Family friendly clean rooms hot tub pool.

The hot tub and the pool it was very nosey but it was still relaxing.

The only hotel we have stayed in with veterans parking. We will only ever stay at this establishment when visiting family in Michigan from now on. My husband is a disabled vet and this ment the world to him.

Beautiful place to stay!

Although most of the room was accessible as it was supposed to be (the tub was low, the room space was appropriate), the mirror above the sink is too high. Someone in a seated position (wheelchair user) can’t see themselves). This was a rather significant issue when trying to get ready for a friend’s funeral. Please correct your mirrors to be lower. Thank you!

They were not enforcing mask wearing or social distancing, even with all of the signs they had posted. They needed more staff to check people out, because there were 15 people in the lobby and 7 more right outside the door. At least 2/3 were not wearing masks.

$250 deposit fee that wasn’t told about until getting to the desk.

My Jacuzzi didnt work 3 in the morning the power went out in our room they had to move me and my grandbaby to another room where nothing worked in there. Just not happy.

A real nice places to stay.

I loved it only problem I had was my room key kept getting deactivated and when we went down to eat breakfast all the food was gone.

Very nice hotel. I was there helping a friend move back to Pittsburgh from Detroit, but, room was amazing.

Nice clean rooms, big bed.

Clean and well kept. Quite and old facility with a funny smell even though it's a non-smoking place, it smells like impregnated smoke. Personnel has great service attitude. Bed mattress was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is ok.

This hotel was only 25 minutes from the Detroit hydroplane races that we were attending. The hotel was clean and provided a good breakfast. The front desk attendants were very polite and even upgraded our room to a sweet! I will definitely be here again next year.

It was fine. A quiet, very nice place to rest after a cancelled flight. We had a voucher. They put us in a suite, which was palatial.

Great customer service even walking it at 11pm. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

The Comfort Inn provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The inn was clean and inviting. The front desk staff were very helpful and customer oriented. The breakfast attendant was roaming the breakfast area asking guests if their breakfast was satisfactory and even took some garbage of the table. The pool was relaxing. The hotel offers guest towels for the pool. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I was not made aware that you had to be 21 in order to get a room. I had already paid and the woman at the front desk was pretty rude about it. Her manager made an exception for me, but she treated me as if I was a child and made me promise her not to "destroy the room. " Our room was clean and the rest of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast didn't have too many options but it was decent. The pool was a little dirty and over-chlorinated.

Great rooms and front desk staff. Sam takes good care of the property maintenance and it creates a nice atmosphere. The pool area was clean and breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Chris (GM) was fantastic and went out of his way to fix a situation. He was great, and it was a nice clean well run hotel. Definitely recommend.

Well, they treat me like royalty. Respectful and very accommodating. My rooms have always been clean and well stocked. I love the pool area. Enough room for everyone!

The hot water stopped working for a little bit but they resolved it. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nicely located easy off easy on 94 freeway, to get food. Shop, hospital, the hill is a Shopping center that has everything. I didnt like that they refuse to give you more towels until you brought your dirty ones down. That is inconvenient to carry wet towels all they way down to front desk. Customer service is why you pay the big bucks.

My stay was good. My children enjoyed the pool area. The room that I had was spacious. The children had a blast.

Loved this hotel… Will definitely be going back! Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. It was a clean place with a great room and very comfortable bed. The new updates they did are awesome!

I travel to Detroit at least once a month for work and this is a great place to stay. The rooms are updated and you can get a bigger room for not much more money. The staff has always been great.

