It's been a long time since I liked a hotel room as much as the Suite we stayed in. Fantastic treatment of the reception staff, especially nagore. The very good and quiet location in the center of Donosti. That's great.

Place is magical, super clean and super trendy. A bit difficult to park. Very clean and comfortable beds, high ceilings, pro staff and more.

Very nice hotel, deceptive marketing and mediocre customer relations. Be very aware if you book a suite it will likely look nothing like the pictures on the website. It won’t even have a separate room or sitting area, but they will try to tell you it’s the same size and therefor a “suite. ” Manager outright lied to me about this. We did get moved after 1 night to the room we expected, but it’s a very sneaky way of selling hotel rooms.   Also, hotel only has a couple of irons and no ironing boards at all. Such a basic level of service for somewhere that markets itself as an upscale hotel. It’s not a bad hotel, but I will not go back myself and would recommend elsewhere. Parking off site 13€. Nice and new hotel with slightly strange chemical smell from cleaning products. Modern amenities and discounted parking!

Located in the old tobacco factory, within an interesting multipurpose cultural center, it offers quite small (very questionable) design rooms. The common spaces are small and always too original. Parking is far away. The city centre is a 10-minute walk away. The price is still high and therefore the value for money is not positive. In conclusion I do not recommend it.

Great service and lovely design and location.

Location is great next to the train station. Breakfast is very limited and not worth including. Wifi did not work in the room and we had to sit in the lobby to get a connection.

Modern hotel with great design. Clean but with a slight smell of cleaning product or bleach. Nice and close to the bus station which is great when arriving from airport or other nearby cities. The location in the old tobacco factory is cool. Great coffee nearby in cultural centre. Good for breakfast.

A beautifully decorated and modern hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are excellent, including a rainfall shower. Great location next to the train and bus station which has a direct bus to Bilbao airport. Will definitely be staying here again.

The best hotel we have ever been to! Great décor, very modern, with its high ceilings, cleanliness, slippers, hangers, bathrobe etc. With message! We've never seen him before, one pass! The service and unbeatable service, in the center and very economical being a hotel! Thanks for everything!

Stayed mid-October, 2017. Nice newer hotel housed in a historic building that used to be a tobacco factory, now converted into a cultural centre. Prices are reasonable. It's a very modern space, well kept, comfortable rooms and beds, clean and well appointed. Just be aware there is no restaurant or food service in this hotel (yet). There is a good coffee shop around the corner in the same building. The location is good and lots of places to eat just across the bridge, about a ten minute walk. Recommend.
