We book this hotel as was marked as pet friendly. I've emailed hotel to make them notified about the dog. Never got reply. On arrival I was hold at reception desk for over 10min because a women at the desk tried convince me that I was informed that only dogs up to 8kg are allowed which booking website didn't state that at all. Eventually we got a room but first impression was not great. Additionaly they didn't allowed us to eat breakfast in the hotel as we will needed to leave a dog for 20min alone in room which was not allowed at all. So we been forced to eating out all stay. Too expensive like for bed to sleep only. Definitely not recommended for anyone with dog and car (parking also ridiculous expensive)

Well maintained. It is a 15 minute walk from the beach and old downtown. In-house restaurant was good as well.

Excellent rooms. Very very helpful staff, great location, on the breakfast a bit of disappointed but still you won’t regret it!

We ordered two rooms and one of it was for a couple and two kids, and we were given a marriage, where we slept the four, as the night shift, couldn't fix it until morning.
Besides we were seven people and arrived at dinner time (Sunday), with two children and a person of 86 years and we say they have no restaurant service, and in the cafeteria that were serving other people, we say the kitchen is already closed, all pouring rain and being the area of restaurants and bars to twenty minutes, which implies the disorder of moving from traveling.
So, as a little recommended experience.

The hotel is good the staff excellent but it is very expensive for my economy because the 2 night went well price if you don't have reserved.

Super Hotel with good price-quality. They have parking, a café and a bus stop close by, walking you can enjoy views of la concha on the way to the center. I have already hosted several times and have recommended it. Good option if you have to go to San Sebastian in the car as in other central sites the cost of parking is very high.

Great hotel, everything clean and working, rooms are new and modern furnished. Very quiet area. Breakfast is OK. Restaurant always has delicious food on the menu, not so cheap, but as always. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Very quiet and clean Hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional and you can walk to the Pinchos area, to the beach… Would return, no doubt.

The hotel is excellent. The rooms and the personal attention is very good. To my liking, the only flaw is in the location: too far from the center. For everything else, a 10.

It is a lovely hotel with beautiful views. You can go downtown walking without haste (30-40min), seeing buildings and magnificent views. Good combination of buses to go as well. Relax, you sleep very well. Excellent staff. All very clean. Excellent.

Friendly Hotel with views and not very far from the centre (enough to have tranquility). It has own parking area for free guests. I put 4 stars because I couldn't prove anything of the food they offer due to my short stay. Mikel, the person who best received me in a hotel. I'll be safe again.

Hotel a little away from the city center and old San Sebastian, quiet in a residential area, you walk a 20 ene of minutes to get to the historical heart but the stroll is beautiful since you will go along the beach!
The hotel is comfortable and clean modern.
Personally I did not taste the breakfast preferring to take it in town.
It remains a good compromise value for money in the quiet but close to the center.

Hotel not nice especially with pets that are banned from anything except to pay €16. No good meal and no appeal room. To avoid.

Excellent Hotel, very comfortable, clean and remarkable. Perfect facilities, very good bedding. Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel. The city centre is within walking distance in 15 minutes, very pleasant way. Excellent choice to visit the city. This is my second visit to this hotel.

Excellent performance and customer service. Friendly staff and good service in the cafeteria where you can have breakfast, eat and dine well at a good price.

We ate at the restaurant Bera Bera. The tasting menu was all Bueniiiisimo, presentation and excellent quality as well as the deal. Highly recommended.

Unmanageable air conditioning, narrow apartments, far from the city centre. Staff however helpful and welcoming.

The security guard was harassing us when we had a few people in our room. We were not playing music or being loud. Just talking in normal voices. The next night we are coming back to our room at 230 the same security guard was playing very loud music from the lobby.

It is a hotel away from the old town. Not you are poorly preserved, but starts to be somewhat outdated facilities. The free breakfast buffet, is insufficient for the price which has. There was no fruit, or eggs for breakfast.

A good hotel with a nice personal. Comfortable and spacious rooms. There is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and is not necessary to book. As in most of the hotels Wi-Fi is quite slow. This a bit away from the city centre but in a quiet and pleasant environment.

I usually go for a coffee for its tranquility and good service.

The non-existent soundproofing. Both pretty faces to the narrow range that have breakfast as food. The rooms are OK, nothing special either. What I liked least was that Ducharme had no shower and gave me enough hurts everything he touched him to scrub the cleaning poor.
Workers do not have great people skills.
It did not give him one without alcohol, but I don't think that the stars do not correspond to the services provided.

Cleaning unbeatable. Breakfast buffet carisimo if it's not what you hired. The restaurant with no variety and expensive for the abundance of food. The waiter of the café and brought in the breakfast (delgado, moreno with glasses) Unpleasant, unfriendly and without any type of gift of people. A shame because the stay has been wonderful.

The neighborhood is very nice, something far from the center but lines of bus very close. The hotel very well.

The hotel is very nice in a quiet and exclusive. Breakfast and dinner at a very reasonable price and very good quality. The front desk staff is very friendly. Only the Wi-Fi is really bad and slow and that is a big problem if you travel for work.

Cozy and elegant Hotel. The rooms are not very spacious, but are comfortable. Has a small restaurant and a common area with a bar. Small in general.

Terrible experience. The only two things that are deserving of the 4 stars are: the breakfast buffet and the staff. The Wi-Fi is horribly slow. You can hear your neighbor making every single movement. That, and, people are generally just extremely rude and do not respect the fact that they have neighbors all around them. Walking around for an hour straight morning and night with heels on. The temperature is not comfortable and you dont really have control over it because it all depends on outside temp so it was way too hot at night. Not centrally located. Overpriced dinner per usual. Too loud and busy for me. Having to listen to my neighbor pee is not enjoyable. Not recommended.

A little removed from the Centre, but very large, clean and comfortable room. From the Center by Taxi 7 night, €5.

The hotel is well, internet photos give another feeling. The rooms are small, but are OK. Breakfast space is spacious and fairly complete. It is not comfortable to Park, and the parking lot has a fairly high price. In addition it says Wi-Fi everywhere, and is very slow, to the point that sometimes he doesn't even that you can use your same computer, with the entry of your line. Okay for a hotel three star.

Good hotel in general. Our room was large and very good views. Very helpful and friendly staff. As for the location, comment that it is a little away from everything; to get to the center of San Sebastian there sticking a walk of about 20 minutes. To return to the Hotel should return by taxi or bus, since it is all uphill.

The rooms are not soundproof, oi talks of adjoining rooms. Also I used the installation of the gym and I do not know if it can be called gym. It is true that if you ate very well in the restaurant. The issue of parking leaves much to be desired, as happened to me two days that I did not find room in the "parking lot".

My opinion about this hotel leaves much to be desired: the rooms not isolated are, my wife and I reverted the snoring of the people who fell to the side and all the street noise. Also say that they have parking and not so since it only exists in front of the hotel (via publishes) a cobbled area to a park around the world, and over if you get a hit on the car they do not have insurance and do not want to be responsible for the same. In addition is quite far from the old town. I shall not return more. I think that there are plenty star. A greeting and I hope to serve you for help.

I visited San Sebastian in jun 2006 it was a great experience and I stayed in this hotel its beautiful and so peace I hope one time get there again.

Great, clean hotell with a good location in a stunning area. I would definetly come back.
