Great experience. Staying here for 1 night because we needed to catch early flight. The room is nice, clean and quite. Spacious compare to other hotels in Singapore. The staff is nice and efficient. Nice view. My toddler loved to see the airplane through the window. Most importantly it has direct access to Changi airport.

Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable room for the weary traveller and easy to get public transport. I've stayed here a couple of times now and it's always a joy to stay there. Close to food and shops within Changi Airport too. The in room dining service is top class and once again the staff members are kind and friendly. Will definitely keep coming back! …

So… Nobody loves staying at the airport, but this hotel makes it just that little bit more acceptable. With chic interiors, fabulous design, spacious rooms and excellent service… We will definitely come again when passing through Singapore. Thank you for a great stay.

Great hotel for overnight transiting in Singapore. Convenient location and staff are all very friendly. Our room is spacious and clean, we had a good night sleep with our 3-year old toddler. The breakfast is also great with variety of eastern and western styled options. 4 stars as floor of our room was wet when we first arrived but it was resolved fairly quickly by the staff, we also discovered a loose screw on the floor in our room, believe it’s an one-off accident.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to with a lot of great amenities. They also have a cell phone for use for your stay that has international on it which is great for traveling business associates. The room also has a ton of upgrades and items to make your stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at the airport or has business in the area.

Great hotel. Prompt service. Courteous staff. Located right at the airport. Well connected to the city by Metro as well as road. The rooms are big. The room has enough charging ports for all your devices. Gym is well equipped. Food is good.

Good rooms, friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful. Loads of food places around if you don't want to eat the hotel's offerings. Only complaint is that the gym could use more equipment.

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Our room was really nice. Easily fitted in a couple of cots. Shower and bath were great. Pool looked amazing — if only we were there for longer. Best thing us that it is in the airport. Easy to get in from our flight — accommodated an early check in. And easy to get out the next day onto another flight. You do have to clear security.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in as a seasoned traveller. On a recent stay, I had the opportunity to stay in a club room and it was an amazing experience. Raymond, the manager of the club lounge, was so friendly and warm and the range of food and drink that was offered was excellent. Our club room was also extremely cosy while being spacious. Only drawback of the hotel is that it is a bit difficult to get out from due to its relative inaccessibility to cars. Not that one really feels like getting out of the hotel considering that it really feels like home away from home.

In itself a very luxurious hotel. However, unless you have children between the ages of 1 and 2 years, it is pure stress. The room is full of places where you can easily climb up and fall down just as easily. Without children a dream. But with children in age not recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel for business and pleasure. The rooms are big with everything you need. King size bed, bath, flat screen TV with English channels and a work desk. It was extremely clean and staff were helpful. It’s located in Changi airport, so it’s great for short stopovers, although Singapore downtown is about 30mins by train. Even though it’s in the airport it’s very quiet. Food in the restaurant is a tad expensive. If you only require a burger or something simple, try the bar downstairs. You will possibly meet the nicest bar staff. Overall a great stay.

Not that close to City centre, but they made up for it with friendly staff and good customer service. The Chinese restaurant there has a good reputation as well. We loved the design of the room and the big bathtub.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are the nice and bright. Each room has its own smartphone that you can also take outside as a guide. For my birthday There was a small cake which was provided in the room for me. A taxi will take you to the city in about 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel is located in Terminal 3 with the Skytrain one arrives directly to Terminal 1. Gladly again. The hotel is in my view recommended.

The room was well appointed and felt very lux. Walking to the room, you feel like you're in a resort and you wouldn't be able to tell that you're in the middle of an airport. However, you do get to enjoy watching the planes take off and land from the room, just without the noise of it all. So I guess it's the best of both worlds. The pool was excellent and well maintained. Food was good too, although room service was very expensive, compared to other similar establishments. Overall a very good experience.

The location is very convenient for either a late night arrival or early morning departure. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool is very unique. I would absolutely stay again!

Stayed here for one night. Location is walking distance from T3. Perfect for one night transit if you have to catch a flight the next day. Room condition was pretty good. It has nice restaurant and bar lounge. If you are keen for more foods selections you can catch a lift under to B2 for food courts. Room sound proof is 2.5 /5. Cleanliness 4/5. Location 5/5. Amenities 4/5.

The pillow especially one of the best. It cost about $200+ each and will not want to leave it the moment you use it. The room and bathroom were clean including the bathtub! Not regretting staying there either for a short staycation or during long hours of transit.

Check-in was a breeze. We got upgraded to the suite as my friend held the platinum status. The suite was big and nice. However, we were not offered and complimentary welcome drinks or welcome amenities when we arrived. As compared to the other Accor group hotels. Overall a nice and pleasant hotel.

A very good property. Access to hotel is available through T3. The rooms are very good and well maintained. The check in and out process was smooth and efficient. Access available for wheelchair and disabled. The bed and pillows are excellent for a good night sleep after a tiring journey. Ambiance and hygiene great. The pricing is on a higher side for a day use but still worth it.

