I did not even get to check-in. Parking was unavailable, either in the front of the hotel, and the entrance to the parking garage was small, thus no SUV would fit. When I asked for a refund, I was put on the phone with the owner, Mr. Peet Prinsloo. He asked me what time in the morning was I checking in?. Strange as it was three in the afternoon. Check-in starts at two. He then asked me if I was scared and what type of vehicle I drove, he also asked me where I was from and how many businesses I owned, he constantly repeated the questions, again and again, then laughed, asking me why I was so tense after trying to explain the issue numerous times. I managed to secure alternative accommodation at the Protea on Dorp Street after which I contacted him again to make sure that I could expect a refund. Well, more of the same odd behavior, again asking the same questions numerous times, then when I told him I had found alternative accommodation at Protea his response was that I can now expect my vehicle to be broken into. Odd considering that the parking is behind security, but the conversation was diabolical from the first minute so oh well. Draw your own conclusions, Never again, I warn people against this establishment,
