Kudos to customer service for good attention to on-the-go needs. However, the establishment is clearly lacking in amenities. They were unable to entertain typical requests such as utensils or normal sized cups. The pool was very small, almost as if they were just trying to tick off the poolside bucketlist. However, with that said, the rooms were clean and rather spacious. Toilet was pleasant. But due to the inaccessibility and lack of amenities and charm, I can't give the establishment a glowing review. Request for a room that is not near the bar! The bar gets very noisy to 3am.

Room is big and spacious. Balcony is very hot. Toilet had no sink and is in balcony. Lizards in balcony. Room is clean though.

Had a small suite 308. For a friend's birthday party. Nice room that for about 15 people in. Hotel staff were friendly and rooms were very clean and nice.

Quiet location, nice rooms. Big balcony. There was a bar which showed all the world cup matches. Belcony lights and fan was not working. The kettle in the room was not working either. Suggestion to have a small provision shop in the hotel, it will make more conveniet to get basic provisions and probably pull in more customers.

Room was nicely furnished. Large balcony with a rustic feel that overlooked greenery. For the price, it is worth it. Breakfast, however, is very disappointing. Even basic eggs were burnt. So take a bicycle or bus ride to Changi village if you want breakfast.

Reasonable hotel, located close to the airport. Rooms are clean and tidy, I had a balcony room, the balcony was large and private. Staff were warm and accommodating. A safe and pleasant 15min walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. It was approximately a SG$10-15 GRAB (taxi) from the airport.

Facility is good. The apartment was good too. But did not like the fact that they do not allow you to check in before 1500 hrs when 12 noon is global standard check in time. They charge you about SGD 60 for this n make money. Also the restaurant gets closed at 2130 hrs which is too early.

Location was conveniently located near the beach. The stay was pleasant with a spacious room and serene experience. The lady serving over the counter was understanding and served well. Overall a respectable hotel!

Very interesting hotel, despite the rumors about this place, everything is correct as the way it is. You can still feel the vintage ambience of the building from outside, but inside the room everything is new. I also love the pool, good spot to take a relax time. The only weak point is that they dont have any lift, but the staff will bring your luggage directly to the room so dont worry about getting to the 3rd floor with your big luggage.

Room was clean and spacious. Smaller rooms comes with patio and the suites come with batherooms. Didnt see any bugs during the stay.

I love the location near to the nature and all but the maintenance of the place needs to be improved. I know it's in the nature but things looks like it's rusting/rotting. The service is not that great either. If regular maintenance and better service is given this hotel would be so much better.

Great staff, very friendly. Lovely rooms that embrace the tropics. Please note that there are no lifts/elevator although staff do help with bags. The bathroom sink is also on the outside veranda, this may be a plus or minus depending on the person.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious although some sound proofing would be great as night traffic could be heard quite distinctively.

Great place if you want to escape from the city life. Staff are kind and friendly. There is a restaurant called the red beret which sells good fpod at am affordable price. Though the place might be hard to access and there are a lot of bugs.

I am very dissatisfied with the negligence and the failure to use reasonable care by the hotel. My fiancé (female) and I checked into the hotel for a short getaway over the weekend. So one night, we called room service for a bucket of ice to chill our drinks that we had bought prior to us checking in. My fiancé was in the shower when I had ordered for that bucket of ice. 10 mins after, the hotel's staff casually walked into our room without knocking to deliver our order. Unfortunately, he had barged in at the time my partner was getting dressed. We were very disheartened, so we brought the matter up to their higher management upon us checking out the next afternoon. We spoke to the general manager of the hotel and she granted us a 15% discount ($20sgd) off our next visit. She also told us not to escalate the matter any further and that she was truly sorry for her staff's behaviour. On that same afternoon that we checked out, my fiancé and I were scrolling through the hotel's webpage and to our suprise, the discount that she had granted us was actually a " National Day package ". And that promotion would be eligible to any hotel patron including the public if a reservation was made during that festive season. There seemed to be no remorse for the invasion of privacy and outrage of modesty laws that they had broken. And the such an issue appeared as if it was to be taken lightly.

Interesting hotel theme to stay in, hotel employees are kind and friendly, reasonable hotel pricing and nice location to spend the night.

Beautiful place. Bring your children here to experience colonial army camp atmosphere.

Location is easy to get to via bus from Tampines or changi village. Service is good. They are quite fast in attending to your needs. BBQ time needs to be extended on a case by case basis without being charged. Also the pool operating hours are too short. Coz if you don't drink or enjoy the music at the bar… swimming is all you have.

It is a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Concierge can have better lighting though, it is too dim.

This hotel is too far away from the city center and the room smell like it just be painting.

The management started a voucher give away at the cedro bistro. Turns ou, t its a marketing gimmick, a ploy to collect data. Very dissapointed with their ethics. The hotel, I suggest you go and see for yourself, located at the end of singapore, its not acessible by any means. No free shuttle bus to changi village. No bar or room service available after certain hours. I dont have a good feeling about the place as former changi hospital is just on top of the hill. Known to be a very errie area with panaromal ctivities altough its a myth and differ individually. Theres no lift so please be prepared to walk up and maybe get porterage help. It looks like they have a hype up booking in actual fact. Some days are running at a very low usage and you seemed very much all alone in the building.