Bedbugs, im not one to leave reviews idk if you can even check but I dont remember writing a review on Facebook for many places. I don't really go to hotels, me and my girlfriend decided to have a fun night and get a room with a hot tub. We went here on our first date night and thought itd be cool first time it was okay 2nd floor and I noticed ants were by the fridge, okay whatever no big deal I was pretty drunk so I didn't look further, This past time I stayed it was on night of march 19th in room 134 I think and I noticed ants again by the fridge bad this time I even got one off my girlfriends shoulder, again whatever, later in the night around 6-7am I finally layed down to sleep looked next to me and saw this roundish bodied bug instantly jump up ive never seen a bedbug before and my girlfriend instantly said thats a fucking bedbug. I trap the thing take it down to the lobby and showed the host she said I had to wait for manager to come between 9 and 10. Now since there is bedbugs I cant go to sleep bc where am I gonna lay? so I hop in the tub and sit there till he gets in, around 10 he calls me down I talk to him he confirms its a bedbug and says hes gonna comp the room and send me something to my email. Now mind you I had to lock my girlfriend in the room so she wouldnt come down to the lobby and cause a huge scene. So anyways I have to go to work now with NO sleep I am dead tired. O yes and I had to return later to actually get my money back bc the safe wasn't open.

I had a last minute travel requirement to the Detroit area for business. The Comfort Inn provided the best location (near interstate) for the price. The quality of the room, workout facility, and breakfast facility was excellent. I did not use the pool facility but it looked very cleaned and well maintained. The high-speed internet was easy to access. The Comfort Inn staff were all very courtesy. The front desk concierge was extremely helpful with directions and local restaurant/activity recommendations.

Loved this place, clean room, very comfy bed, & loved the jacuzzi in the room! For the price, it was worth it.

Very nice, CLEAN rooms. We stayed in the presidential suite. The staff is very POLITE, FRIENDY, and have great HOSPITALITY. We are so glad we checked into the Comfort Inn & Suites. Indoor pool and breakfast is a huge plus. Thank you Comfort Inn staff. We will deffinately check in when we're back in the area. P. S. If you're wondering about the hotel, don't spend your money anywhere else, go to the Comfort Inn & Suites. You won't regret it.

The stay was exactly what we expected. It was clean and quiet. The only issues I have is they were slow to bring pool towels and I had to use cash for the deposit because for some reason they could not take a debit card to hold like other places can.

Very nice hotel, the only reason they don't get 5 stars is that the pool isn't heated and they need an $150 deposit for the room. Besides that the staff is very nice and the accommodations are beautiful. Whenever I come here I like to stay in the whirlpool suite. The whirlpool was big enough to accommodate myself, husband, and son together. They also have a nice complementary breakfast buffet.

We rented out 4 guest rooms and the small conference room for our business meeting. The rooms are spacious and we were very impressed with the conference room. I was floored by the graciousness of the GM Mr. Chris Steffe who really went above and beyond to accommodate our group. He followed through quickly and promptly with each and every one of our requests. He really was fantastic. Due to his extraordinary service, the great staff and food I'm giving Comfort Inn 5 stars.

Great and friendly staff. Very clean. The General Manager was a very nice and a pleasant guy. Maintenance man was always on top of things and seemed to always be taking care of something. Noticed him cleaning and testing levels in the pool/hot tub. Breakfast was great with a few different options. Great staff and great stay. We'll for sure be staying there in the future!

While we usually enjoy comfort inn hotels, this one is way below standards. Beds were way to soft and our two rooms were not cleaned between day 1 and day 2. Beds were still undone when we came back at night. It was Thanksgiving, maybe that is the reason why… Breakfast offering was the standard one but everything was cold (eggs and sausages) both mornings. Waffles were good but apart from syrup there was nothing to put on.

This hotel was a diamond in the rough! I don't like to stay in Detroit but we were headed to a concert at the new Little Caesar arena. From the moment I stepped in to check in, the staff was SUPER nice, professional and beyond helpful. These people really know how to provide customer service. Our room was clean, and obviously updated. The spa tub was wonderful! We really enjoyed that after our concert. Very relaxing. We got great sleep and breakfast was yummy. Check out was a breeze too. This hotel will be our go-to for any future stays in Detroit. Love it!

