We are very disappointed to book a chalet at cherryloft recently. When we check in on Saturday the swimming pool was under maintenance and it was on a school holiday weekend. We book the poolview room hence need to pay extra charge but when we checked in and the pool was under maintenance and we can't get a rebate or discount. We were not even told or get any email about the pool and we had already planned with all our guest and their kids to have some pool activities. Everyone was disappointed. We felt sad for the kids as they came with swimming suits and other toys to play in the pool. The room and surrounding was dirty also. So you guys decide on which chalet to book for your next fun and happy time.

Guys dont ever go cherryloft its rotten like the owner. He got cases in court. Rude owner what do u expect = rude service.

Recommended for Budget getaway stay. Wi-Fi was horrible.

The chalet is nice to stay in but there is few setback like the TV programmes has no movie channel and jus normal boring channel and also bad reception. Other channels very blurry. I would like to suggest if the toilet floor be renovated bcoz it looks quite dirty. Lastly can please extension the area of Wi-Fi to chalet rather at the lobby.

1) The staff there was rude when we were checking in stating that we did not inform them that we were checking in early but we clearly stated it in the email sent to them. 2) Requested for an extra table while booking the room a month earlier but was told to wait for it when we checked in as all the staff was on break which was understandable as is was lunch time but after 2 hours the table was not delivered and when we went back to enquire with the staff the replied in a rude manner saying "why cannot wait isit, everyone also wait 2 hours why can't you wait. We are busy can't you see" fine we waited another hour but there was still no sign of the table so we went down to the counter to ask again telling them to return my early check in fee as we booked in early to set up for a birthday party but we ended up waiting for 3 hours before we could start doing the preperations. 3) All the staff was rude and unprofessional in the way they worked and spoke to customers.

Old chalets with new names. Terrible facilities and rotting infrastructure. Better spend the money on a hotel room for staycation. Furniture was old and rusty, entire place looks like it's very rundown despite the paint over to give it a facade of new look.

Not the best resort imo. The service was also slow, we rented a gazebo (was raining when we got there) for our bbq night, but they took more than an hour to deliver to us, even though we followed them up three times! Not acceptable. But the swim was fun.

Not a good place to stay n recommend to others, accomodation to furnish are not up to standard… terrible not worth it. Toilet tile dirty stain, shower curtain n living room curtain too look funny, flooring tile not clean n sticky, TV channels sandy. Was there 3 years back n not upgraded till now. Mostly items is chargeable but not in good condition.

Now it has became a boring resort to stay in. Obviously the Wi-Fi was blocked frm 9pm onwards. Asked the counter staff why suddenly we cannot connect to the Wi-Fi and was told Wi-Fi only available at the lobby area but when I said its was all ok earlier the staff said maybe theres alot of people accessing the Wi-Fi. Whats the problem of letting us accessing to the Wi-Fi connection? Not allowing noise? But the group beside us was so noisy even without Wi-Fi access. Cherryloft please buck up on this service!

Cherryloft resort's, in Singapore is located at Pasir Residential area. Which is situated on the bank of Sea beech. But shortage of Indian Food restorent in this area. It is advisable to establish some Indian food corner in this area.

It was a gr8 experience being there. It is close to nature and have a relaxing life. We even had a barbaque and a pool party. It was a total fun.

This is easily one of the worst places you can stay at. It is old, unclean, run-down and out-of-the-way. Pay $20 more and get an infinitely better place near Bugis.

The cleanliness of the place is just bad. The pool was okay. The stay is fine. Just the toilet is pretty much bad.

Very lousy omg stayed there for my 17th (28-30/12/17) bday booked 2nights, for towels must have extra charge, bedsheet never CHANGE AT ALL FOR 2 NIGHTS, the floor IS SUPER DIRTY, the place there also about eerie lol gross. Come on cherryloft, buck up.

Best family vacation and perfect place for family gathering. Highly recommend.

