I had a wonderful staycation at the Concorde Hotel on 06/10 to 08/10. Spices (Restaurant), good service and wonderful food. Hotel staff is warm, friendly that made me feel so at home. Our First Choice for Staycation. We will definitely be back! Well Done! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Today is the first day for isolate. The service is very bad. The dinner time should be 6pm but we call the information counter 2 time, they said please wait the food is on the way. But we wait until now is 8.25pm the food still no come.
Very disappointed for this hotel.

overall hotel service is the worst I experienced with irresponsible house keeping, breakfast, customer service. Room was unclean and cleaner was rude.
restaurant all staffs impolite and unhappy.
Reuse unclean toilet towels, use to wipe floors. Used floor mat towels were refold back, not replaced.
breakfast everyday same menu which doesn't even meet 4 star quality. (Should be under 1 star).
Staff came into our room using his card while we were in without knocking. Not secure.
what the management can do is just to say "apologize".
Nothing can do to resolve.

Quiet room, superb rest, great amenities, friendly staffs at club lounge who remembers my name. The minibar… although I hardly touches it, the complimentary drinks just made my day. Well done and thank you for pampering. Next Monday shud be my 5th or 6th returning stay, can't recall no more.

Recently stayed at the Concorde for 7 days. Stayed in the Premiere Suites. Loved everything about this place. Location, amenities, staff and service was wonderful. Highly recommended. This was my second time that I have stayed here and I will definitely be back.

Went there on Sunday with Rosted Sunday Menu. Ordered Lamb and it was good. Lemon Sole was just average. Brownie was too sweet. Went in the afternoon. The environment was just normal. Personally feel night view would be much better.

Attended an event at Muslim Delights. The venue was very great for taking group shots. Food and service were okay.

Had a pleasant experience attending a D&D hosted at the ballroom at the Concorde! Service and food was pleasant and the overall look and feel of the place was great! Would recommend booking for future events:)

Very nice hotel with an amazing location. Countless shops, restaurants, malls etc all within a very short walking distance. Subway station within minutes was from the hotel as well. Rooms are large an spacious. While not new, they are relatively well maintained and clean. There is a gym on site (opens 7am — 10pm), with an assortment of equipment (albeit, the equipment is somewhat old and of a lower end, however, still adequate for the majority of people). Staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive — perhaps a highlight of the hotel, among the many other positives. Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent location.

I went to spices cafe last Sunday to celebrate my birthday. The weekend high tea had a good spread of food and they were tasty too. Love the Laksa and Kuey Chap. And there was a wide variety of desserts too! The price was also pretty affordable. Glad I made the right choice.

The Entire Staffs Of concorde hotel is Really good. Really delicated towords their work. Really much appriciated over our stay for 10 days. The smile n thank you's on the entire breakfast managment team made our day to start up. Location is also near to all the attractions views in Singapore. Tour desk lady was also really helpful n really nice in regrards to tourist destinations places. Also like to thank her alot. Overoll is was a good experience in Singapore for the first time.

We love this hotel. It's more expensive than others close by but worth it. This is our second stay this year. It is very convenient to bus (bus stop outside front) and train but we found it just as easy to walk to most of our sight seeing. There are lots of eating venues close by and even a great outdoor food hall on the same corner.

Spice cafe’s buffet is the only buffet that I can have my dinner as many times in a year. As a senior, I enjoy a senior discount rate which is real value for money when you consider the freshness and range of seafoods that they have for the dinners, deserts, free flow of coffee, etc etc. At end of the dining, you will never walk away disappointed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent a week in the family room last month. The room was generous in size, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. As a family with two children (9 and 7) we travelled to Sentosa Island 3 times during our stay. The hotel was well located to travel there easily. 250 metres to Dhouby Ghaut MRT, an 8 minute trip to Harbourside Station. There were many restaurant options close by. The breakfast buffet included with the room was plentiful and had a fantastic variety of western and asian options. When the business centre was occupied, the concierge offered to have me email our boarding passes to her so she could print them on our behalf. Would definitely stay there again.

Old hotel, attended wedding at the venue and ballroom was well maintained and grand despite the hotel's age. Food from the kitchen was interestingly delicious, notably the garlic fried chicken. Parking is $3.70 per entry and complimentary tickets can be obtained from the reception if you are a guest.

The hotel is located near many shopping malls like orchard gateway, 313 to name a few. The hotel lobby is very clean and appealing, especially the air conditioning inside which made us comfortable. The staff there were very kind and polite when questions were asked.

