A good place, central service good but there are details to improve, you can not give a room with the shower in bad condition loses water and that causes dirt, you would have to watch more the cleanliness of pillows although it seems to be very clean everything, the windows are very Old and not taken into account the noise of the street and the cold although the whole room is new or modern room N-2.

This guest house deserves 5*! We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! on arrival were greeted by a very helpful and welcoming host Beatriz. She provided us with all essential local information and really helped us out trying to locate our missing luggage. The room itself is so stylish and clean, has everything you need and the bed is extremely comfortable! The location is superb, everything within a short walk. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Very nice place and close to the old town. The rooms are small but very neat and clean. The hotel has a garden with charm and the attention was very good. I liked it very much and would go back, perhaps only to change the concept of the bathroom (toilet) with crystals.

I have never come across such appalling customer service before. I booked this hotel via a well known booking site and cancelled within 48 hours afterwards 4 months before the date I was due to stay at the hotel. Yet they still took my money (as it was not a Free Cancellation booking) and refuse to either defer my stay or refund my booking coz they have sold the room again as are fully booked for the dates of my stay — therefore cashing in on someones mistake.
