Great place. Very good breakfast. Everything is near by. Two Mrt stations at just 5 minutes walk.

The staff makes this place special. Friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great one.

Superb location close to Orchard Road and central to various attractions.

Staying here for more than 2 weeks and having a wonderful experience. Location of the hotel is quite good. Staff is very cordial. Breakfast served is fresh, healthy and delicious. It's been like home away from home. I would like to recommend my colleagues to go for this hotel for their visit to Singapore.

Location is very ideal. With MRT within walking distance. The only issue is the service staff is not very friendly and they do not really welcome you.

Nice place. Very convenient for all major sites of Singapore. We stayed here for a month. Very good for the evening walk to Fort Canning and Clark Quay Helpful and Friendly staff. The reception is just about Ok. But the other staff are very helpful. Cons: Not a great Breakfast Spread and not available on weekends and public holidays No emergency medical kit available (We wanted it once and the receptionist asked us to go and buy which we didn't have to ask for her;) )

The place is very well maintained, around 5-10kins walk from the train station.

Waited less than 10 minutes in the hotel lobby 2pm in the afternoon and got chased out. I'm just seating down using my phone without causing any disturbance. I was intending to checkout the christmas buffet when my friend arrive. If you rather keep the lobby quiet, with not a soul in sight I think you shouldn't run a hotel business.

I have stayed at the Regency House several times on business trips to Singapore. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The property is well kept and in the best location for an easy commute to work locations, and a great location in the middle of the shopping and entertainment area. I highly recomend the Regency House as a much better alternative to a hotel. The expierence is 5 Starz at a resonable price compared to similar accommodations.
