Very nice room and it has the biggest & the deepest pool I've seen at a best western.

Went for dinner and drinks. The bartender was so unfriendly decided to take our dinner to go. She had no trouble being happy and friendly to the girl at the end of the bar, who appeared to be her daughter but rude and short with us. With only two other patrons wasn’t like she was overworked. Smh.

Excellent bed, nice and firm! Slept very well, with plenty of pillows of various firmness. Area was safe and well lit and we liked the limited parking entrance at night for added security. Felt very safe as women traveling as the key cards are required to access any door beyond the main entrance, and the room doors have additional deadbolt locks. King size room w/fold out couch was very spacious. The free hot breakfast was plentiful and decent and we were happy that our room came with a mini fridge, microwave, and mini Kerig coffeemaker. Greatly enjoyed the deep indoor pool (with plenty of poolside seating), but due to Covid the sauna & hot tub were closed. Any negatives would include the lack of a cooling system for the rooms in October. The room was uncomfortably warm so we had to open an unscreened window to let in cool air periodically. The front desk did offer their apologies and a box fan to help cool the room, which helped. Also, while the room was clean, my wife woke up with 6 spider bites all over her body. Manager was made aware, and apologized, and they will be treating the room (and closing it off until they do). Overall had a very enjoyable time and would recommend staying here (especially women and/or LGBTQ+).

A great stay. People are nice. But the food should have been a little better. They need to change the types of eggs and have sausage or bacon and Biscuits and gravy. The Jacuzzi was broken. Other than that a great stay very clean.

Just stayed there this weekend with many friends. The rooms and grounds were very clean and comfortable. Used the gazebo area both nights for drinks and conversation. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

I love this place. Iv never been to a best western that has a restaurant and a bar in it and this one is amazing. The food was incredible, highly recommend.

Kids in the hallway running and screaming, I had to talk to front desk 3 times, to send someone up to third floor to get almost 8 kids in one room to be quite. I will never bring my family here ever again, worst hotel ever been to.

Room was nice and roomy, staff was very friendly. The only complaint is the pool is nice but the room itself was freezing along with the hallways which made the pool time very short.

I stayed here once before and it was awesome.
This time not so much. We arrived to a parking lot that had a dozen people smoking weed so not exactly any security. I didn't even want to park my car there. Dirty sheet on bed.
Coffee supplies were half there. Hardly any toilet paper. Hot water was minimal at best for showers. It was like a complete different hotel. Upon arrival the front desk pointed out the vending machines but when I tried to use them on multiple days I got sold out message, finally when I called front desk I was informed they are out because of Covid-19 and they have a gift shop. Would have been nice to have signs on machines explaining this.
Pretty disappointed this time.
Not sure if I give it another chance.

The place is beautiful. Kinda like a motel in Atlantic City I stayed one time.

Nice decor. Photos of vintage cars line the walls in hallways. Pool is very nice. Breakfast is excellent. You get a coupon for 1/2 off a drink at the restaurant. Our room was very good sized with 2 full dressers, 2 night stands, a desk, a couch and fridge, microwave. Real wood furniture!

Love this place! Why stay at a hotel without some flair when this one is available? So pretty to look at, inside and out. Staff was very kind and provided me with a couple combs when I forgot my hairbrush at home. Bed and room was comfortable, shower was nice, everything was great! Will stay again when we're in the area next.

For the price it was a great place to stay, the original appearance was a little bit different, the interior was unique but it was pulled together nicely. Had no problems with the room nor the staff restaurant was convenient, didn't get to use the pool. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short but would definitely stay here again in the future.

The pink palace is a wonderful hotel. It can be a little confusing to find your room at first but with all the pictures of old cars on the wall I was in no rush to find the room. One of the best things about the hotel is the free shuttle to the Henry Ford museum and Detroit Metro Air Port. I would also recommend trying out Muglys. I had the pizza and wings and the wings where some of the best that I have ever had. Overall I would say that this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at and went above what I had expected for the price I paid.

This is a very nice hotel. The outside looks kind of like a larger pink version of the Bates Motel, but do not let that deter you. That is just an easy way to get your attention from the street or when looking it up (check out Pink Palace, Dearborn on Google). This is a great hotel. The first floor hallways are lined with great pictures of classic automobiles and interesting early concept cars. The rooms are nicely decorated as is the lobby and restaurant. This is our new go-to hotel when we visit the area, which is fairly often.