Its decent but the quality of the beds are not up to standard like some mattress are ripped from the side.

Aircon not functioning well, room on the 2nd lvl is stuffy. The main door unable to open widely due to uneven flooring tiles.

Cherryloft picked my chalet cherry and it was not a pleasant experience. They counted the sofa as two chairs and their four bed bedroom is literally just four beds padding out the room in a manner reminiscent of a high security cell in a mental hospital and there were pieces of burnt food left on the barbecue pit. Admittedly, the location is decent and there is a sizeable swimming pool, and the service is kind of okay but there seems to be a rampant mosquito problem.

Basic amenities. Good for a chalet and barbeque. Location is near pasir ris beach, which is just right behind the chalet. Nearest food supply is at Downtown East Ehub, and its around a 15min walk.

The cockroaches infestations needs to be pondered especially when apologies for my experience is that I had to step on one sad cockroach as he/she decided to bath with me whilst I was bathing… In swimming pool though also was a tard bit too salty to open my eyes without goggles… Thus I never really can swim laps eyes closed… Hahahahah. Barbeque area was ok. Sleeping area was alright. Just giving my take on review…

Chill it would be fun if management build sport pub to have more fun n chill.

Good place to stay with a lovely park behind it. In food you get only breakfast. Otherwise peaceful location.

It's a great place for a chill BBQ or a short staycation, the staff are friendly and very helpful but not ideal for large groups or families.

The place we stayed at had a leaking air conditioner, broken lights and TV. The Wi-Fi is also only available at the lobby.

My nephew and niece get to have so much fun at swimming pool.

The place from outside looks pretty with its new painting and name (previously aloha resort) however, the rooms itself is dissappointing. Its poorly maintained and cleaned.

Not good for tourists as the location is far off from the city. Could be good for locals who need cheap place to stay.

Headed here for a birthday party. The room was decently sized with just the room on the second floor and a small living room on the basement. Was really empty though when we headed over there, with the atmosphere a little lacking. Decent for a BBQ though.

Huge clean swimmin pool. Great for private parties and a little getaway. Cozy. Beautiful. 5 mins walk away from the mall if you take the back exit.

I planned a gathering early this year with a group of friends… it was good… location wise… store available 24hrs incase u need the last minute items… jus a month ago… I do not know if they had change management or their workers are trying to do a side business… has implemented on $3 PER ENTRY FOR ALL VEHICLES! Early tis year we were given 2 coupons where we cn issue to those who are driving to park in the vacinity… but seems like either they are trying to cheat on our money… I find this really ridiculous. How cn they charge us $3 per entry wen we hav paid a sum of money to book the chalet? Furthermore cleanliness is not even up to standard n most of their items hav to charge… I wud have given a 3 star but after that experience… I wud giv them half a star if it is possible…

Economical resort near to beach with swimming pool and bbq pits.

Like it. Prefer Cherryloft to old Costa Sands Pasir Ris.

Recently had a change of management. The chalet rooms are okay and relatively clean upon check-in. Quite a variety to choose from. From single-storey to double-storeys. Service is just mehh. Could improve.

Hmm… ok, the place is like have more fun with family & frenz. U can do pool party as well if u wish too the only that I don't like is the toilet light the light is nt too clear and its abit blurish.

This place is now run by Foreign management. Same experience as Goldkist @ East Coast. Make sure you check the inventory properly. Don't give them reason to charge you more than what u already paid for. The twin beds have a mattress below it. You can bring your own single bedsheets so u can use the two mattresses. Don't ask them coz they will ask you to pay extra. Totally unfriendly staff. Rude and think you owe them a living… With this kind of customer service, I wouldn't recommend to anyone at all…

Bought 3 of the aluminum tray for putting food after BBQ and the tray cost me $3 each and behind the tray there's a sticker there stated 90¢ so it is worth it and outside ntuc only selling $1 normal shop houses selling $1 the most is $1.50 lo.
