I love this hotel, 2nd stay here. Stuff is friendly, the rooms are clean, location is perfect. They have a nice bar next to the swimming pool. Sadly the pools is quite small, you won’t really do real swimming in it. Spa could be also bigger. Massage is also available, and was good. Note: if you want a bigger room, and Nespresso, gotta pick a superior room. The regular ones are also cozy, but lack some of the extras.

The food of the restaurant contemple is excellent The octopus, squid, cod, ham etc. Very professional attention and a very fast service.
The truth is that I have no complaints about the hotel, I would recommend it very much.

In the center of Barcelona a few meters from the Metro and the Ramblas, is this beautiful square. From the beginning you will be captivated because it is surrounded by good stores like the English court, restaurants and places where they sell delicious tapas made in the traditional way. Activity everywhere, very good atmosphere.

At first everything was fine, but a goterq at midnight in the room attached to the lack of professionalism of reception, that the only answer was, can not be solved until it finishes raining, without looking for another solution. We go that we have left with the endless leak, the room full of water and no one to fix it.

The location is in the center of every thing and very close almost to all places in the city. The room was to small, the breakfast was very good and the hotel staff and services as well.

A shopping mall that is fine, with cinema and restaurant. A spacious, clean and well-kept space with an incredible historic façade. But do not time 1 euro, which is what they make you pay to go in an elevator outside the center until arriva to the terrace of the restaurants, inside the center you also get I is free. Frankly I hallucinate when I read the other reviews that well note this hotel with a very bad sewer smell to start, advance to the reception and you will notice.
Reception staff who don't even say hello! So we did not spend the night.
Now the spa is its superb "photos" which does not reflect in any reality (mould on the wall…) : Hamman at 25 ° Max! Swimming pool at 28 °, well for swimming but in no case for relaxation. The massages to be disadvised I went with my wife, in general the service of the type in Spain are better and less expensive than with us (Montpellier). I dare not even cite all the inconvenience of massages so we had never had such a grotesque performance.

Quaint but a bit dated and some areas appear to need renovation. Location wonderful and staff attentive. Bathroom door would not close completely without effort.

We love this shopping center, we are very often fans of the Frankfour restaurant that is in the basement and whose employee always serves us with all the kindness in the world. My daughter does not want to go to dinner somewhere else and the clothes stores are very cool, I have already done several purchases there, definitely super recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful… everything in the hotel is 10 although I want to point out that the bathroom with the bath curtain bath is the only thing that would stand out as negative.

A fantastic hotel with very comfortable rooms. The room was spacious and well set up for kids. The location is great, a very short walk to the Rambla. The pool is very nice, a good way to relax after some sightseeing. All the staff were very helpful.

I really didn't want to leave! I stayed in the junior suite with private pool and my only complaint was the pool should of been heated. Breakfast and spa access was free with room and I absolutely loved my stay. Will definitely be back soon. Lovely staff too!

We were received completely unfriendly. It was only corridor gossip says, then the room was not finished and this at 19:00 am, we should wait 10-15 minutes. After this patience I wanted to know what would be with the room and again was corridor gossip says. On my question where the problem was, came the answer, there was no problem, and again was corridor gossip says and my question was passed into the back room tuschelnd. As then said, this would be too stupid for me, I cancel my booking, came at once the Lady forward, with the constantly corridor gossip says was and wanted to know from me what problem I would have. I told her that I did not feel welcome and would like to cancel, which she told me in a very sharp tone, but then the first night we calculated, that would be the guidelines. I did not sleep there, my credit card was charged with 285, €0, so even the unused breakfast was deducted. Never again this hotel.

I have a sweet and sour sensation. I liked the room, comfortable and with everything you need, but are oia people from other rooms. The location was great but the price of the buffet breakfast € 19 is not for that price.

Service is terrible… my salad tasted terrible and the ingredient was bad… I told the servants about the problem but they didn't change my fish… I don't know whether it is because I am a foreigner but it was really hurt…

Hotel 2 mins from Catalunya Plaza. Room is fine, feels like I'm in Europe. The only problem is that elevator is very slow. Well you are in Spain. Why do you care.

This restaurant is ideal both for breakfast, eat the menu of noon, the coffee of the evening, the dinner or the Cup before out of party. They have everything all the time, the service is very correct, very good food and affordable prices. Ideal to go with children since it is not allowed to smoke in the lounge. The terrace for evenings of summer, ideal in the middle of Plaza Catalunya.

The pool is nice and the staff friendly but the interior design isn't that nice as I was expecting.