This place is nice once you get past the fact that the outside is pink. The inside is a different story though. It's got antique furniture in the lobby in pristine condition. It looks amazing. The bar has great food and drinks. The staff were all really friendly and happy to deal with our group. The rooms are nice. I love the windows. All newly updated and plenty of places to plug in devices. They have a courtyard that is just amazing. Gazebos and an indoor pool. I hope to have more time to explore the place, as it has a very elegant feel to it.

Very nice motel. Great package price for motel, Henry Ford, Greenfield Village and Free breakfast. Shuttle service to and from Henry Ford and the Village was great! Staff very nice! Pool and hot tub great! Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the servings were huge! Restaurant staff very nice also! It was a great couples getaway! Would recommend to everyone!

This was the best hotel I’ve ever been in! We loved how the outside looks, like a big Barbie house and we loved how the inside looks as well. Our room was the nicest room I’ve ever been in! We were very impressed with the size of our room and the size of our beds. The room was very clean and equipped with everything. The swimming pool was so big! And very nice although we didn’t have time to swim because it closes at 10:00. I do wish hotels would leave the pool open later at night because when we have an event going on during the day, by the time you get to your hotel there’s no time to go swimming. The staff were awesome! Mugleys Restaurant was very good and the staff were awesome as well! I wish there would have been a room available for us to stay another night, but the gentlemen at the front desk was very nice and looked up some hotels for me that were close to where we were going today. Best Western was much nicer than the one we are in now but I will definitely book a room with Best Western again if we are ever in the area again!

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with nice linens and towels. The courtyard is very pretty with gazebos and a grill. The inside pool, sauna, hot tub, and exercise room are spacious. Guests may schedule the free shuttle to The Henry Ford and Greenfield Village according to their schedule, not the hotel's. All service personnel were friendly and helpful. A great stay!

We only stayed one night & had an early checkout to catch a flight. The front desk didn't seem to be manned like other hotels. I suggest placing a bell on the counter. Also, the A/C unit in our room had a wet smell.

I enjoyed the stay, it was so close to the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. The restaurant food in the hotel was amazing. Must try it! The decor all around was wonderful for car enthusiasts especially. The staff were very helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you want something more unique in a hotel stay than the blaa of normal hotels.

We had a very good stay. Everything appeared clean. Having the pool and gym was nice. There was plenty of parking and easy access from there to our room. The room was spaceous. We enjoyed having the k cups of coffee every morning and utilized the fridge and microwave. The AC worked great and we never ran out of hot water for showering.

I really like the feel and the friendly staff. Loved it. Today 5/26 I we to check into a room I reserved online only to find out that you must have a credit card to stay. Which I find very upsetting because I reserved this room over two weeks ago. And I stayed at this place less than a month prior with the same card. A courtesy call would have been nice.

We went to Detroit to see the Detroit Tigers play the Cleveland Indians Wednesday May 16 2018 at 1:10pm. To do that, we needed a clean hotel with a weight room and a pool. The Best Western Greenfield Inn was also in a neighborhood we enjoyed with the ability to visit the Target plaza twice to eat and shop without being too far out of the way — just under a highway bridge and you're there eating Chipotle and Panda Express. The rooms were comfortable. We had a double bed room. Very very great sleeping the two of us and our baby in the one bed, with room. The staff were kind and informative, actually remembering each guest by where they're from and what they want. We'd go again for sure!

To be honest, the stay was fantastic. The only reason it's not a 5 was because of the pillows and let's face it, sleeping is a huge part of the stay. The building was very clean the staff was fantastic and the rooms were very well kept. I would stay there again and if you will be in the Dearborn area it's perfect. 20 minutes from Tiger field (go Tribe! ) and only a few minutes from The Henry Ford Museum.

Nice place. Lost power first night of our stay, didn't get it back until about 5 pm the next day… gave us a flashlight to get back to our room… power outage was due to a storm, so we didn't really hold it against them… when power came back on, we tried to use the air conditioner and it wouldn't work anymore… called them… they brought up a box fan. Didn't seem to care much… would stay here again, but did think they could've acted like they cared a little more, or acted like they appreciated us sticking it out with them.

Team 2502 Talon Robotics from Eden Prairie stayed here and was very happy with the experience. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our large group (31 students and some mentors) of high schoolers. The rooms were clean and the kids loved the pool and gym. The only complain I heard was they needed more water stations or drinking fountains!