Nice rooms Hot Showers. About 3 miles from Henry Ford Museum. Pool was clean. Breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausages, make it yourself waffles, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, toast, juice.

Very nice rooms, very nice look inside, and very nice location to get around the city. Located in a secluded area. Only problem we had was my aunt got bite by a bug in her bed but it was not a bed bugs. The staff looked into it and moved my aunt to a better room. And did the best they could to make her stay more relaxing. They also accommodated her on future stay and her time there. Overall I wound definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel! Better than I expected, seriously. The inside is pretty nice. The room is partitioned into two sections by a hallway. The bathroom is awesome with a very large tub with jets and the customer service at the front counter has been fantastic!

The front desk staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and very up to date. A+ hotel.

I enjoyed my experience the moment I walked in. The hotel is clean and well kept. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, comfortable and furnished with all necessaries amenities (mini fridge, microwave, USB port charging-just in case you forget you're wall charger). We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they both appeared to be a good size and maintained. One of the best features about this hotel is the pantry that is open all night and has a multitude on choices for your late night cravings. Overall, our experience was very good.

Stayed as an overnight guest. Room was more spacious than expected, bed was very comfortable and a selection of soft and hard pillows made the night pleasant. The only complaint is that one of our towels had something odd stuck to it, so we just threw it away without using it and were in too much of a hurry to speak to housekeeping about it, otherwise it was as expected.

Nothing fancy, but clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. The common areas were contemporary and very comfortable. Kids had fun in the pool. Adults enjoyed the whirlpool. Added perk, it is only 15 minutes from the Henry Ford Innovation Museum.

This is your typical Comfort Inn. Best part is the location if you are going to Greenfield Village, The Henry Ford or River Rouge Plant. It was clean, breakfast was basic. Had a large pool and hot tub. We had two rooms. One was a king suite with pull out and the extra room was great. Bathtub was a very large jacuzzi with separate shower. Good value.

Location is fairly isolated — nothing to do unless you've rented a car, at least after the shuttle isn't running at night. Rooms look updated with modern, comfortable furnishings and multiple standard amenities (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron). Breakfast buffet included with room is pretty standard (Waffles, breads, 1-2 hot items) but starts a bit late in the morning for those with early flights, as does the shuttle. A fine example of the Comfort/Sleep Inn brand.

Miss the Old World Ambiance-the newer butcher block a far cry from the luxury first class accommodations one might get on the Queens Yacht. The move from Holiday Inn to Quality Inn seems to be a trend through out the industry. The prices have been comparable on all my visits. The last stay was during reconstruction. Minor problems in getting the correct suite after having been very specific about what I wanted. The rooms needed to be fine tuned after construction check the molding on floors and around doors to ensure adhesive integrity and vacuum up staples and finishing nails. Staff from past to present have been kind and considerate. The rooms have been nice on all stays.

Good value, needing some updates mostly in the bathroom. Clean but could use a real deep clean. Nice staff and easy check in.

Staying 2 nights. First night the ran out of hot breakfast food at 8am and breakfast is til 10am. Lighting in bathroom is very bad. Classic bad set ups, coffe in bathroom, sink in bathroom. A nice façade to an outdated hotel. And staff doesn't speak English well. Second night to come.

Great location and the staff were nice. The pool area was freezing, they had all the windows open. We couldn't figure out how to regulate the temperature in the room, so it got too hot in the room while we were sleeping. Sausage at the breakfast area was cold in the middle. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and will return.

Front desk employees are not very nice, can never get my VPN to work so I can get work, TV service not working and very slow internet so I could not even stream the game. I have stayed here for years and it keeps getting worse and worse. I will be finding another hotel for my Detroit trips in the future.

This hotel sucked. We asked for a non-smoking room got a smoking room. Called and went down to the front lobby and complained. They said there was nothing we can do we are full. Bull they were not. We were told by the guy at front desk it was a non smoking room. I said it is not than you better tell the people on the floor to quite smoking. Will never stay here again.