I recently enjoyed an 8 night stay at the Concorde Hotel. My flight arrived at 6am, so my plan was to drop my bags at the hotel and go exploring until my room was ready. When I asked at the Concorde counter they informed me that my room was ready and I could go there now. This made my day as I managed a well needed nap before heading out. I was here on business but had a few extra days to enjoy the sights of Singapore. This was my second time here and I wanted to venture out… further, so I asked about local spots worth checking out and about public transport, The concierge hand wrote me a note with all the bus numbers for the places I had discussed. The man behind the counter also mentioned I could download the citymapper app and that would be helpful for planning journeys. These two items were essential in getting around and I'm so very thankful for that information. I had Breakast each morning in Spices Restaurant in the Concorde where I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and the range of food from many different cultures kept it interesting for my entire stay. At times I needed to get some work done in my room and the Concorde were very respectful of the Do Not Disturb sign. On my last day I still had 6 hours to kill after I checked out and before I had to be at the airport so I left my bags there and went out. It was a very humid day and I came back in need of a shower.

The best part of this property is it's big pool to enjoy. Food is delicious. Little expensive. Still can be tried for its location and hospitality.

Great location. The rooms are very comfortable and fairly new.

Concorde hotel has been one of the first few hotels in Orchard. It is easily located near MRT. There are lots of other places to go when you go out of the hotel. They have a good customer service. It is very spacious inside. I think they need some repainting outside so that others will be able to recognize it easily especially those who haven't been there.

Old Hotel "Meridian", service and staff of very high quality. Indispensable renovation, made in slices, for 2 years now… A little slow for my taste! Pool not available at present, for another few weeks!

Went there for my friends wedding reception. Place was classy and ambience was great. The food was great too.

Went there with two other families for the SPICE Bar. This is our 5th visit and can gladly say that we will continue to go back there. The seafood is especially good always coming in fresh and in great quality. As always, the highlight is the lobster that comes along with the buffet. The waiter and waitresses are also constantly serving us with a great attitude. Props to them!

I like to stay in Orchard Road for food and convenience. The guest room is clean and fashionable. Breakfast is included. Free Wi-Fi and, like most other hotels in Singapore, mobile phone with unlimited data and local calls are provided without extra charge.

Nothing for locals… But great location for tourists. Right in the heart of Singapore major shopping street. Near mrt and other modes of public transport. Cheap souvenir nearby for tourist so do shop around to get the best deal.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Right in the middle of downtown, beautiful sights all around. Absolutely wonderful meals, and restaurant in the hotel. Atmosphere is lovely, with gorgeous lighting.

Sat at the hotel lobby lounge and ordered the high tea set. It was cheap and delightful. A perfect place for a quick rest before proceeding with the rest of the day. Hotel was clean but a little packed.

A Grand dame in the middle of the orchard road belt. Quiet and pleasant stay. Had our CNY gathering in one of the ballrooms. Great service.

Super clean and friendly staff. Internet was decent. Location was very convenient, in between two stations as well as located 5 minutes away from shopping centres.

Went to Spices Cafe for reunion dinner. We had paid exorbitantly for the lobster set in order to make a reservation for the buffet dinner. Since this was the even of Chinese new year, I know I am in no position to bargain. What caught me totally off guard was the fact that the lobster meat was soft and soggy, stuck to the shell and tasteless. Felt like the poor animal had been slaughtered weeks before and it's carcass repeatedly frozen and thawed. The whole experience left a bad taste in more ways than one…

Convenient location. Large comfy rooms with great showers. Staff ultra accommodating.

It is in the right place of orchard road convienent and easy to travel everywhere, rooms are good with small balcony, peoples are friendly, food is good from room service and their buffet breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for family holiday or business visit. Taxi service is fast any time of the day even midnight. They have a free local call service and selected countries free international calls, it is also good. Swimming pool is great for relax time out.

Had a great dinner at the Spices Cafe with my staff. Great food, great atmosphere. Aside from the seafood, we really enjoyed mini nonya kuehs. Thank you for this experience.

I booked the room online with a note that says I use a wheelchair. To my surprise, when I checked in, they provided me this beautiful room with disabled facilities particularly the bathroom. It is equipped with a built-in foldable chair. (very safe) There are handle bars at the shower and toilet areas. The spaces in the room and bathroom are adequate for a wheelchair to move freely. I also love the closet with its low hanging area for robes, which makes it reachable for wheelchair-users. The hotel entrance is wheelchair accessible. They also have a lift and private wheelchair entry/exit area for Orchard road access. The staff speaks good english and are nice and very accomodating. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Great location on Orchard Road. Has lot of rooms but limited open space. They are renovating since last few years without disturbing the guests. Good breakfast buffet options in the Spices restaurant.