We always stay at Best Western. We used this hotel in the past. There was an wind storm that took out the electric. We do not blame the hotel for that, however we stayed in a room overnight with no lights and no hot water. We were told no partial refund, even tho we had no breakfast and no electric and no hot water. We were told if we left there would be no refund. So we had to stay in the room for 1 one night. We refused to stay the 2nd night. I love Best Western as a hotel, and normally this one is a fabulous one to stay at. I do think the owner of this hotel is a horrible person and does not care about his customers.

Never book on website managers will keep your deposit and claim damage to room. Also refuse Best Western breakfast due to getting a lower rate online. Rooms are nice staff not so much. So if you want a nice room by the highway and dont mind paying full price its perfect clean pool. Hot tub is dirty though. But if you book online at a lower price look out… red roof inn and comfort inn are better and better staff wont scam your money…

It was a great stay. Plain and simple. The staff had the most professional attitude I’ve experienced in a while. I could nitpick and say the restaurant/lounge should have extended hours but really the hours aren’t that bad. Even the cleaning lady was very helpful and polite. The room was nice and they always had fresh coffee and called me by name in passing. I haven’t had enough experience in staying there to “test their capabilities” but the impression I get is that they would have anything covered. When I go to Detroit I don’t care to stay anywhere else. Make sure you book your room in advance because they always have plenty of customers. Great place to stay.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Greenfield Inn. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Was room was very good and so was the lounge! The only negative was that the pool was crowded with youngsters so we did not get to swim. But other than that, our stay was fine.

Very much enjoyed my stay. Staff was amazing. Everything was clean and in working order. Great location. Good restaurants and shopping around. Look forward to coming back and using the hot tub when it is finished. Restaurant food is excellent.

Love this hotel. It's quaint and different on the outside and the furnishings are luxurious. The desk service and beds are great. We've stayed here twice and would stay again. It's a great location if you're visiting the Henry Ford museum.

Our first visit was good. The room was clean and the ladies working at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed and happy to book another stay the following week. The second visit was almost like it was a different place. The people at the desk were rude and not helpful at all. The whole place absolutely reeked of marijuana. There was hair in our sink like someone had just shaved and no one cleaned it. Then I went and requested some extra towels and the woman questioned me like an interrogation to determine if we were towel worthy. Eventually she begrudgingly handed over the requested towels. I am giving 3 stars as an average between the 2 visits. I do not recommend this place unless you are Snoop Dogg.

Spacious and clean room. The restaurant was very good and the price was great. I would recommend it.

I stayed here for 3 nights. It was a good stay. You needed a pass for the pool. It seems like they have issues with rowdy guests in that area. I stayed away. The rooms were nice enough. Beds and pillows were comfy. Tv was nice and hallways were decorated with old school car memorabilia.

I actually don't believe how great their customer service is here. Actually. I don't review often. This hotel is amazing and worth twice what I'm paying. They felt bad that I had a bad experience at a much worse hotel (I had to leave a different hotel because it was awful, dirty and scary. They wouldn't refund) and they gave me free breakfast tickets, bar coupons, and fresh warm cookies haha. The pictures here are actually as good or better than they look. Trust me, you will have a great experience. I don't know what their business model is but it's working. I've stayed at the 21C and other really nice hotels in Palm Springs, Marriott's, etc. This best western (I can't believe I'm saying this) is a better experience. It's the feeling and the nice staff and affordable prices.

The hotel is dated but very clean. The rooms are a little smaller than more modern hotels but have all the standard amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator in every room. The pool during my visit was unheated and just above freezing when I went to swim. No sign or anything declaring the pool closed so I was a bit surprised. The restaurant closes between 11 and 4pm which is strange because you cannot get lunch or room service.

The hotel is wonderfully located. Close to the Henry Ford/ Greenfield village. They offered a free shuttle to the sights making getting around really easy. Good value and fantastic staff. We will be back.

The rooms were very clean no bed bugs! The hotel is very well kept to be a little older. I love the pink paint it’s cute and stands out! My only complaint was that I could not control the temperature in my room and it was a little hot for me. The staff was fantastic, I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in the Detroit area.

Updated lighting in hallways has improved the interior appeal. Older hotel with charm. Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Restaurant served good food during breakfast hours. Lounge was nice. Coffee available in lobby was a plus. Enterprise Drive needs to be resurfaced!

