Great hotel with friendly staff. The room is spacious with kitchenette and a smart TV. However the check in time is too late and they don't provide complimentary parking.

Great hotel next to shopping mall and mrt station. Connect to Changi City Point (exit from Jollibee and you can see the hotel on your left. Friendly staff and comfortable room with amenities. Loves their shampoo and body shampoo so much. Smell great and we will definitely be back again.

A home-away-from-home staycation experience at the Capri by Fraser Changi City Singapore. Thanks to the wonderful staff who made our staycation truly a memorable one!

We were here for a buffet lunch. 5 pax.
We reach at 12pm sharp. It was a ala carte buffet and they took veey long to serve our food. We kept telling the assistant manager that our 1st order has not been served completely but she kept on insist that they are serving the 2nd order. Attitude and how the assistant manger handle the situation wasnt really appropriate We paid of the meal and left without completing the rest of the dishes. Hope that service will be improved in the future.

The sauna/steam room is a letdown. Staff always come in to switch off the heat system whenever they can. On one occasion, I was in the sauna and switched over to the steam room. After 5 mins, I went over to the sauna and the staff had already switched off. Turning on the system requires 15 to 20 mins to start up. When I enquired at the customer service centre, the staff told me they have to switch off at times to prevent electrical breakdown. Isn't the hotel going to look into it if there is a such a problem? Instead of just switching off at the guests expense.

Terrible hotel. Booked through booking. Com, guests paid by own credit card but went ahead and double charge for no-show despite clarification. Hotel shirked all responsibility even though they are the one handling the billing. Passports submitted during check-in, I see no reason why there could be any internal mix up. No follow up

Very nice hotel, 5 minutes walk to the tube station. Helpful staff, good facilities. The breakfast could be better though. Too much meat, bacon etc and not enough salads and vegetables. There are cereals but they are so horrendously sweet that there is no way to eat them.

Everything felt clean and new. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms had a little kitchenette which might appeal to some. The pool was alright though a little small. It was empty when I went so that was nice. Changing rooms were clean and pleasant, though a little too dimly lit. Took a peek at the room service menu. Stuff on there seemed great but pricey. More affordable options available at Changi City Point next door. Wifi was great too. No congestion whatsoever. Twas weird that the toilet had no lock, and included the cupboard and safe. The shower was way too huge. I felt like I was gonna slip and crack my head whilst lying down completely stretched out. (guess that's a plus then).

Hotel is new and nice! Design is very modern and chic. Pool is rather big and has a jacuzzi as well. Gym is well equipped with few people using. The room is spacious but the windows not sound proof enough so can hear some noise at night. Breakfast spread is average and the tea is only Lipton tea. Service staff were friendly.

My most preferred hotel in Singapore primarily due to very close location to my office and very close to airport. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. For little longer stay it is even more convenient with additional facilities and laundry. Breakfast does offer varieties everyday with something available even for vegetarians. Gym and swimming pool are well maintained. Also have Jacuzzi and steam bath.

Excellent hotel! Rooms are size and standard of small apartment, superb breakfast buffet with different menu every day. Wonderful pool and very well equiped gym. Staff was nice and friendly, but nothing exceptional about that. Despite airport location rooms are quiet. Next door you can find big mall/7eleven/direct subway to the Bay etc… I had a truly great time in Capri!

Very nice and quiet place away from the city, perfect place for a weekend staycation. And Changi City point is just a stone's throw away. Extremely convenient and pleasant place for a short getaway over the weekend.

Great hotel next to shops and food court, very convenient to commute to SIN airport. Free shuttle bus provided by hotel. There's also a 7/11 behind the hotel for late night snacks.

I dont know what has been happening to the hotel's room keys. It always fails to open (at least to my room). My room-mate and I had to run down and up, down and up many times (almost everyday) to renew key even we deposited for whole staying (11 nights). We were told that it's fine now, but it still did not work after that. We were so tired that even thought we should ask hotel staff to open the room for us whenever we come back hotel.
The hotel should check room key system then.

Decent business hotel, catering mainly to people who go to events at the Expo. There is a small kitchenette for those who prefer to cook. A supermarket is just across the pedestrian only street. The hotel is located next to a sports outlet mall. MRT station is also close by, with a direct line to the downtown area and to the airport. There is also an hourly shuttle bus to/from airport from the hotel. Breakfast was ok but not great.

Capri is located near Expo which can be access via MRT (east line or downtown line). There is a nearby shopping mall which you can explore other foods if you do not want to consume meals in hotel.

Good Hotel! I stayed there for a night, the service was good, the room was great, and very near to the changi business park and mall.

A perfect casual getaway with the family or if you are planning some serious factory outlet shopping at the mall. The little kitchenette is very useful especially if you decide to eat in.

Very well placed hotel for the airport, we spent one night here for transit. It's one stop from Changi to Expo on the MRT and just a few minutes walk from the station. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful and checked us in quickly. The rooms are spacious and well layed out and the bathrooms are stocked with everything you would need. We didn't eat in the hotel as it is situated right next to Changi City Point which contains a great food hall. Express check out the next morning and free bus transfer to the airport. We were very happy with our stay and would return again.