Great service and experience from this 4 stars hotel establishment. The exterior of this hotel might seem old, and the hotel lobby situated on the 3rd level of the building, with a shopping center below. The interior of the hotel is pretty cosy and provide a comfortable feel. The hotel rooms are also pretty new and comfortable. With view overseeing Orchard Road depending on the room that you are getting. The hotel also have a fitness facility, as well as a swimming pool. The hotel also have a cafe / bar at the lobby level. The breakfast offered is buffet style, and have various crusine styles that will suit every one. The service provided is also very good, and the atmosphere is great.

Cozy, quiet and clean. Room is spacious and tastefully decorated. Staffs were genuinely friendly and warm people. Seafood buffet dinner was a highlight.

The location is very strategic. It is walking distance to Orchard Gateway and Plasa Singapura. It is about 15 minutes walking to Raffles City. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. The room was great. I stayed at 9th floor and the only thing I don't like is there was no city view in the balcony. However everything was great and staffs were nice.

Buffet dinner had lots of variety of international food. Can taste the fresh seafood options. There's also delicious steamed fish which is seldom seen at a buffet. Desserts are also well made and nice. Service is good as well. Overall a good experience in the dinner at spices cafe!

Sorry for Singapore. Location is good. Price is high for this level of service and old facilities. Pool is out of question, dinner buffet is adequate and worth to pay in 1 to promotions. Water problems keep us taking showers for three days stay.

The price is not expensive, good service staff very attentively, the environment is comfortable, clean, the facility is general. The traffic is very convenient, next door is the presidential palace, walking from the subway station in 5 minutes or so.

Stayed on level 6 between September 20-21. The 'Handy' phone was excellent and the pool was great. Customer service was also nice. However the room was very small for the price.

I dropped by Concorde Hotel to buy something from one of the shops there. But there aren't much stuff there. At least it's in a very good location, walking distance from Somerset. And they have free motorcycle parking!

Big lobby area, reception staff are helpful. Hotel looks dated and needs some renovation. Well located between 2 train stations.

I went there for a lunch buffet function. The food was not bad for the price. There was sashimi and seafood that were relatively fresh. I particularly enjoyed the satay and other local food.

Attended an event hosted in the main function room of the hotel with food catered. Housed about 50 people. Food is nice and room has adequate space. Hotel provided mineral water in the room and complementary parking given.

Was there attending a wedding. Service could have been better, by the staff. But the manager made up for the lacking of the staff. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I may consider having my wedding there.

Hotel need renovation which they doing during my visit just above my head. Asked for another room and they offer. Gym is a bit shame. Good offer of various food. Good hotel for shopping and transfer.

The hotel is decently located with surprisingly spacious room which are well kept. The only minus is the lobby, it difficult to reach the lobby from the street with all the renovation going on.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! The following story happened recently, and I can`t believe this horrible story happened to my sister. Today Oct 2, 2013. My sister has just escaped from this place. My sister is a singer, one of her friend told that singing at the night club in Singapore can make a lot more than Hong Kong, so my sister went in to a travel agency, they said they can get her to work in Singapore. And My sister paid those fees (about 1000 USD), two weeks later, she received a letter said she can go to work in Singapore now, the employer is a company called YES SIR ENTERTAINMENT PTE. Ltd. Which is the Concord Hotel. Her flight was on Oct 1, 2013. She arrived Singapore on 2am Oct 2, 2013. This company send someone to pick her up. Her phone is not working at that time. So my sister asked the guy who picked her up for using his cellphone to call us, let us know she has arrived. The guy wouldn`t let her use his cellphone to call. He drove my sister to the place where they live, it`s a big apartment, lives about at least 30 girls in it. Some of those girls wants to quit this job, but they can not do it, BECAUSE THIS COMPANY HOLDS ALL THE GIRLS` PASSPORT, THEY CANNOT GO ANYWHERE. He told my sister they gonna sign the contract with her the second day. By the time, she has to give her passport to them, I mean, why do they want to hold everyone`s passport. Where is their RIGHT.? Isn`t this illegal? those girls they don`t even wanna ask for help from police, why>?