My mom passed away so We made reservations at this hotel on line. When we arrived to check in I was told that I selected a wrong arrival date and my card was charged as a no show. I was already upset about my mom and when I explained why Laurie spoke with the MGR Mary and they said not to worry. They carried my payment forward and up graded our room. They were very compassionate and their level of customer service was greatly appreciated. We ended up staying 5 days. I would stay at this hotel again. It was clean, comfortable, and minutes away from shopping and dining. Thank you Mary & Laurie.

The Best Western Greenfield was a perfectly fine place to spend a night. The pool was nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast, but there is a full-service restaurant on site. If you need a place to stay for a night in the Allen Park area you can't go wrong with this hotel.

The location is convenient, right off the highway and close to Henry Ford Museum. Surroundings are a bit rough, but the entire property is fenced in with only one entrance at night, so I felt safe. Public spaces were clean, well lit. The layout is a little tricky to navigate, but there is close parking for most rooms. Carpet in room was old, stained. The rest of the room was comfortable, clean, had mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker!

Excellent accomodations. Roomy with increased visual interests with walks around the premises. I died in the bed every night so easily w the extra nice bed clothes/mattress. I soaked in the tub after some sauna/pool therapy. Never did attempt the pub's drinks/food. The grown folks were quiet and/or congenial (during the week) but there was an alarming overabundance of pubescent teens with some parents during the week I stayed which made sharing the pool hienous, moist, and loud.

Another wonderful stay! Love the cozy pub with Mary the World's Greatest Bartender. Decent food that is reasonably-priced. Great pool and lovely courtyard with gazebos and flowers. Windows in the rooms open so you can enjoy fresh air. And a charming and warm atmosphere throughout the property with lovely prints of antique cars. The best value in the Detroit area!

Awesome hotel, wonderful place to stay. My only very minor complaint would be that the info in the binder that's in the room should be updated. The times for some things (like restaurant hours and such) were outdated/incorrect, which was bothersome when it came time for us to get a late dinner (and were unable to due to thinking the restaurant was open later than it actually was because the menu in the room said we could order food and take it to our room from the restaurant until midnight, but it actually ended at 10pm). Install, wonderful stay. This is my third time staying here and have enjoyed every stay here.

My stay was so-so. First room was not good with a horrible smell that would not go away. I was given a new room by a nice lady at the desk however the head of housekeeping was not nice about it and seemed put-out by my complaint. I got no sense of her wanting to assist me with the issue. My second room was fine and appeared clean. The restaurant food was okay, nothing amazing but not horrible. We did get some under cooked food once but the waitress got us new food that was fine. My biggest complain regarding the restaurant was the waiting. Getting a table and getting orders placed took forever. I got the impression that they were short staffed although the person who I thought was the hostess ignored quite a few people waiting for a table so I'm not sure what her job function was. Overall I'd go with 3 stars. Not the worse place I've stayed but far from the best. It was convenient to be close to the Henry Ford Museum which was our destination and the free shuttle was handy as long as you asked for a return ride well in advance of when you wanted to head back.

The Greenfield Inn was easily accessible from the high way and was easy to find. The room was very clean and well kept. The furniture looked for the most part real not fake. The carpet was very nice to walk on. NOT STICKY from ground in sweet food particles. Definitely a welcome improvement in house cleaning. Bath room was very clean and had no left over dry spots on the counters. Overall extremely good.

Me and my family came to have a good time and got fucked over my homie have not one dollar on her card because this rat ass room never again Pussys they were very racist the pool was dirty the front desk had bad customer service never will I ever go there.

One of my favorite homesaway from home. Clean pool and jacuzzi. They have an arcade and a work out area. Spa service and dont let me forget about the dry sauna.

Much cheaper than staying in the city for movement festival. Only takes about 15 min to get to Hart Plaza. Room was clean and they have a shuttle that can take you to/from airport.

If it was possible I'd give this horrible unorganized place 0 stars they're so unprofessional first the give me a rate over the phone then I come in and pay about another $20 more which is fine but they tried to charge me twice for my puppy r u serious the damn elevator didn't work and before they told me they put me on the third floor so I had to go up four flights of stairs and they gave no apologize I'm recovering from cancer so it's 10times harder for me the door knobs in our room were gross and sticky this place is so dated don't be fooled by the pictures the pool area is smaller then u think and they don't take pride in it by at least trying to keep it clean and it closes at 10 instead of 11 like every other hotel I've been to the staff are just so rude and lazy didn't ask to help us with our bags and I asked for shampoo and conditioner and they wanted me to go down to the front desk to get it OMG I can't believe I paid $134.00 for one night in this nightmare of a hotel.