Everytime I had a layover in Singapore overnight, I always stay at Capri by Fraser. From the airport, they have the free shuttle service that goes directly to the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Expo Metro Station and it is just one stop from the Changi Airport. Once you arrive, the staff will greet you with a warm welcome. You will immediately feel at home since the staff is very accomodating to assist you with your needs. Each room that I stayed in had a small kitchen. I love that the hotel gives the option for the guest to either order by room service or cook your food. Since I am always only staying overnight in Singapore, I do my shopping at the Changi City Point which is just beside the hotel or buy groceries at Fair Price just across. I would recommend staying at Capri by Fraser because I can guarantee that that your stay will be a great experience.

The staff is really helpful. The breakfast is okay. We were early so the staff gave us bathrooms to freshen up before we left for work and then got our rooms ready when we returned. Loved it.

Great 3D2N family stay. Great place with nearby amenities. Relatively big room and very clean too. Staff is courteous, polite, friendly and most accommodating.

Nice location, situated right next to the mall and subway/MRT. Also just a stone's throw away from the Expo where some of the biggest events like IT show is held. Room was great, spacious, fitted with a small kitchen area stocked with basic kitchen utensils that was sufficient enough to prepare a simple meal. Toilet was huge with 2 points of entry (1 from right next to the bed and the other from the closet area), however no locks to either doors so a lack of privacy if I were to be having friends over in the room whom wanted to use the toilet or if I wanted to use the toilet myself. Views wise, it's not situated in a scenic area so just a bunch of buildings (since it's within the vicinity of the business park area) but you do get to see airplanes pretty close up as they are landing since it's near the airport. So other than the lack of locked doors for the toilet, all in all a great place with the amenities and the convenience of being located right next to a mall, the MRT, event halls and near the airport.

Located within walking distance to a mall and the mrt, making it extremely convenient to get to. Parking is also available complimentary with the room. Room was clean and comfortable, also made efforts to go green which is a plus. More could be done about the channels on the television which was my only gripe about my stay there. All in all, it was an amazing location to experience.

Great hotel! A little far from the city proper, but they make up for that in luxury and really nice complimentary services! MRT is right across the street. 30 minute ride gets you within walking distance of the waterfront.

The hotel is located directly beside Changi City Point. Nearest MRT would be Expo and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel lobby was decorated with festive decorations which is very welcoming to the guest. The room was exceptionally clean and huge. There was even Hyflux filtered drinking water in the room. We are very impressed! Really worth the price!

Very close to a large shopping centre, residents and supermarket. And short drive to the airport. Hotel also offers a shuttle. Next to the Expo MRT station so easy to get into town. My room was large with a fridge and kitchen net. Hot plate etc What really loved was the guest laundry on upper floors with game etc. Just brilliant, I love doing laundry now. :) Yes it's a long way from the city, but if you are working at Changi Business Park. It's brilliant.

The room itself was very spacious. Near the shopping mall and mrt station. Very convenience. Enjoy every single day while. I was stayed for 6 days for business trip. Staff very responsive and helpful.

We came here for my birthday in 2017. There was initially a mix up where my girlfriend and I were given a room with two twins instead of a king size bed. However, the receptionist was nice enough to offer us an upgrade given the circumstances. The hotel is well equipped, clean, and modern. Our room was very spacious with a great view and kitchenette. They have a variety of activities in the laundry rooms and we took advantage of the massage chair on our floor which was very nice. The location is good if you want to stay near the airport, and there is a mall right next door, however it is far from the downtown. It is a shame we only stayed one night!

The buffet spread is quite small but the ambience is not bad. The staff were very friendly. The food were tasty and I like the different menu from Monday to Sunday.

The location is very convenient with supermarket, love with the room facilities and the services provided. Everything is higher than my expectations. Highly recommended to stay.

Its my birthday treat for 2D1N. Although its a short stay and night, the ambience was beyond my expectations. I loved the room and and the place is accessible to the malls and mrt stations. Didnt know that I could request for my birthday cake. Shall be back soon or for my upcoming birthdays. Thanks capri. For making my stay memorable.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It's ultra clean and the staff very friendly. Since I was working in Changi for a week I relied on room service food which was prepared very well and delivered in the said duration. I can't see myself staying in any other Hotel in Singapore.

My friend had a room booked. So we went over and hung out for a bit. It's a nice hotel. Quiet place. 7-11 just around the corner. Changi city point next door.

Nice room. Unfortunately the lift was problematic and for a moment I was not able to get down to lobby. Breakfast menu was so so, not much variety.

The hotel is very clen all through out. Room interior is very nice and inviting. The bathroom is very spacious and toiletries are exceptional. I personally enjoyed the bathroom experience with their high class dispensers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The pool view is scenic and family-friendly. The sauna and steam room completed our pampering experience. Staff were also courteous and approachable.

Capri is connected to Changi City Point via a sheltered walkway, making it convenient for guests to visit the mall. The Studio Premier room was clean and spacious, with free Wi-Fi provided throughout the hotel. The swimming pool is located at 2nd floor, with the sauna and steam room on the same floor as well. The facilities were well maintained and it made the overall experience extremely pleasant.

