were both very small. The windows faced a three meter wide courtyard offering a perfect view into the opposite room. The first room didn't even have desk, which is kind of annoying when you're on a business trip. The furniture is very worn and stained. The first room had very poor lighting in the bathroom. The website says that there is a locker in the room. There is, however, there is no key for it. And even if there was, the locker is too small to fit a lap top. When guests need to access the suitcase locker, they get the key from the reception! The positive sides: Breakfast is better than expected. It's very central and seconds away from a Metro station.

New beautiful, room quite small, should a room to the Court include, so you hear not the traffic on the major Multilane road. Free Wi-Fi / Wi-Fi, but every few minutes having dropouts.
The hotel is quite expensive, which is solely due to the central location.

Room was extremely small, smelled like smoke, and bathroom smelled like sewer 24/7. The flat screen TV advertised was really a tiny conventional 12" screen tv. The hotel clerk left our credit card and passport copies on the counter, along with other guests, unattended. Anyone could have walked through the door and took it, but luckily we were the ones that walked through the door. We told the clerk, but didn't get much of a response. AC doesn't work, so the room was really hot and humid. Computer offered for use by hotel was out of order and they had no printer. So, definitely doesn't accommodate business travelers. Elevator was very small, so stairs were preferred. The lobby was very dirty. The only good thing was the location! rating on this site didn't allow us to put anything less than excellent, which is why the rating for the hotel was good. What a dump! The pictures lie.
