Concorde Hotel Singapore

My recent stay at the Concorde Hotel Singapore was once again a very pleasant experience—this being my second time here, and certainly not my last.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional comfort of the pillows. I had such a wonderful night’s sleep each day, which really made a difference after long days out in the city.
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. Stepping out directly onto Orchard Road makes shopping, dining, and getting around so effortless.
The internet connection was also excellent—fast, reliable, and seamless throughout most of my stay and in all areas — except in the gym. It would be better if the same strong connection would be made available there as well.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently attentive, helpful, and thoughtful. On rainy afternoons, they kindly offered umbrellas without hesitation, and housekeeping was always prompt and accommodating whenever needed.
The overall atmosphere feels warm and welcoming—almost like a home away from home. A special shout out goes to the lovely Rita at Spices Cafe of the hotel, whose cheerful smile each morning when she is there before breakfast, made the experience even more delightful. Her friendly chats and genuine hospitality added a personal touch that I truly appreciated.

Our experience with the wedding package at Concorde Hotel Singapore was unfortunately mixed and fell short of expectations for such an important occasion.
The main challenge was working with the assigned Wedding Coordinator, Barley. Communication was consistently slow and unresponsive, which created unnecessary stress during the planning process. Many of our requests or ideas were dismissed with references to “company policy, ” rather than being approached with flexibility or a willingness to explore solutions. For example, even a simple request for pens for the signing of the marriage certificate was not handled helpfully. We also found some responses to be unprofessional in tone, including remarks such as “Normally understanding couple will understand…, ” which came across as sarcastic and dismissive. This was disappointing, especially when couples are looking for reassurance and support during wedding preparations.
That said, we would like to acknowledge the positive efforts of Kenneth, Director of Catering, and Stephen, Banquet Manager. Both were professional, accommodating, and made genuine efforts to understand our ideas and concerns. The actual wedding banquet ceremony experience met our expectations and was delivered in line with what we had hoped for. Their service helped restore some confidence and showed the level of hospitality we had hoped for throughout the process.

I really love the location of this hotel. Their gym and swimming are great. If I had to complain about anything is that the gym needs stronger air-conditioning.
Check in was a breeze and the front desk lady was super friendly. Our room was really clean and had no problems with it. They even have filtered water on tap in the bathroom for you to drink and enjoy.
The Wi-Fi was very capable and strong and fast.
I would definitely come back here and stay at the Concorde hotel Singapore next time.

This my second time stay in this hotel. The location is good.
The staff are friendly, joyful and their service is excellent.
Specially every morning we having our breakfast meal in the SPICES CAFE. We had our last night SEAFOOD BUFFET DINNER with my families. That’s was great! I Love the lobster with cheese…yummy!

Overall we had pleasant time staying at this hotel. The food, room, and services are great with very strategic location in Orchard area.
There is a bus stop in front of hotel that can bring you almost everywhere in Singapore and near to MRT station also (Somerset).
Even though it’s not a brand new and luxury hotel, it’s still very comfortable and well maintained.

Well I have a mixed feeling about this hotel. At one side they have this amazing location right in the heart of Orchard and making it easy accessible to shopping center and center city attractions, bit the hotel is quite old altho they maintain it quite well. They have big breakfast buffet selection and strict dress code where you should not wear PJ or room sandals, instead proper attire and shoes. Value for money considering location and apparently it’s quite famous for neighborhood countries. If you are not that picky with old building and simple room, and prioritize location more, this is a good choice to stay when in Singapore.

Great location, just nearby bars, restaurants and shopping. Good selection of food for breakfast and very accommodating staff specially miss Kimberly, Sen and Faridah at the hotel lounge, they give impeccable service during our stay. I really reccommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

I experienced a series of unacceptable issues during my stay at.
Concorde Hotel Singapore.
First room:
• The room had a spider,
• And a strong fresh renovation smell.
When I reported this, the front desk astonishingly told me “just use an air freshener”, which is not a proper solution at all.
They even added that the “other rooms might also have spiders, ” which was shocking and unprofessional.
So I requested a room change.
Second room (even worse) :
• There were used socks left on the floor from the previous guest.
• Then a male staff entered my room without permission, after pressing the doorbell for less than one second.
At that moment I was only wearing underwear, this is a major privacy violation, completely unacceptable in any hotel.
Worst part – hotel management attitude:
• The manager is never available, almost impossible to meet.
• Everything is pushed to the front desk, and the staff were impatient and dismissive.
• Despite all the issues, they offered no real apology and no compensation, and acted like it was nothing serious.
This entire experience shows a complete breakdown in hygiene, privacy protocol, and management accountability.
I sincerely hope the hotel reviews its standards and trains its staff properly.

The hotel had seen better days, but the vintage charm still lingers. Shops below is disappointing. Basicallly nothing there except for a few pubs and restaurants. Location is good, hotel is along the shopping belt although it's towards the end of it. Overall, a good hotel and could save you a bit of money on accommodation.

Dear Concorde — you are simply a 2/3 star hotel pretending to be 4 star. Upon check-in, I immediately discovered a cockroach on my bathroom floor — in plain sight, wiggling and on its last breath. Disgusting! 🤮. When I brought this up to the front desk manager, instead of apologizing and doing his best to comp and diffused the situation, he said it was brought in by other hotel guests. What?! What kind of a lame excuse is that? Then it got worse… he said there's no way the cockroach can get to the 8th floor (where my room is), because the restaurant is on the 3rd. So I said "you mean to tell me hotel guests are not suppose to bring food into the room? ". To which he responded "we don't recommend that "lah". " 🤔And I said "so you don't provide room service then — where you bring food into the room? ". He didn't have a clever comeback. Oh my gosh, you need to send your hotel managers back to hotel management school 101, Concorde. Shame on you. One can overlook the dated building, furnishing and decor (on Orchard road no less), if the customer service was deserving a 4 star. Again, SHAME!. And I do have pictures of the half dead cockroach which shall be posted all over the internet soon enough. Your manager should have handled the situation better.

I am pleased with Mrs Charlotte owen trading platform, they have friendly and enthusiastic brokerage platform. Withdrawal is quick and signals are profitable. I never had delays making any withdrawal. Excellent services and a good trading platform. I earned a lot and also learned a lot of effective trading strategies from them. I had a wonderful staycation at the Concorde Hotel on 06/10 to 08/10. Spices (Restaurant), good service and wonderful food. Hotel staff is warm, friendly that made me feel so at home. Our First Choice for Staycation. We will definitely be back! Well Done! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
