Comfortable and simple rooms. A little old but clean. A little pricey to my mind though the location is definitely worth it. Friendly and attentive staff 24 hrs.

I visit the cafeteria very often friendly and polite treatment on the part of the staff and good quality in everything Q serve.

Next to the river and the train station. Very nice.

A hostel associated to the train station of San Sebastián, which puts you in an ideal environment to access both the historic and commercial position of the city. It does not offer many services but it is aceptáblemente comfortable.

The hotel despite being well located as it is next to the train station, the rooms facing the street are extremely noisy there are no places to dine nearby. If it's clean. And well the attention from the staff.

A horror… shabby place dirty limit, stifling place oblige to open the windows to sleep, go to sleep with train car noises all night… The staff speaking only Spanish, impossible to be understood, has the limit of Kindness when asked for information. I do not recommend at all. Very disappointed.

If I could I would have put zero star. A catastrophe. Besides the rooms yokels and poorly equipped for the excessive price, the staff is incompetent. Speaking only Spanish, impossible to communicate with them, no effort on their part. We were ejected from our room at 3:00 a. M. Because a friend wanted to join us. We ended up on the street in the middle of the night in an unknown city. So we slept on benches, although we paid for the entire room.
Reply to your comment: you did not understand what you were told as you do not speak English or French so you refused that our friend went to your room and we were not going to leave her so we left.

Terminus is located in a perfect place to take long and middle range transportation, near the city's centre with nice prices. Standard quality hostel for 3 stars depending on the room you take or even more in my opinion.

Very good prices despite being part of a hotel next to the station. Decent food but poor service during rush hour.

Very expensive the hotel is really good name! It's really so nothing else to sleep! Cockroaches who wander every now and then! Cleanliness slightly to be desired the beds are small. I do not recommend this place at all!

Excellent friendly staff and facilities more than acceptable for the price we paid. The negative point was the breakfast, they gave us a voucher for the cafe next to the train and we had a fatal, fast, and bad, very reluctantly.

Very simple hotel. Price zavyšenna as all in the city. But the location is right next door to the station.

Unpleasant. I got out of work and decided to pass me by bar that is attached to the hostel canteen (I was going to take the train). I had some haste (12 minutes before the train arrived), but asked the bar to one of the waiters who cleaned the coffee maker at that time (one is bald and of a certain age) a zurito when you can. He nodded to me.
When I get another customer asking another two long drinks such as those who had already taken the and her partner.
However, which was my surprise that first took him to, clear, were €24 box, and mine just €2.

Ok. For one night it's not luxury. Clean but the walls are not thick.

No air conditioning, and fan who isn't enough. I have to sleep with the window open. Directly overlooking the station with a constant scrolling of trains from 6 in the morning to midnight. And with constant messages from the station master.
Too noisy, no particular service, and too expensive for a more than ordinary hotel.

Hotel well located but a bit noisy. Quality acceptable price. No elevator. Very friendly receptionists.