There was blood under the sink and people were having loud intercourse and the tub knob broke theres so many old people and the only thing good about it was the pool the games in the pool room suck this place is not child friendly and the white people looked at us (African american) like we were an insect.

Reserved room through Expedia. Check in was expedient and the person at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, nothing too special. It was like any other hotel room with some exceptions. There was a flat screen LG TV in the room with Direct TV Satellite service. The toiletries were Bath and Body products. The entire hotel is huge, nice, warm and has many things to do. Room service is a bit expensive, but the food and employees are great. Overall it has been an awsome experience. I look forward to staying again and perhaps having an event here. :)

Have stayed here so real times over the years and have enjoyed it… till the last couple years. The quality of the rooms has dropped along with overall upkeep. Not bad mind you, you could just do better.

Rooms are in great order but the parking has been a nightmare. They have construction going on and blocked off the entire back parking lot. Other than that has been an enjoyabke stay.

Hotel was OK. I bid on a room on Priceline and ended up here. Room was large and clean. Had coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Decor was very dated. I think they were trying to resemble the Dearborn Inn across from the Henry Ford. The exterior reminded me of a pink nightmare. I survived my stay however. My classic car was safe in the parking lot (it's fenced). I would stay here again.

Stayed there 3 years in a row and always enjoy my stay. Nice pool and hot tub, well taken care of, clean. Will be back next year too.

Pool & sauna were closed. Roof fell in on the bar. No working fan in our bathroom. Very small and dated rooms. Staff is friendly but the facilities are not worth the price.

Went for one day comfortable bed good service for the Wi-Fi you only have to ask the front desk for a code but it's recently fixed and is now really fast.

First they couldnt find my reservation. They had me call back several times before they could locate it, girl at the desk kept saying you didn't boom through us, I called the best western 1800 reservations #! Dirty linens dog hair all over them! didn't get the room promised, (bigger one with a pull out couch) we got a smaller one for the same price which left someone to sleep on THE FLOOR. Girls at the front desk young, no interpersonal skills, not very nice. I have been here many times and had a nice time but, this time I will not return, seems like they have new crappy management.

Very good hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, 1st class service. I stayed here for a week during the SAE World Congress, and loved it. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it whole-heartedly.

We got to the hotel unpacked, went to dinner. We came back and hung out in our room until we went to bed. My parents were sleeping when my daughter noticed a bug crawling on my parents pillow. We found 8 more very large bed bugs. We told the staff at the front desk. This was about 1am, we had driven 4hrs and spent part of the day there and had been up all day. The hotel said they would refund our $. They have not yet. They wanted to put us in another one of the rooms. There was no way we were sleeping there. My parents are upset and they are concerned about staying in any hotel now. The hotel offered to pay for another hotel. We were to freaked out to stay anywhere else. We ended up driving back 4hrs home that night. They never offered anything else but to refund our $ or put us in another hotel. Nothing for ruining our weekend or gas $ for returning home. Very bad experience. We would never stay there.

The power was out for 24 hours during my 5 night stay. It wasn't the hotel's fault the power was out but they were not very accommodating or polite about it at all. The customer service was terrible with most of the employees acting rude and annoyed by the guests. There was no air conditioning during my entire stay and the temperatures were in the 90's outside. Nothing was said upon check-in about the air conditioning not working. It's not really fair to pay for a stay and not be told about something like this, especially during a time when people could quite possibly get sick from such heat. The only positive things about this hotel: The rooms were fairly clean and the restaurant staff was pretty nice as well as the hotel sales manager. I just think the other employees need to be made aware that they can lose the hotel a lot of business in acting the way they do. The company I work for will definitely not be housing its professionals in this hotel in the future (which unfortunately for Best Western means the loss of about 35 booked rooms for around 42 nights a year).

I have been in different countries and I can't believe, they have the worst quality in Internet service. I have been in Latin America, Asia, Europe and everywhere you can have a faster internet service. If you use a 2G cellphone to connect, you will have much better speed than their service. The hotel is nice, but my staying was for business and my suggestion is that they should have a better service.

This place was great. They have a collection of old car prints throughout the hallways. This was great finish to our visit to the Henry Ford Museum. Nice people and a great restaurant. The staff was the greatest. Easy on and off I-94. The price was right.