For its purpose as being an airport hotel, it excels! The flow of it is perfect. Early morning flight?. No problem, you eat your breakfast and literally walk out the door to check in counters of T3. If you expect it to be same class as other 5 star hotels, it's a little lacking. At the end of the day it is built for a specific purpose and for that it's perfect.

Airport T3 Hostel If a transfer or aircraft delay for one night is a convenient choice, although the soundproofing almost (can hear the sound of the plane taking off) but the room is large, clean, comfortable, the valuable is that the room is equipped with a handy travel mobile phone unlimited internet access and wireless local calls & international calls, really intimate service.

Very nice hotel if you plan on staying at Changi airport. Modern, contemporary styling, and plenty of amenities offer a nice reprieve. One of the nicer Crowne Plaza I've seen.

Its a great location if you are in between flights. However I would avise that you don't book dinner & breakfast… You can eat cheap in the airport public areas inc $5.3 sin for MacDonald's breakfast. You pay for convenience, but the staff are great!

Had buffet lunch. Wished there was more variety in Japanese. Cold prawns were fresh. Son loved the ice cream cone. Didn't like one of the duck dish at the Western food section, meat tasted too gamey.

The hotel is attached to terminal 3 and a short walk from terminal 2 through passages that are wheelchair-accessible. Check in was a short 5-minute process. The rooms are spacious, sound proofing is great and the open-air pool is actually quite big, suitable for longish laps. The gym was smallish but well equipped and the restaurant had a great choice of food. I thought the free local phone was a great idea but I have to admit I never got around to using it. The staff were great!

Great place to start or finish your holiday (as this is close to the airport) or as a base to travel Singapore. The hotel is very nice, staff are fantastic and the service was very good. I recommend the buffet dinner and breakfast — very nice quality and good selection. The room I booked came with a free mobile phone called "Handy" — international calls free and data free — nice touch.

Convenient hotel, just next to the airport terminal 3. I am pleasantly surprised that the hotel does align with the requirements of the guests who stay near the hotels. The check in and check out is lightning fast. Food options are great.

Check in process was smooth and fast. I requested for the room to be decorated and they really did! Call service was reasonably fast and efficient as well. Aircon is good. There's even a speaker for you to use. And they also provide a phone for unlimited calls and data for you to tour Singapore (T&C may apply). Great stay!

Was there for a wedding banquet, so cannot comment on the room layouts and ambience. That said, the lobby has a great soothing feeling when you enter, especially since it's a business hotel connected right to Changi Airport Terminal 3, I think they are trying to make the place as comfortable as possible — which is achieved in my opinion. The banquet hall is also pretty spacious for a 30 tables event, and the food is probably one of the better ones I've had around the few hotel banquets that I've been to. They also have an ROM room right next to the banquet hall — so everything is within reach. Very easily accessible by MRT as well.

One of my favourite hotels in Singapore! Staff are friendly & attentive. The rooms are very modern, with excellent facilities. Crowne is walking distance from Changi's T3 & is a great place for transit stays.

Favorite hotel I have stayed in. Location is what you expect — it's in and by the airport which makes access easy, but nothing much right nearby to see. I stayed on the pool level. It was a fantastic room with access right to the pool deck. The room was wonderful with a nice shower and bathroom. The pool was fabulous and very unique. Plus, for airplane geeks: you're right in the middle of Changi and can watch all the planes.

The pool is a plus in this hotel, which is a large lagoon around the hotel. The club lounge is also very large. I stayed at the suite room and it's almost 2x size of a normal suite room. Loved the hotel and it's just connected to the T3 of the Changi airport.

Had an overnight stay, clean and hospitable staff. Very prompt to help in any way. Atmosphere at the lobby bar was comforting. Consider to stay here when in transit.

Very crowded lobby with a crazy Chinese restaurant. Pool is good, but room too small, concerning it is a 5 star hotel. Location is excellent if you want to spend a night during flight transfer.

Nice and convenient for a two day layover. Room (King deluxe) was nice and big too. Most of the hotel is too dark though.

This review is based on a very short overnight stay. I booked the room online and paid in advance. At first the room rate seemed reasonable but after adding tax, service charge and the extra people charge, it soon became expensive but it's mainly convenience you're paying for it would seem. The room we had was nice and comfortable. Only in it for 7 hours but I had a good night's rest. The standard Wi-Fi was free but there was an option for a premium service that would appeal to business travellers. Now I know about this place I would use it again should I find myself transiting through Singapore.

This is my absolute favorite hotel when I'm staying in SG. It's just a fantastic oasis and the convenience to Changi T3 and the Changi MRT station is awesome.

Like others, I felt the internet charge is high, even for a luxury hotel. But other than that I really enjoyed my stay here. Very attentive staff, excellent location within the airport (very convenient to the MRT station as well), spacious rooms, nice architecture, yummy breakfast buffet and good amenities. I stayed 3 weeks and was tempted to move closer to the CBD but could not see moving and losing out on all the things I enjoyed.