Nice hotel in the middle of the Changi business Park, easy access to Changi Expo train station, Mall and Restaurants. Rooms are very good, spacious along with a small kitchen if one likes to cook. Food is okay can be better having bit more options. They also have a good gym, swimming pool, steam and sauna along with nice spa. Overall nice place for a business trip.

I was just visiting a friend to pickup something. The lobby smells good and I like the design in the waiting area. The location is very convenient as it is very near the expo mrt and there is a mall nearby.

Disappointed that the request we made at the point of booking was ignored. Was woken by loud banging on the windows due to the building structure. It seems the staff are aware of such complaints but was told there is nothing much they could do.

Clean and very relaxing hotel for a business traveller. Avoid the mess and traffic of orchard road, and stay at Capri by Frasers. Both thumbs up.

Located right next to Singapore Expo and Changi Business Park, Capri is a great place for staycations. The modern amenities and furnishings guarantees every guest a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the metro Expo from\to airport can be reached in 15 minutes by taxi. We booked room category studio premer, but at check in we changed the room to a more expensive studio terrase. The hotel is new and clean, the humidity in the room is not felt. The room is spacious, with good sound insulation. Next is the construction, but with closed Windows the room noise does not interfere. Proximity to the metro allows easy access to anywhere in the city.

Went to the lounge restaurant to have buffet lunch! Surprisingly their buffet is so cheap for a weekend lunch! A good variety of food for adults and they also catered for kids favourite like nacho cheese, crinkle cut fries, fish fillet etc… Family friendly with baby chairs too! Place has a warm ambience, cozy for gatherings too!

It's near to airport with free shuttle service every one hour. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The mall next to it is good enough for small last minute shopping. Nearest MRT station is the Expo about 5 mins walk from the hotel. But, there were small files/insects in the bathroom. The housekeeping didn't refurbish water in my room during any of my 4 nights' stay.

Seamless checking in. Hotel is a few stops from Changi airport therefore getting is easy. There is shopping centre near by. Room is large for Singapore standard for its pice and has all amenities or toiletries.

It is located in the prestigious Bangsar South residential cum commercial enclave, a fully integrated commercial and residential complex centrally located midway between KL, PJ and Bangsar. It is the commercial hub of New Bangsar, close to the iconic Menara Telekom, the University of Malaya and the Pantai Hospital and Medical Centre. Bangsar South enjoys a host of food and beverage outlets and retail shops in the newly built NEXUS mall, a healthcare centre, its own clubhouse and a vast 6-acre park.

Great and friendly front desk staff. Rooms are clean and well made. Pity that the in-room TVs are not smart TVs.

Been there twice. Great contemporary ambience. Rooms were cosy and clean. Staffs were generally friendly too. Located just beside the mall, Changi City Point. One unique thing about the hotel rooms is that is has a kitchenette for some basic cooking.

Needed a place to stay for a night next to the airport. This was a good choice. Nice sized rooms and its right next to the mall.

Nice place to stay for attending events at Singapore Expo since it is only 5-10 mins walk. 5 mins to the Expo MRT station too. 30-45 mins away from the happening places in Singapore. So if site-seeing is your only agenda, not the right place to stay. The rooms are nice, big and clean. They upgraded me to the highest room type, so that might be a reason why it was so good. The kitchenette is well equipped with utensils, microwave, induction cooker etc. Bath & shower are outstanding; the shower gel they give is just awesome! I did not like the breakfast so much, though it helped me to reach my conference on time. I would've liked some more variety for the price they charge. And the quality of bacon varied from day to day. Wi-fi is super-fast and easy to connect. It expires only after 24 hours so you don't have to keep logging in every now and then. Pool and gym are good though I didn't get time to use them. Free shuttles to airport really help. Overall, I liked the experience and would return if given another chance to stay here.

Good business hotel for those visiting offices in the area. Has a modern feel and modern amenities like Wi-Fi. Floors have a laundry area with attached lounge for those who may have an extended stay.

Great for resting up between long haul flights to/from Australia. A shirt five minute drive from Changi. The rooms are an excellent size and the amenities good. Everything still in new condition.

It is ok. They work on the MRT, which is loud, maybe pubs are better? In Jan I got an upgrade to the 50m2 room. They have my data no longer on file, the told me today.

The hotel is ok, nothing special about it. However, the nearby pub plays loud music till midnight, each night. You should seriously reconsider choosing this hotel if you are not into listening out-of-style music all evening. I stayed on the 10th floor; it did not help, so it is hard to imagine what others thought about it on the lower floors. Of course, one option is to watch television on high volume, either way you will not sleep. Right now it is quarter past midnight, they are still playing.

I Stayed here with my Mum from 15th Oct to 16th Nov 2014. The Hotel is immaculately clean, with a good choice of dining options, The food is very good, served in very comfortable dining areas by very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in room 526. The room was lovely and extremely comfortable with facilities. It was kept very clean tended to daily. I found the Whole team of Staff extremely Helpful, friendly and ready to assist without complaint, they were very compassionate and understanding as Mum was there under difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return myself in the not too distant future. A Very Sincere Thank You to you All.
